As noted by other reviewers, this office has horrendous customer service. When you call to schedule an appointment, the person answering the phone takes your contact information and indicates that someone will call back to schedule an appointment. However, after multiple calls and waiting for several days, nobody bothered to call back. It seems as though they do not want to treat patients. Most residents of the Tri-Cities would be better served by scheduling an appointment with a doctor in Seattle, Portland, or Spokane.

The reception staff is horrible. For one, you don’t get a call back for weeks to set up an appointment. If you have any questions it’s like pulling teeth to get a kind response. If you can’t be kind don’t get into the medical field. It’s that simple. Fake it if you have to! You are not better than any human being that walks through those doors. They are here to be helped and treated with respect. We will definitely be looking at other options.

ZERO stars out of 5. I just finished surgery a few weeks ago. Dr. Wahl left me in 10/10 pain weeping in post op for 2 hours. The had no solution or other staff at the hospital that would help or even come speak to me. All post op appointments are with other staff members. I called my nurse (2 weeks post op) and no call backs. I have had several surgeries in my years and this was by far my worst experience at the surgery and post op pain-wise, with ZERO communication or help from my team. If you like getting you surgery done in a factory, then this is your place. No bedside manner. No support. No communication. No care. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I am a mother of 4 younger children and I work full time. I had a bulged disc in my neck and for months it caused me so much pain. I wasn't sleeping and all I could focus on was how bad I hurt. I went to PT, Chiro, did steroids, nerve medicine, etc. I asked my social network who they suggested and Dr Wahl was mentioned several times as a wonderful surgeon. Once the referral was taken care of, I was able to be seen very quickly. Dr Wahl explained my options, showed me my MRI images and let me take pictures of them. I decided on a disc replacement. He went above and beyond and promised to get my surgery on my schedule quickly- and he came through. He has the BEST bedside manner and I just can't give him more praise. Any questions or medications I needed after surgery were taken care of immediately. My healing has been quite easy for such a major surgery and the pain I was going through for months was immediately gone after surgery. 100% trust and recommend Dr Wahl!

We have been trying to get someone from this office to call us back- we have tried 4-5 times to get an appointment for surgery. They keep promising A call but we NEVER get one. You leave a message they say it will be 24 hours for a return call after 48 hours you call again. They say someone will call shortly. End of day still no phone call. Trying to figure out your life and schedule is virtually impossible. After 3 request for the office manager to call he has never called us back. Still waiting now its the weekend AGAIN

If you have Lumbar issues don’t even give kadlec a minute of your time or they will take a year of it and dead end you with no surgery or medication. not able to help with low back issues. Did not want to help with further diagnosis because issue was not easy mode. Dr Stihl is a horrible doctor who won’t give you the time of day. She’s just looking for basics patients with easy problems to solve. Waited 8 months to finally get dead ended with my lumbar disk herniation. First time I saw her she said I had a disk herniation, 2nd time after aggravating the injury and making it worse, she looked at the original MRI and said it look normal with no herniation. Would not attempt to refer for 2nd mri after further injury

My husband Brad & I Have seen 4 different specials for up to 10 years. Upstairs and also down downstairs as well. We have both had always had good experiences with the physicians, medical staff as well as the front desk. Dr Wahl, Dr Urdahl, Dr Motaghi, & Dr Zhang 🤗 Thank You All for your hard work 😁😁

We had the best experience with Doctor Cook. He operated on my husband and gave him back his future. He was the .ost wonderful doctor we could have asked. He had wonderful bedside manner. Explained exactly what the procedure entailed, recovery, and long term outcome. We can't be more thankful to be in his gentle, professional, compassionate hands.
