So they were unable to remake the order for my Uber driver because they said they gave it away already. Which I actually understand and totally get. I'm also having similar struggles. I'm unable to give four stars because I already gave away one.

This was my first time at this location and I have to say if they took the sign down I would not even know that this was WAWA! Staff was kind of rude, store was messy and borderline dirty. Not a place I want to stop again.

I keep giving this Wawa a second and third chance, not happening any more. Service here is abysmal. Learn how to make a sandwich for god’s sake. I literally put the instructions in and they have completely forgotten all the toppings three times in a row.

I go here a lot in the mornings on the week days and order very simple breakfast items like chicken burritos and quesadillas with one sauce, but more than half the time I only get half the ingredients I requested. I literally order chicken burritos and get egg and cheese only in tortillas. Or I order sauce and never get any sauce. It really ruins breakfast and it’s not cheap either. Seems like pure laziness on their end.

I got a burger and fries. The bum was so hard it wasn't edible. How did the last making the burger not notice? And how did you not notice the meet want even warm yet? Fries were cold too. I watched her bag it and hand it to me! I've used Wawa for a quick fix a few times, but won't order from this location again. They do not hand it together.

Previously stopped here frequently in the morning. Today I stopped, paid for my food ant the kiosk and yet the crack staff, did not accept my paid receipt. Even when I showed them the amount debited from my checking account. The old woman behind the register was most concerned about complaining to other customers about the “off brand” items Wawa carries. Fortunately, there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts nearby, so I’ll be going there from now on.

Excellent place to go whether you want food, a beverage, a sweet tooth, they have it all. Highly recommend the pumpkin spice smoothie.

Clean but very busy hard to get help in sandwich area ,,, chaotic

Try to hire better people who knows how to communicate with customers. Drink filler guy is just hanging and talking in this place as he desires. Being rude over a simple order number question. ""THIS IS THE DRINK SECTION NOT FOOD DONT YOU SEE ALL THE DRINK CUPS AND STUFF?"" yea no because im a customer and i dont need to know what section is what but you gotta be sane enough to think so. What a great service from a brand like this

So I have been getting their burritos for a while now which are great. The service is mostly great. But however recently I started getting smoothies. Theres a guy that works here with a hat and cute smile, he always does an excelent job and is always on top of it. Whenever he does the smoothies along with this other nice looking lady I never have any issues. This other heavier set lady will sometimes be making smoothies their and always goes super slow. And to add insult to injury she has been putting energy caffeine boost in my smoothies a couple times now when I never asked for caffeine! I'm going to confront her about it next time because this has never happened to me and honestly im shocked that this is going unnoticed and this lady is still even working their. If this happens again with my smoothie im going to sue wawa for attempted murder, because im highly sensitive to caffeine and I know how dangerous it is.

Ok store but don’t eat here I got a burger and got the most violent food poisoning I ever had was sick all Easter Day I’m really upset about it and you can see the people just throw food together and don’t pay attention to anything I’ve worked in food service for 6 years and in management and I would never let things like that happen

Wawa changed their points program from store-wide $ credit to only items from the restaurant for points. I am pissed. I thought it was fuel rewards not sandwiches. I'm so mad wawa. These small indecencies add up.

am very upset how I was treated at your 4 th street store in st Petersburg on Saturday night about 11 pm. I ordered a sandwich got a $2.99 cut of pre made orange juice and $15 worth of gas. As I waited for my sandwich I got a cup of ice and poured the OJ into it. After I got my sandwich the front register guy was told by the sandwich maker that I stole and oj. I put 2 glasses of OJ into my cup. ( Not possible as I barely fits in it). I confronted both of them, pulled the 1 cup from the garbage to show it was just one oh. You canNOT have staff accusing your customers in front of other people for an accusation that was not true. I am shocked your employees would be so in professional and do such an action. Neither of them aplogised as they saw they were Incorrect in their assumptions. Again you have to have protocol for approaching such matters. I am furious. And I wish to talk to a store manager at this location, a regional and a person in corporate offices. This was so unfair to me.

