Absolutely LOVE this brewery because it's so much more than that. First off, their beer quality and huge selection sets them apart in that very popular league in the St. Pete area. Any beer pallette will be satisfied here, from a barrel aged stout, to a fruity wheat, a seltzer, a hoppy IPA or my favorite, the sour beer selection! Then you have such a welcoming atmosphere, as kids and dogs are allowed inside and out. The beer garden is fantastic as it allows for live music in a cool shaded place. The event center is awesome, as I booked an awesome craft night there with my mom to hand stich my dog's faces! So unique! I cannot stay enough about how amazing the bar staff is and overall what this place is. It's definitely more than a brewery, it's a place where locals or beer enthusiasts can hang out, bring the family, go on a date night, or just meet new people. It's just so awesome and I'm thankful that this business exists in this community. Especially as a dog mom who is constantly trying to figure out what places I can bring my elderly pups without stressing them out, and this is the place!๐Ÿ•๐Ÿฉ

We had our son's rehearsal dinner at Pinellas and rented out both the indoor and outdoor space. Everything was fantastic! Our private bartender was wonderful and did an amazing job! I had coordinated everything with Michelle via long distance, and she was so patient and professional with all of my emails and phone calls. I can't thank everyone at Pinellas enough for doing such a wonderful job!!

It is a nice venue with a good staff. I enjoyed it. I wish they had a good crisp apple cider beer. Love the dog theme. Probably the only issue is that it has very little parking. I snagged a good spot because I came early to the event but that was a surprise. (But that is most of down st Pete anyway)

The experience here was amazing! We got a flight of beers with Piรฑa Colada, 1888 Imperial Stout, Off the Leash IPA and the Mango Pucker P'up Berliner Weiss. We each got our own full pours as well, I went with the Off the Leash iPA & Blood Orange Pucker P'up Berliner Weiss and my wife got the Raspberry Pucker P'up Berliner Weiss. We sat In their beautiful beer garden under the Edison lights tucked away behind the building, the musician was doing an awesome job playing chill classic rock / indie music on an acoustic electric guitar (got to hear some Allman brothers band too) and the weather was flat out excellent. The vibes are immaculate here and you won't be disappointed by their quality selection. This brewery is also very dog friendly and our little pup had a blast! I highly recommend trying this place out next time you visit downtown st.pete!

Lots of clever canine named beers. Obviously dog friendly - someone we met had even had a doggie birthday party there! Beers were solid with lots to choose from and staff was friendly. They also have a few non-alcoholic beers. Would love to come back and hang out longer.

Great local brewery with outstanding beers and neighborhood vibe. They are very dog friendly, and often have fundraisers for dog rescues. There is a nice covered back patio for outdoor seating. Update: they have a new food truck now which is focused on tacos and burritos; the nachos are good, if a little over salted. They have some selections for dogs, too! Our pup really enjoyed the peanut butter dog ice cream. It kept him busy and focused so he was better able to cope with all the activity of an event there. Photos are of the Halloween costume contest featuring some adorable dogs and their people. It was held in their indoor event space, which can be rented out for private events.

PAW is awesome! I really like their IPA lineup and it's a great place to bring your dog if you're looking to kickback and aren't in the mood for Dog Bar's craziness. It's definitely one of the top breweries in a town with a bunch of them.

From start to finish, Michelle was second to none when it came to helping us with our wedding venue. She made the entire process simple and easy. Her communication was Great and any questions I had she immediately responded. The day of the event itself was Top Notch and it came out Beautifully! Thank you Michelle and to all the Pinellas Ale Works staff for making our day a Very Special day. You have Customers for life:)

I can't believe I'd never been here before. I've been to a lot of the breweries in the area, and this might be my favorite! They have a great space both indoor and outdoor with lots of smaller tables in the outdoor space and big communal tables on the inside. Their beer is a standout! I enjoyed everything I tried and they have an amazing and varied selection! I stuck with beer flavored beer this time and went with the Harold's (Lager) and the Piddle Pils (Pilsner). Both were excellent. They have SO much variety in their beers and can make any beer lover happy. Seriously - the selection is top notch, everything from light beers to barrel aged stouts, IPAs, they even have cider, seltzer and kombucha. While they don't offer food, they do have a food truck there Wednesday - Sunday and the food was really good. We got the chipotle chicken dip (highly recommend!) If you're in the area definitely check it out - you won't be disappointed.

