    Best and most sustainable work out of my entire life. As a physician, I would recommend this style of strength building to patients no matter where they are starting from. Amazing strength building in only 15 min per week. Has my highest degree of recommendation!

    Started training at the Exercise Institute when I was 16 years old after I was worried about the safety and instruction of my local high school weights class. My trainer taught me all the fundamentals of weight lifting as well as cultivated my interest and passion for physical education. Fifteen years later, I am still training super slow, twice a week for 15-minutes each. Thank you EI, for keeping my family strong and healthy! #strongevity

    Tremendous strength training program. My wife and I have been training twice a week for over 25 years at the Exercise Institute. This "super slow" strength training program is the key to our health and well-being. Two 15 minute sessions a week keeps us fit. We have worked with many of the trainers over the years in addition to owner Mike Teater and are currently working with Nathan and Jake. All the trainers have been fantastic. Highly recommend the EI!

    I started working out at EI after I had my second child. I recognized the importance of strength training but had very limited extra time to make it all happen between quality family time, hobbies, and also working full-time. Many years later, I have continued my twice a week, 15 minutes a day, because that commitment to my own health is something I can make, especially when you see results!

    I've been going for a couple months and already see dramatic results. The super-slow workout has been safe (and beneficial) for my painful back. Injured or not, 15-minutes twice a week for an effective workout is awesome. Nathan has been a super great trainer showing extra concern, personalizing workouts, and motivating me to give my best. Highly recommend!!

    I’m having so much fun getting stronger. It’s hard work but quick and you feel great after. Everyone is super upbeat and positive. A great place. Linda rocks!