The tuna salad sandwich made me sick. So safe food protocol to prevent harmful bacteria is questionable. Another time I took bottled drinks to the register and the lady grasped them over the tops of the lids and squeezed them right where a person would put their mouth. Then she put them in the bag and promptly rubbed her eyes. Does everyone in a service job in this town have to behave in absolutely disgusting ways? Oh, I got breakfast burritos there and they didn’t even include the ingredients I ordered. I just don’t understand why people don’t do the bare minimum. I gave it two stars because the gasoline is good, although they’ll probably find a way to mess that up. It’ll eventually turn into one of the burned out trashy Wawas like the ones on 34th Street. Everyone in the St. Pete service industry needs a spa day, a bar of soap, a course on manners, and germ safety training. It’s a job. Treat it like one.

While ordering the guy making food told me there's a 15 minute wait for food as if he didn't want me to order. Also, there were 3 people working in the food area, but only 1 was making food with 7 people waiting. I nicely asked the older gentleman working the beverage area if he could help make food, since I noticed he didn't have any drink orders. He said no and went to the back. The GM of this store should be fired. Wawa is usually great, but this one sucks.

Wawa is and will always be a 5 star establishment... But. There is this girl that works the drink area every now and again when I'm in there.. she has the most unbearable and grating personality ever. She try to joke with customers and other employees but you can tell everyone just wants their drink and it always takes her extra time to make the drink because she is too busy goofing off with everyone. Once she actually skipped my drink and missed it completely and served about four other people in line before I got mine because she didn't realize she skipped it due to said goofing before. It's to the point where I won't even order a drink when I come in if I see her working which always makes me upset because I really enjoy your drinks the experience has become unbearable I hope that you guys can do something to rectify the situation I don't think she should be fired but she should definitely be put in the back or something also this post was not meant to hurt anyone's feelings I just want my drinks in a timely fashion.

Much more than just your average gas station. Checked it out to see what all the hype was. I tried a sandwich which was decent. Not my first choice but decent.

Stopped by because I had really low air pressure in one of my tire. It was very easy to enter and exit the gas station. Even though I have a Costco membership, I filled up my tank as a way of saying thank you for providing the free air.

I’ve been to a lot of wawas lately and i feel like they aren’t as good as they use to be. Overcharging and running out of supplies. How you gonna run out of buns for burgers and fries all in the same night. Might as well take it off the menu.

Total ineptitude at this location from the employees!!! This company advertises their turkey gobbler bowl yet this location doesn’t have it on the menu ? Why ? Also why tell a customer you’ll “fix the menu in just a minute “ when you don’t do it ? 20 minutes later I went across the street to Wendy’s , made me late getting back to work too , a half hour is all we get, lesson learned Wawa, you’ve lost my money forever!!

Had great experience thanks to Samantha. Couldnt remember what kind of drink I ordered last time and what I liked in it and with her help recommending the right coffee and what to put in it she nailed it tasted just like I wanted it to and now I know how to order my favorite drink every time. At 3AM I called and was on hold for about a minute, after which I was told that no one was available. I call once again, when an employee picks up the call immediately and I ask a simple question. To which the employee hung up without a single word.

Stopped here for coffee on the way out to to lunch. I love the coffee here but this time it was aweful. My "fresh made" coffee was room temp at best. I tried to get the attention of the young lady that made it, but was ignored due to lunchtime rush. I was very disappointed. I love wawa food and service so much, but this was just terrible. Id like to say i wont be back, but that would be a lie.

These must be the slowest pumps in town. Took about a minute per gallon. Left after pumping 6 gallons.

It's okay. Its Busy all the time! Gas Pump area is ridiculous with drivers flying in an out of parking lot to either get gas or to go onto WaWa. Alot of people an cars. Ya can get distracted fast in this parking lot..!
