Just WOW! Wife and I celebrated our 21st Anniversary in Madeira Beach and we purchased a new set of wedding rings there. Everyone there was as nice as could be!

I loved this store. But hearing that Dawn is gone makes me so sad . I looked forward to coming to see her every year . She was so sweet and always helped me pick out the best jewelry. Its like she knew my style. Sad to say I probably won't be spending anymore money there. The place just doesn't feel as welcoming 😕

Purchased a silver ring in November for $150. Ring lost its finish and looked cheap after 2 weeks. Landing company re polished but happened again. They said I was putting my hands in chemicals. I returned again and this time let me choose something else. Would not give me a refund even though ring is defective. I did pick another ring for $110. I thought they should at least refund the difference as a gesture of good will.

Went with my brother to the St. Pete's location while he's visiting from Toronto for his bday. He purchased a beautiful bracelet. He wanted the matching ring but they didn't have his size. The 2 ladies that assisted us were so friendly and helpful. I'm all about good customer service! My brother loves men's jewelry but mentioned that not many places carry a good variety for men. Landing Co.'s jewelry, quality, and selection is quite impressive. The price point isn't too crazy. You pay for good quality but it doesn't break the bank. Great selection of stones, metals, and wood. The plan was to bring my bro to Sarasota the next day, specifically St. Armand's circle and give him a tour. It so happens that the ring in his size was at their St. Armand's location. I had no idea they had a location there. Lol I told him that it was meant to be. Landing Co had an even bigger selection of men's jewelry at the Sarasota location. I also fell in love with all of the jewelry. I even told my son to take note and let his dad know I loved a ring there! My brother ended up buying the ring and another bracelet! Sheesh! This guy was on a roll. It's been pretty consistent! Their employees were also helpful and super nice! We felt the same vibe as their St. Pete's location. I hate uptight places, especially jewelry stores. Landing Co. has a warm, welcoming vibe. Tomorrow is his last day in Tampa and guess where he wants to go again before he goes to the airport? Yes, Landing Co. This time, we are going to their Madeira Beach location to add more to his bracelet. We pretty much did a Landing Co. tour in Florida. May I add that this was his first time in Florida! 🤣 I gotta say, Landing Co. picked their locations perfectly! Pretty much 3 of my fave areas! I'll add on to my review after our 3rd location visit.

Jess was fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and took her time to help me find new links for my husband’s bracelet. Then as I was looking at rings, she found the perfect ring that I had overlooked and fitted me for it. She was never pushy or overzealous. We will continue to come back to her every year.

Jess helped me pick out a gift to mail to my friend she was very nice helping me. The gift came very fast to my friend they were so happy! Thank you!

I went into the Madeira Beach location to look around and was impressed with all of the beautiful pieces of jewelry. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. With the help of Sami, I walked away with a beautiful ring from the Gulf Coast Collection.

I went shopping at Landing Company the other day with my boyfriend (we are from London Ontario, Canada). I didn’t have much money to spend, but was eager to find a shell necklace within my price range. Dawn was our customer service representative and she made me feel so comfortable, and I didn’t feel judged at all like I did by other jewellery stores on Johns Pass. We visit this area annually and I will definitely be returning for future jewellery purchases in years to come based off Dawn’s kindness, sincerity and expertise. Thank-you for helping me pick out a memorable keepsake I will hold close to my heart always. The entire store had stunning pieces and the atmosphere was gorgeous and welcoming! A five star rating for me, especially because of Dawn!

I came in here to buy a piece and then proceeded to lose it in the ocean 2 hours later, thankfully they were very kind and understanding. I called in and talked to Dawn not expecting any courtesy because lots of people lie about losing things to get a free piece, incredibly the wonderful staff trusted me and I got a 40 percent off discount. Highly recommended for nice jewelry and kind staff.

Loved this store - everything is non nickel and non lead which is so important for those with Allergies! Dawn was incredibly helpful and I even won their monthly drawing for some extra jewelry :) - Can't wait to visit again!

Been in twice this holiday gave the jess two briefs and she did a amazing job both times realy friendly little shop and a amazing knowledge and imagination and made the whole experience a absolute pleasure. Highly recommended. Also when I talked to them about future purchases they are more than happy to arrange shipping to the UK.

Just an extra special day today. Jess, at the Landing at John’s Pass, efficiently helped my sister in her request for a repair on a ring she had purchased a year ago. Jess was easily able to find the receipt and without any delay was able to send Holly away with a brand new ring. That was beyond her expectation as she adored the ring and was hoping desperately that it could be repaired. It is her wedding ring!! Excellent!! We love the store and will be back!!

Loved this shoppe and my bracelet is beautiful. Our sales person was so sweet and I wouldn’t have probably bought this without her help.
