Today was my first time at Mac salon and overall it was a wonderful experience. While on the phone I mentioned I had my children with me today and was told it wasn't an issue. When I arrived, I was greeted and given a tour of the salon. During that tour I was told they do both adult and kid hair services/nail services, which I was happy to hear. I have 2 daughters, 2.5 and 7, and unfortunately had to bring them along with me, something I normally wouldn't do if I had a choice. Lauren was my stylist and she was an absolute joy! We connected over both having young children, mom life, etc. She did a phenomenal job on my hair and was great with my girls. My kids sat quietly for almost a full hour and a half, keeping occupied the best they could. At one point maybe 10 min from the end of my visit, my youngest daughter fell down and cried for literally 20 seconds. Within that 20 seconds, a woman came over (I assume the manager) and reminded me there were people getting facials across the hall... hinting at me to shut my child up. I smiled, said sorry, and at that point Ava was already done crying. I fully understand people trying to relax and not wanting to hear children cry. I don't want it either and I did everything in my power to make sure my kids were nothing short of perfect. If she had been crying for any longer than the 20 seconds I would've taken her outside, no question. But as a new customer, in a facility that supposedly is open to offering services to children, to be passively reprimanded for having my child there was not only humiliating, it was unacceptable. I finished 10 minutes later and hurried out feeling completely judged and unwelcome. Then, on the way out the door, they offered my children goldfish! What?! So confused..... not sure if they are actually child friendly but all signs point to no. Great facility... but do not take your children!

A nice place with a range of affordable options. Lauren did a great job on my hair and had years of experience, but was exceptionally affordable! It’s been a long time since I’ve been excited about a haircut. Also got a complementary brow wax for being a first time customer and it was just what I needed. I came out feeling so good for under $50!

Absolutely the best! Ruby and Lana are amazing and I don’t trust anyone else with my face! I had really dark spots on my face and back for years. They were so patient and kind with me! They assisted me with a treatment plan that even now, 3 years later I follow! Can’t express my gratitude for Mac Day Spa💗

I had a facial, and a hand and foot massage. Naira has a very comforting touch; just the right amount of pressure. The spa is beautiful and welcoming.

I found this place due to a Groupon. Since the Groupon had fairly vague language, I called to ask some questions about it before I booked my appointment. After speaking with somebody at the front office and even somebody when I checked in about my situation, they informed me that I would be able to pay the difference from the Groupon for what I needed. After they redeemed my Groupon and I went for my consultation they then informed me that none of the things that I had asked about receiving could be done. so I asked if I in turn I could get a different service for the amount of money that I had spent and they said no. They were super unaccommodating and not very helpful. So I spent almost $100 and received zero service from them, and nothing to even attempt to make up for it. Highly highly disappointed.

I enjoyed my first experience. It began with a detailed and professional tour outlining services offered as well as an overall view of the facility. All staff I encountered was courteous. Thanks Victoria for making me feel welcomed upon entry.

Leslie did a fantastic job with cutting my curly hair. She listened to what I wanted/needed and not only does it look like the pic I showed her, but it looks even more flattering on me. I would definitely recommend her.
