Update 9/14/23 Had a call from Dillon general manager, apologized for how I was treated and asked if he gave us some free food, if we'd give them another shot. Taking corrective action with employees and I have decided to give them a third chance. It took guts to call and I respect that. Will put an update my star rating, if the next couple orders go well! Thanks Dillon.. it was good to know you care! If I could give less than 1 star I would. These people are terrible and must employ every Flunkie in the greater Spokane area. After giving up my Domino's app, I called to order last week. Was told it would be 40 minutes and at 1 hour 10 minutes I called. Was told they were waiting on the driver. Needless to say it was cold when it arrived, at 1 hour 40 minutes after I ordered. When I called was told I would get 20 % off the next order. Called tonight, and they knew nothing of my 20%... once manager approved, I ordered wings and bread.. nothing fancy. It was wrong, not 1 ranch, which I specifically ordered..... but plenty of Marinara sauce, which I specifically said I did not want. I called and they hung up on me 3 times. This is the worst location, I can't even believe it. Do better, Jerks! Just do better. And get rid of the female manager.. she is worthless!! For real.. so sad that this is my local delivery place...Awful!!!! People of Newman Lake and Otis Orchards, beware!!

This pizza saved my life My transmission was sitting on the floor of the shop. I was famished. Domino's this Domino's swooped in like a flaming American eagle of food delivery and brought me back to life. For that I am forever indebted to them. Stop with the delivery fee though guys super bogus. You know it we know it. Drivers suffer the most.

My first visit to this location; I picked up the grand opening special Cheese pizza (and a Barq's of course). Super clean store, very friendly and helpful staff - they had my pizza ready even faster than they estimated.

I went to this location with (unknowingly) 2 Pizza Hut coupons. Haha! The manager was great! He told me the pizza I ordered was actually 1$ cheaper and the wings ... I got 8 vs. 6 from Pizza Hut. My vision is not what it once was, but man ... I still have great mojo meeting wonderful people in our community! The food was quality Domino's!

First time ordering from this Domino's store (New one on Trent near Sullivan) probably won't order there again, Pizza crust was very soft kinda doughy like it wasn't done all the way, wasn't cut well had to rip it apart or cut it again and I ordered it with light sauce but I guess they don't read the order when it comes in because when I bit into the pizza the sauce gushed out, (medical issues prevent us from having very much tomato sauce) Had a couple bites but ended up just throwing it in garbage. Wings & Italian sandwiches were good, delivery driver was nice and polite.

The best dominos in town! They're customer service is exceptional! Food is great and always hot and fresh!

I called the wrong store for a pick-up order, and this employee said it was no problem and quickly made my order for me and notified the other store for me, too.

Had an order get messed up a few times but they made it right. We then ordered online but somehow the location was wrong on our end and they still fixed it.
