Definitely not worth the money. It's outright robbery. I don't even like McDonald's but I would eat there before I ever visit a five guys again.

I was excited about my first visit to five guys. As a place that does exclusively burgers and fries I was ready for something extraordinary. First, they don't have combos, you just order what you want individually. That's cool, I'll have a burger, fries, and a drink. The lady went to punching keys on the register and it rang up nearly twenty dollars. Just the fries were more than $5. I asked her why a side order of fries were so expensive and she informed me that a "regular" sized fry was enough for three people. We down sized it to a small and the order totaled just under $15. The food was ok. I think steak and shake makes a better burger and their famous fries weren't nothing special. I just don't see the hype. Next time I'm in the mood for a burger and fries, I'll save ten dollars and eat a fast food combo that's just as good.

Was my first experience with this food chain. Burgers were very good, but my favorite is the fries. Very nicely done .

I didn't even order. 10.19 for a regular burger 4 for fries. I'll get the burger meal at Texas Roadhouse with mushrooms and onions with fries for 10$ Building was empty at 5pm,super clean(would have ate off the floors or counter) which tells me that everyone thinks it's overpriced.

Far too expensive for under seasoned burgers, and by under seasoned I mean no seasoning. I'm not sure if it's because I didn't leave a tip being the reason the burgers were awful, but for $60 for one double burger, two single burgers, one large fry and one small fry, I really didn't feel the need to tip. The only good thing about the food served was their fresh fries and the free nuts. Customer service is always pretty good too.

Good-tasty "fun food"; however, pricey. Two small shakes, small fries and a dog, $23+. We just did it for a change to our continual healthy eating, and enjoyed eating outside there (it was too cold inside).

I always appreciate coming here because the service and the food are consistently way better than any other fast food restaurant on main Street in Cartersville.

It's been a couple of years since we ate at 5 Guys... And this trip was a good reminder why... In the past 5 Guys burgers were out-freakin-standing, but now, it seems that they are just good enough to be mediocre'ish... So they pull 3 stars for me... And, yes, you still get a truckload of fries, but that doesn't make the trip worthwhile... They've always been more expensive than I thought they were worth... And now with the economy tanking, and, believe me, I understand the inflation disaster, it just seems like,on top of the price hikes, the quality of the food is really slipping... If you're a fan of 5G, then, by all means, don't give my opinion any value... I just can't see spending almost $40 on even a semi-regular basis for my wife & I to each get just a burger, fries & drink... I think, for that much for one meal, I'll be going to the store & get a couple of NY Strips, some shrimp, a couple of potatoes to bake, and throw together a much better meal...

First time here, loved the burger but the fires had way too much salt. I know but just look at the amount of salt. When I asked an employee about the amount of salt he replied that's just how we do it.

Pricey but damn good food. I’ve only been three time recently but each time the food was on point, but I am not sold it’s the most amazing burgers in town. That being said, five guys French fries are always on point and great.

The service was wonderful. However, the food was subpar. The fries were also in the dark side & limp. They where about one shade from burnt. Very disappointing 😞.

We all know Five Guys has some pretty awesome burgers and fries. I wish I could give them 5 stars but y'all. Over 10 bucks for a burger?! I can go to Chili's and get an Ultimate Bacon Burger delivered to my table WITH FRIES for 11 bucks. This 5 Guys here in Cartersville does have one thing Chili's doesn't - and that's Yashika. She is the sweetest, friendliest fast food employee in the history of fast food. It's almost worth getting ripped off when you have such excellent service. Heaven help them if Yashika gets a job at Chili's, though....A juicy bacon burger dripping with Honey Chipotle AND amazing service?? Cartersville would never be the same!

The service was excellent. This was my first burger with them and it was a 7.4 out of 10. The fries were very good. Will be back and try different toppings for a better outcome.

Small specifics, on my familys' order, we're nailed to a "T", not only was the staff friendly and knowledgeable, but I wasn't made to feel burdensome about needing to do so. Went quite smoothly actually. Other public entities can take a lesson or two from them

Staff were so nice and food was really good. They got everything perfect. I had forgotten my wallet as I was leaving and they ran out the door to bring it to me. Forever grateful

I only had fries because I'm vegan and they were delicious. Fresh cut potatoes then they offer fresh peanuts if you want.
