The service was slow, it took forever to get everything. The appetizers taste better than our entrees. I ordered the Lobster Shanghai, no real flavor. Also got the Prime Cowboy Ribeye which I’m sure you can make at home and it would taste better. The best thing is the ambience. I won’t be returning.

The BEST pork chop I’ve ever had in my life! Usually eat chicken or fish, but I just can not order the pork chop every time I come! Excellent service and the atmosphere is incredible! Great job to the team for making this place a great place to dine in! Great experiences! ✨

Would have given 5 stars but I almost didn’t come back for my reservation. I would say don’t go on a Saturday evening after 7 there may be chaos even with reservations. Paige was amazing however let’s start from the beginning…Hosts were very rude and did not greet us at all. We stood in front of their face for 10 minutes with no words spoken at all. Not even to say that they were busy or behind. Even a manager came over and spoke with them about troubles in the restaurant and no words were spoken then either. After about 20 minutes I finally spoke up and asked them if someone was going to greet us and allow us to check in for our reservation. Granted, we were 20 minutes early but I figured on a Friday night it would be packed and I wanted to have our spot in line. They politely told me my table wasn’t ready yet and to have a drink at the bar until it was. I decided to go back to my car and recoup. I was taking my daughter out for a dinner date and she really wanted to try this so we stayed. We came back 2 minutes before reservation still were not greeted properly they just looked down at the screen and started fumbling with menus so I assumed they were about to seat us. They sat us promptly. Now back to Paige! Extensive knowledge of menu. Catered to our every desire and recommended great dishes. We were never without water in our cups and table was cleaned after every course. I had the two bone in filets which were cooked perfectly medium & the salmon potatoes were to die for. The only thing I didn’t care for was the mushroom risotto very mushy texture. The au gratin could’ve used a bit more flavor. The French 75 was on point and the sticky toffee was awesome! The manager checked on us once and he was very nice as well. Follow my Instagram @rosadivina29 and check out my foodie & foodie 2 highlights for more places I’ve visited!

If the old saying "You get what you pay for" is true, then this is a good deal! Food is to die for and the drink, beer or food selection can't be beat. Well, taken care of by a knowledgeable staff and the executive chef visited our table! ☆☆☆☆☆Highly Reccomend!

Love this place! Love that they have such a diversified menu, something you don’t see at many high end steak houses. Also love that they have specials, another thing you hardly see at other high end steak houses. This evening they had a bone in filet special that we split/shared. Cooked perfectly! The sides are amazing here. The broccolini and German Spetzle were amazing!!! The apps were fantastic! The beet salad A+ and the wagyu dumplings delicious! Service is spot on! Parking is tight but there is valet parking. Will I go back? Absolutely!

Hands down the best restaurant I have EVER been to. From service to the food. I was blown away. My best friend took me here and he has been raving about how great everything from the waiters to the food is top notch. Peter the Owner/ head chef is simply amazing. Everything was better than my mind could comprehend. I have gone from an anti oyster and calamari eater to… when I want oysters and calamari I’m flying to Atlanta person. Trust and believe, whenever I am in Atlanta I must dine in at Kaiser in before I leave.

Friends recommended us. Food was good & we enjoyed our birthday dinner. Until the bill the experience it was good except that the US uses magnetic stripe so our international credit cards were rejected. When we could not pay it all turned really sour. My wife went to a gas station to get cash while I stayed to sort things out. After I realized that I had my credit card authenticated for local use and the bill was paid. I then went to get my wife and when I returned to settle things I was abused and refused service by the owner. The staff thinking that I had not tipped them verbally abused me and so did the owner who did not take a moment to understand the real situation. Honestly that kind of prejudice is unacceptable and threatening to call the police, which he did in front of me, as he had “friends” on the police force typifies what is wrong with these type of restaurants. Many of my friends who live in Atlanta were horrified by this experience and agree that we need to rethink owners who really are abusive and perhaps too connected to the police .

COVID: masks, outdoor seating available I was in ATL with my bf for my birthday. We wanted to find a place that had an outdoor dining area due to COVID. We were going to a different restaurant in that same plaza but they were short staffed and closed their outdoor patio. I'm so glad they did because we found this place down the street. Fancier than I plan but the menu had pretty reasonable prices on certain items. Hamachi: started of with this hamachi dish. Now, I normally don't go for raw fish but I made an exception. I love hamachi Kama (grilled fish cheek) and my bf really wanted to try it so I went with it. This did not taste like fish which was fantastic. It was almost acidic-ally cooking in ponzu sauce. It had this mix of mango chunks that made the whole combination of flavors amazing. Wagyu dumplings: I liked the dumplings and the meat but could've done away with them soaking completely in the soy sauce. This didn't bother me with my overall experience cuz there were so many other good dishes. 9oz ribeye: cooked to a perfect medium. Just a great steak overall. My opinion is that you don't even need to go for the more expensive one. This was enough. Chicken with brocollini: I could rave about this brocollini for days. The creamy orzo with the broccoli sold me. I loved it in combination of the crispy skin of the chicken and the juicy meat. Yumm Asparagus: pretty good but should've probably tried the creamy corn instead on their menu. Should've looked at yelp before I ordered Chocolate chip skillet cake: I would go back just to have this dessert. The outside of the cookie was crispy but the inside was ooey and gooey with melting chocolate chip. Made the perfect mix and end to the vanilla ice cream. Service: absolutely phenomenal service. We loved our waiter. He was super knowledgeable, quick, no BS, knew the menu.

