The family has been in St. Pete for over 50 years so it felt only right to support the local community. I didn’t expect to meet wonderful women that showed support for being a young mom and understanding of our budget. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Andrea and Katrina and I love them! Ever meet someone and immediately understand and trust them? That’s how I felt with them. Andrea helped me create a beautiful custom ring! I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted but she was able to help me with all the different styles and options. When my ring came in I was immediately in love! Sometimes it’s hard to feel confident when your not picking something that you can see and try but Andrea is an expert and knew what size and weight would look good. Sadly, I must have whacked my ring on something because a stone went missing. I was really disheartened but brought it back to Old NE Jewlers and they fixed it even though I hadn’t realized it was my fault at the time. This is my first ring so I know to be a bit more conscious now. I want to say thank you so much to Andrea and Katrina! Fantastic staff and all around great experience. I recently had a custom piece made for my fiancé's birthday and it turned out fantastic. The jeweler did a great job casting a gold replica of some shark teeth we found together on Venice beach and I couldn't be happier with the results. He was very attentive and detail oriented when I explained to him what I wanted and the turn-around time was prompt as promised. Kyla was incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive during the whole process and really made the entire experience a great one. From the jewelers fantastic work to Kyla's top-notch customer service, they have gained a loyal customer. I will be using Old Northeast Jewelers from now on for anything jewelry related.

In St. Pete’s on a work-cation and have been wanting to get my wedding band looking brand new again. It’s been through a lot (yes a metaphor as well) :). Came in and was immediately greeted by Helen’s professionalism and grace. She’s extremely knowledgeable and helped walk me through the different options available to help make this happen. We could have went through the rhodium dip or buff and polish route. After speaking with Brian the jeweler, we figured the best option was to approach this as a buff and polish and then take it from there. This would have needed to be done regardless, even if I did want the rhodium dip option. I didn’t want the band overly shined for it to look feminine. Turns out a simple buff and polish was all that was needed to make my ring look brand new! I will also add, this was done same day with no wait! I appreciate their honesty from start to finish. If you end up needing a jeweler please check out Old Northeast, and ask for Helen to work with and Brian to remedy anything needed on your precious metals. Amazing experience all around! A small-but-important piece of hardware on my watch band broke while I was visiting from Maine. I could have just bought a new band, I suppose, but the watch was a gift from my wife and I wanted to see if the band could be repaired. Although it was the smallest of small jobs, Curtis took the time to find a piece of hardware and make the fix. I appreciated the effort — and I couldn't help but notice the beautiful collection of watches they have for sale. Next time I'm in the market for one, I will think first of this family-owned business.

Great experience! Brought in 2 necklaces that were extremely tangled and they untangled them for me for free. Great customer service. I have also had earring clasps repaired here and the work has held up over time! Will continue to bring my business here :)

If I could leave negative stars I would. I brought them a watch for repair in November. They quoted me over $400 to fix it and said it would be 6-8 weeks. I agreed. IT TOOK 7 MONTHS. I had to call and text the entirety of that time to get updates, and each update was like pulling teeth. I finally told them that I wanted my watch back even if it wasn’t repaired and that’s when they updated me that they had an estimated completion date. So I wait some more and go to pick up my watch after 7 MONTHS and ask if there is anything they could do on price, you know, since it was 20+ weeks late. I was rudely told no and that this can happen often when they have to send it off for repair. Ok. Well that’s probably something you should tell your customer instead of giving them a 6-8 week BS timeline. Also, a few years ago I had some minor work done to the watch (which I’ve had for a nearly decade prior with no issues) and have had problems with it ever sense. Do not patronize this business. There are other places in town that will be more honest with you and actually care about customer service.

Wow! That’s honestly what I can say. We came in with a family engagement ring that we needed a band made for our upcoming wedding. Being that it was a unique design, this was not something that could be ordered from a catalog. From the beginning, Katrina and her staff have been wonderful to work with. Art, their resident Artist and goldsmith extraordinaire, created my vision perfectly and worked with me along the way to make sure everything came out correct. I went to the shop with my bestie so she could talk to Mr. Hess ( if possible) regarding a family Cartier bracelet. We only waited for five minutes and we were cordially shown into his office. That, in itself, was amazing. Mr. Hess expertly took the time to examine the bracelet and explain the pertinent qualities he observed. He was friendly, interesting, efficient, and kind. Brought my Mother's 75 year old cluster diamond engagement ring because another jeweler told me it was unsafe to wear and I needed a whole new platinum setting. I brought it to Northeast Jewelers worried about how much that would cost. I received a call 2 days later stating my ring was ready. The ring did not need a new platinum setting, the band was repaired and they cleaned to ring and did an appraisal. The price was so reasonable. Thank you for being honest and professional. I recommend Northeast Jewelers to everyone.

I highly recommend this place to everyone. The staff is incredibly accommodating. Upon entering I was greeted and offered a drink. I went in for a ring removal and Art the technician made sure I was comfortable through the entire process. I recently visited Old Northeast Jewelers & asked to have my old Seiko watch’s bracelet adjusted. Not only did the staff quickly make an initial adjustment, but made a second which fits superbly. This level of service is rare today and I personally can attest to decades of great competence. What a wonderful jeweler!

I love the way I was treated there and they took care of me very quickly. I went there to adjust two of my watches, which was done professionally. I was amazed to see they had a variety of watches to include old Rolex. I know where I’m getting my next watch.

Wow. Daniel was so generous. He and the staff were very welcoming. I had my own timepiece which I was having trouble sizing myself. He examined it on my wrist and brought it into the back to the watchmaker. There is a fee to size a watch. No problem. When he returned he modestly asked if I would review the experience. Of course they helped me out. When I was about to exit I knew I didn't pay. I asked method of payment and total. I was told if I leave a review it's taken care of. It's beyond generous given I have no history here. I will say the have a new and long standing customer. I collect luxury timepieces. Old Northeast Jewelers will be my first stop and the next purchase opportunity.

My husband came in on 4/20/23 to have some Morgan silver dollars appraised. He ended up selling them. He was incredibly impressed with staff members Kristen, Nicholas and Kyle. He said they displayed high levels of knowledge and were extremely professional. He says that "in the future, if I ever needed service from a jeweler, it would be this place". My husband is happy, pleased and satisfied with he service he received. BTW: the ole man who wrote the book on Rolex watches is COOL!

Recently took a collection of watches in to the Old Northeast Jewelers to get new batteries and do some watch band work. Andrea greeted me as I came in the door and took care of everything that I needed to get accomplished. She took the time to discuss my concerns and point me in the right direction. Bill added a link to a Rolex while I waited. Overall, great experience! This is the kind of customer service that is rare to find anymore. Did I mention they have a great selection of watches?

I really enjoyed working with this store. I brought in a diamond ring that I was planning to have re-set. However, we ultimately decided to just have the ring re-sized. Even though I wasn't a high roller dropping big money they still were very attentive to me and treated me great. Judging by how busy the store was on a weekday afternoon plenty of other people feel the same way about this place. They resized the ring in about a week and they did an excellent job; you can't tell it was re-sized. I plan on using them for future jewelry and watch needs.