We had our welcome event at PAWs, and were super happy with our choice. They were super easy to work with, let us bring in a food truck of our choice, and gave as combination of indoor and outdoor space that was perfect for our ~100 guests. We also appreciated that they had something for everyone, with a selection of beer, wine, and seltzers. We would definitely recommend!

I am a regular customer and I had my rehearsal dinner here, in the private event space. It was amazing! Michelle made sure everything was coordinated in advance, it was easy to set up and everything ran very smoothly. We used Jimmy eats food truck to cater, he did a great job! Kyle was a great bartender, kept our guests happy and glasses full! Thank you for a fun night!

This place keeps getting better and better!! We came a couple years ago and felt like we couldnโ€™t find any hit beers- they were good but nothing stuck. More recently when weโ€™ve come this place has had so many options that were great it was hard to choose- not to mention live music, TVs for sports, and a food truck! Here we are enjoying a Straw-Barry White IPA and peach lager ๐Ÿปcheers

Iโ€™ve been to Pinellas Ales Works multiple times. Itโ€™s a great brewery, but the layout and vibe is a bit lacking for me compared to the other nearby breweries. They have quality beers and a big selection. The brew-tenders have been friendly and I had some great convos with them in the past. This rating should really be 4.5. The bathrooms always smell good, which I appreciate too.

One of my favorite breweries in St. Pete. I've been here dozens of times and never had bad service or beer.

Honestly the nicest and friendliest staff ever. I feel like Iโ€™ve just made two new best friends. The only thing better than the customer service is the beer. So many great beers and a huge variety on tap. 100/10 would recommend.

I really liked the unique crafts on tap. The bands last night were good. I think the general layout of the place is kinda awkward and we had to search around just to find the bar on the property. We noticed a good amount of people walk up and get confused as well and walk out not knowing where the bar was. I guess it kinda depends which way you walk in from. It's Def confusing for first time guest.

Wonderful dog friendly (and themed) local brewery. Full outdoor space and ample seating inside. Definitely recommend the beer too!

Love the atmosphere of this dog-centric brewery. Their beer is pretty good and lots of well behaved dogs to help with socializing ours. The area is very nice and tons of food, drink, and shopping options within walking distance.

I highly recommend trying this place if you love craft beers. We tried 10 of their options and couldn't pick a favorite because they all were so good! Lindsay and Ryan were our bartenders. They were both friendly and sociable, which made our visit fun. We will be back on our next trip to Tampa.

I just hosted my rehearsal/welcome dinner here and it was great! The beer was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. We had the food truck that is typically at the brewery and my family and friends were RAVING about the fish tacos and Cuban sandwich. Michelle was a delight to work with, thank you guys for a great time!!!

Parking is a factor here but finding it is well worth the effort. It was our first time here and we absolutely enjoyed. There is over 36 beers on tap. We really like the 1888 French Toast Stout. It was simply amazing. Good vibes all around and definitely recommend.

Being a dog lover myself, this was an obvious choice. We rented out the private room for our rehearsal dinner and it was so awesome. The pricing was affordable and the room was fantastic. It has 3 private bathrooms, a private bar (if you choose to pay for/use it) and a hookup for a projector which we used for a slideshow. We rented the room out for 3 hours, but they had no issue letting us stay in there later. They had the option of catering with their food truck, but also allow you to bring in your own catering which is what we ended up doing (only because we had a food truck at our wedding and didnโ€™t want to have food trucks two nights in a row). They have multiple different methods for bar tabs which gives you a lot of control over how much you are spending. Highly recommended!

Huge variety of what they brew. Cool spot just off downtown. Lots of room inside and out. Beers have always been solid yet they are now at that consistent level of high quality on everything. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Keep rockin!