Perfect restaurant for our anniversary! Everything we ordered wss delicious. For starters, a half order salad was just the right size. I had the Special, two 4-oz filets oscar style over spinach, cooked to perfection. My wife had the very tasty catch of the day, a panseared halibut filet. Absolutely wonderful mushroom risotto! For dessert, the bread pudding was perfect. Service was friendly and attentive.

One of the best meals I have ever had! We had the burrata, the dumplings, the watermelon salad and one other salad. The service from the bar was also excellent. The place was clean and the atmosphere enjoyable. I wish I lived closer because this would easily become a regular spot.

Ate with my wife and son last night as he was in town for 1 night. We are sandy springs residents.Waitress was excellent and my sons steak was very good. The remainder of the food was lack luster. All the sides ( Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, orzo pasta, and my wife’s salad with salmon and my chicken cooked 2 ways were all bland and no flavor other than the feeling like they were all drowned in olive oil. Seems like they were not prepared fresh and cooked in bulk. Have eaten many times at Rathbun’s and always excellent so quite surprised for the money we spent…somewhat disappointing

The lighting added to the warm ambience inside. A large variety of excellent food choices. The tempura shrimp was flavorful and we enjoyed sharing a tomahawk steak with sides:creamed corn, mac n chz and caramelized mushrooms. We even had room to share a scrumptious skillet choc chip cookie. We were highly impressed with Terry's gave us excellent service and recommendations. Everything was top notch

The food was delicious. My favorite was the potato gratin. The fried calamari and jalapeños were also very good. The atmosphere is very nice.

The best meal I have ever had. My fiancée and I had our one year anniversary dinner here and greatly enjoyed ourselves. The service was immaculate, the atmosphere is fantastic and the food was incredible. Order the prime spinalis, it is the best steak I have ever had. We will undoubtedly be back.

No clue how I’ve slept on this place for the entire decade I’ve lived down the street in Chastain. Last minute visit after a movie across the way and what an incredible experience. Though solo, I ordered the carpaccio, lobster salad, and a French 75 cocktail. The flavors and freshness were on point and the prices are insanely reasonable compared to the scene that rhymes with pals. Chic steakhouse vibe without feeling stuffy. I chose the patio which was perfect for this early summer evening. Service was over the top in the best way possible, including the complimentary valet. Though stuffed to the gills, I took a slice of key lime to go and, yes, also exceptional with the right balance of tart, sweet and cream. Can’t wait to return for another visit soon!

I had an absolutely fantastic meal here. I highly recommend the Prime Spinalis steak. It’s one of the best steaks I’ve ever had

Such a cosy restaurant. Ordered the spinalis medium rare and it was perfect. Their NY ribeye is amazing as well. I have some reservations after eating their dry aged stuff, a little tougher than expected. You need to finish the meal with the chocolate cookie here, so crispy on the outside but gooey inside with vanilla ice cream on top. My server was also amazing. A cool steakhouse to be back

Best steakhouse experience in a long time for me. Great for a birthday, family dinner, or date. Incredible service. Our server Ciprian was amazing and orchestrated the best birthday dinner I’ve had in a long time.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Friendly service, great atmosphere (dim lighting, gives Chophouse vibes) and delicious options across the entire menu. Our Server Michelle took such great care of us and had great reccos. Makes sure you get a reservation ahead of time, it’s a super busy place. Can’t wait to come back!

Finally! A great steakhouse experience in Sandy Springs. Awesome steaks (some unique cuts occasionally available as specials), great seafood and craft cocktails. Some of the sharable sides are good enough to steal the show. Kaiser's is one of the best restaurants in the venerable Sandy Springs dining area.

Not the best experience. My husband and I went here for our 1 year anniversary recently, and was sure to put that it was our anniversary in the notes when reserving. Our server did not acknowledge it at all, we wanted a special experience and it was far from that. The manager never once stopped by our table to inquire about service or quality of food. The appetizers were great, but the food was subpar and it took quite awhile before receiving our entrees. There are a lot of great steakhouses in Atlanta. This one came as a recommendation from my mother and I was slightly disappointed at the experience for my 1 year wedding anniversary.

We decided to stop by here last minute as my brother was in town and wanted to get a nice steak. It was a Saturday night, and we did not have a reservation. Despite that, after a brief wait the staff made accommodations and got us a table for three. First time here for all of us. Lots of appetizing choices on the menu. Our three meals were cooked nearly to perfection, and all delicious. The staff was accommodating, attentive, and my request for a brief chat with the chef regarding cooking technique on one of the items was granted, and he graciously came by our table to spend a couple minutes. Granted, by this point, it was later in the night and closer to closing time, but still, the effort was appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience. Definitely on the upscale, pricier side, but well worth it. Definitely will be back.
