I took my son here this morning for his first haircut ever. He just turned 3 and he has autism, so I was very nervous how he would do. As soon as we walked in, my son thought it was an interesting and welcoming place to be. He loved seeing the doggies and kitties around the salon. Even though he liked the atmosphere, he was afraid of getting in a chair, so he sat in my lap and Jennifer was able to cut his hair that way. He liked facing the mirrors and being able he to see what she was doing. She was super speedy and made it a completely painless and positive experience. Right now my son is feeling so proud of his hair and he looks so handsome! I would definitely recommend and would definitely come back.

I've had a very negative experience with this place. Reading the responses from the owner should tell you all you need to know. This person should not be in customer service and should NOT work with kids. EDIT: The author below has jumped to conclusions and has made assumptions that do not reflect the facts of my experience. I’ve Been taking my oldest boy here since he was a baby. Now I been taking 1 year old here. When I went today to get my 1 year old a hair cut Jennifer was amazing she was so sweet to him and had the patience needed. However the man that was helping me asked if they both got a haircut Jennifer and I both said no just the baby. He then started being weird asking why I take my oldest somewhere else and why don’t I take the baby to the same place then he proceeded to say well you just bring him here because he a bad kid and you just want us to deal with him. I then told him no I’ve been bringing him here for year just my oldest goes somewhere else and he’s like if the barber you take him to can’t see the baby then he’s not a good barber and hes like why not talk them both to that barber. I’m was in total shock that he would be so rude. Then he asked how old my oldest is and I answered his question then hes like next time bring them both in. In all honestly Jennifer had always been sweet but the man just mean. It should not matter where I take my oldest. I’m honestly not comfortable taking him back to this place. He needs to work on his customer service.

I love so much that the owner got us in for a same-day appointment! She went thru and cut my baby's hair (he's 2) and did exactly what we asked for. Then we asked her to go shorter & she did it all again super fast! The price was $22 which is amazing compared to other places that we have taken my son to. She was so fast, so patient with my son & just all around a fair price. I'll be happy to bring my baby back. I could not believe how easy she made it look, cutting my little guys hair. He's squirmy but again you can clearly see she's had experience doing this. Thank you & see you in another few weeks!!

I don't understand any review less than 5 stars! This girl is amazing and works hard. i've taken my son in a few times and she's the sweetest person to my son and myself too! Great results with the hair cut, and makes sure that i like it & am satisfied. Every time i've called to schedule she always pushes us in on her i'm sure busy schedule. i always forget to catch her name but we are a forever customer to her!!

Took my 4 year old daughter and she loved it! Got to even pick out what scent of shampoo. Monkey dooz charges same price for less services, go here instead! Plus they have cute dogs to pet during your visit. 🐶

Had a birthday party there yesterday and I wish we hadn't. Had 7 girls there for 2 hours and was told they would get updos, makeup, and nails. By 4:30, they had barely got through updos because there was only 1 person doing everything! That is just impossible, I don't know why they thought it would work? The worst part was when I asked, they blamed it on us for being 10 minutes late. It would have been at least 2 more hours to complete the services. They then proceeded to blame it on the girls for choosing hard updos that took more time. She said at 4:30 that she could get it all done in 45 minutes (which is still 1 hour and 15 over the expected 2 hours) as long as the girls didn't ask for any thing too special for nails and only simple makeup too. I can do that at home, that's not why we came to a salon. The icing on the cake was when one of my daughters friends went back in to grab her water bottle and heard the lady saying how annoying the girls were. Very unprofessional and rude. The only thing good I can say is that Jennifer did do a great job on the updos even though she was obviously not happy. Otherwise, it was a negative experience.

I took my son here since the place I normally take him was booked out almost 3 weeks. Needless to say I won’t be taking him back to the other place. Jennifer was so amazing with him. He was very nervous but she was patient and talked very calm with him. She also made sure after every step to wipe his arms and face from hair which I personally loved. My son also really loved the dogs she had in the salon.
