This location is just the best. We live very rural so we shop in Tri-Cities once a month, towards the end of our day, no matter where we are we will make a point to order from this location and get there before they close. They always have great friendly customer service and even with our special request they make it right.

They are amazing there I was Teasing about grabbing some rocky road icecream on the way for my son. And they did it no charge to me it really makes me happy that they went above and beyond for us thank you very much for the Workers at your store!!!

Madison went above and beyond to accommodate my order. I’ve never been treated so valued by any other pizza joint in my life! I vow to never order Dominos again because of this store! Every time I order from here if they don’t have pan crust available they always upgrade me at no charge and they make you feel special! Kudos to this store for setting the highest standards in customer service keep up the outstanding work!

Wow! Things have definitely changing at this store. I was treated with respect and left the restaurant feeling like Pizza Hut really valued me as a customer which is becoming more and more rare these days. Way to go! You’ve got a great team there!

We ordered pizza late at night so we already knew it was gonna be a bit of a wait, so we waited 10 mins extra before I went ahead and called to check on my order. I spoke to a person there who said they were there by themselves and was 8 orders behind. There is no way that one single person should be alone running Pizza Hut at night. That’s crazy, management this review is for you not for the person who helped us on the phone.

Love the new pizza melts. Enough for dinner and lunch the next day. There are a ton of fillings and cheese and the crust is so crispy. It's our favorite.

This Pizza Hut is so well managed and the food is excellent. They bend over backwards to provide great customer service. I’m very happy!

This location has always been hardworking and kind to me. Went in today and the general manager Crystal took amazing care of me. She went the extra mile to take care of my order. I have to say it is hard to find people these days in the industry that genuinely care about the customer service aspect and she does.

So far every time we have picked up here the pizza has been excellent. The bread sticks are also very good.

Very disappointed, pizza was barley warm, and the quality was non-existent. This cost me $35
