Mariel was amazing! I booked an appointment online for a necklace & bracelet & she was able to fit us in the next morning! She had so many chains available to choose from, and so many beautiful charms that made the necklace unique. I had previous a previous bracelet from another business that she was able to re-zap & she was also able to take another necklace and turn it into two bracelets for me. Truly the best experience & highly recommend for anyone looking to get zapped! I will definitely be back!

I got a bracelet connected to a ring and am in love! They are beyond kind, patient, and helpful with the process of making your own permanent jewelry! I never felt rushed or pushed. First and foremost the staff is AMAZING! They really go the extra mile, so that you get exactly what you want. I have gone to other permanent jewelry places and they would not return correspondence and when they did they never followed through with any of their claims to call back or look for the chain/ item you were interested in.
