After having ridden literally every ride in Disney World, this is hands down the best! It is so much fun and makes you walk away smiling and so happy. Even if you aren’t interested in Guardians, the ride itself is simply a blast! Right now the ride can only be ridden by Virtual Queue or Lightning Lane. I would recommend using the former over the latter because they end up having around the same wait time and the Virtual Queue is free! Plus, your time is usually called earlier than they originally anticipate for the Queue.

Wow, was not expecting that… but this could very well be the best ride I have ever ridden. Re-rides will tell the story on that. If you are a Disney person then this is a cross between Space Mountain/Rockin roller coaster/primeval whirl. The queue is awesome and up to flight of passage standards, but the ride… oh the ride. I won’t spoil the ride, you should experience it yourself. But this persons opinion… big time success. Well done Disney

This is the most fun I've had on an indoor "roller coaster". I put that in quotes because it's unlike any other in the world. My wife said it's the best ride she's ever been on. Thrilling and completely original. We used the virtual queue to get a boarding pass one day, then paid for a ride the next day because it was just that good. The only negative is we got the same song the second time we rode. Truly amazing experience!

A fascinating ride - very unique and fun for some This is one of the newest rides at EPCOT. I have been anxiously awaiting the opening of this ride for over a year. Once it opened, I waited to get an opening for a chance to ride it. It is based on the Guardians of the Galaxy movie. It is located in EPCOT to the East of Spaceship Earth (the big Geodesic Sphere at the entrance to the park) on the site of the Universe of Energy ride. At this point in time, you need a pass (either a lightning lane or an advance pass). The advance pass is obtained by applying at 7 am and getting a time/block for your group. This is updated throughout the day via your cell phone. The entrance is beautifully futuristic from when you walk in the door to when you get off the ride. There is a story and a theme that the various pre-shows attempt to explain. If you know the movie, it should not be too hard to follow along with the new theme before the ride as all the characters are represented. Then you actually are parsed out and put into cars and trains. 2 people/row, 2 rows/car, 5 cars to a train, and 2 trains running. It is not like a normal roller coaster in that the cars stay together in the train but they rotate while you are traveling forward. For people who like roller coasters, it will probably be a new experience. For people who tolerate roller coasters, this will probably not be a pleasant experience. I enjoyed it and am looking forward to trying it again now that I know what to expect.

One of the best rides at Disney World to date! Currently you have to make a reservation using the virtual queue system, which works well, the show areas before the ride are also a very fun and entertaining lead up to the ride. The ride itself is really something else, it's fun for the entire family and very immersive while still feeling like a traditional roller coaster that feels like space mountain but with more environmental elements.

WOW! Hands down best new ride out of any theme park in Florida. So much fun! My family & I couldn’t stop talking about how fun it was for hours after we ride. It’s worth the visit & I’m not even a Marvel fan. It’s just a phenomenal roller coaster that’s set in the dark sea of the “galaxy” that your flying around in.

Cosmic rewind was the best ride of all Disney during our stay late May 2023. The ride is a must ride in Epcot and worth the outrageous price Disney charges for lightning lane if you miss the instant fill of the Virtual queue and do not want to wait til the afternoon queue opens which almost guarantees you a ride after 7pm. We rode it twice once in the morning paid and once in the evening through the virtual queue. The normal line goes through some great visuals that the lightning lane bypasses as you ride fast with a more direct line. The ride itself is shorter than I would have liked but has all the good qualities of a fun ride with speed and visuals.

This ride is another smash-hit for not just EPCOT, but the entire Disney World! Easily one of the best coasters in America, maybe even the world. This ride has a brilliant story, rides backwards, spins each individual carriage and plays some sick tunes too! You'll love the adventure this ride takes you on, EVEN IF you haven't seen the movies! This ride is only available through Virtual Queue or Fastpass, and dude, I recommend Virtual Queue, but I will give you one warning. Keep a close eye on the time you've been given, and keep checking that time throughout the day. It can change by up to an hour at the drop of a hat. Ours changed three or four times, meaning we had to constantly change what we were doing throughout our day in order to accommodate it. Definitely worth it! A must for any visit to EPCOT!

The place to be for any fan of roller-coasters! If you’re into the Guardians of Galaxy and a huge fan of the movie, this would be a dream come true! The best roller-coaster I have ever tried at this park, and all other parks that I have been to across the world! The setup, design, plot, effects, the build-up to the ride, is just SUPERB! Extremely fast, sharp turns in all directions, make sure your eyes are open not to miss out on the multi-verse! There was no LL or Standby lane for this ride, only a virtual queue, signed up at 445 minutes away, and received a text message with a full hour window to make it to the ride! Made it to the ride, about 15 minutes’ wait, and t It’s all fun & screams from that moment on! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The best Disney's attraction!! I could attend with my virtual queue at the afternoon at Epcot. The line inside was fast ( they use the same system that rise of the resistance to do it faster) with some interesting decorations. There are a lot of new technology put in this ride. In my opinion, this attraction is the best at Epcot and all over Disney. I definitely recommend this ride!

It is one of the best futuristic and technical rides I have been on in a long time. This engineering wonder has set the bar high for any future rides going forward. It is an immersive roller coaster that tilts, spins, sets sideways, backward, and goes at incredible speeds that make you feel like you are in actual space while being immersed with 4K visuals and music from the movie. Before the ride, the actual set design and ramp have set designs, spaceship mock-ups, costumes, actual hologram 3D videos throughout the wait, and then the grand entrance that will transport you in real time and then the actual ride. I have been to many immersed rides in many theme parks, but this ride is just a prop, artistic, engineering work of art. I recommend this ride to everyone as long as you are a fan of this glorious type of ride. Be warned that this ride has speed, drops, spins, tilts, flashing lights, videos, music, and lots and lots of memorable fun! I did not want to take any videos or pictures of the actual ride because I wanted you to experience this engineering wonder, but I did take pictures of the tunnels and entrance before the ride. Not everything but enough for you to get a sample. Enjoy!

This is probably the best ride in the whole world, definitely know for a fact it’s the best one in Disney World. The Movies and the ride pair well. I ride this at least three times every visit and would go on more if they let me.

Fantastic ride with great music soundtrack. It’s an indoor rollercoaster but does not go upside down. The coaster car also will rotate while going down the track. Long wait times even with a virtual line pass so be aware.

Disney's best new ride. Believe the hype! So well done, really immersive experience and story, and a fun, thrilling ride to boot. Everyone should do it - if you can get access to the virtual queue!

In order to go to Guardians of Galaxy, be sure to put yourselves into the virtual line, which for us took 5 hrs (Virtual lines normally start at 1 so keep an eye in the Disney app for that) You can do other activities during that time. Also, 5 hrs of virtual wait is so much worth for the Guardians of Galaxy, one of our favorite rides. There is also lightning lanes for the same and you will have to pay some $15 per person to enter quicker and earlier

Have to be honest, half of us hated this and will not be riding this again, but the other half loved it. So I’m putting it in the middle. If you don’t do well with spinning and screens… maybe avoid? This was worse than transformers sickness wise. A couple thrill seekers in our group got sick and headaches. So, I guess everyone handles rides differently. The ones that didn’t like it were not a fan of the screens and couldn’t wait for it to end. The ones that enjoyed it thought it was a really cool and fun attraction. Take what you will out of that. Proceed with caution and know your own body. You’ll either love it or hate it?
