After a disappointing visit to another optical shop, I went to Ironwood Vision Center. Wow, what a difference! The people there were very pleasant, very professional, very helpful. I saw Dr Brian Finley for my eye exam and couldn’t have been happier. I was then helped by Stephannie, an Optician in their Optical Department and, again, was very pleased. Everyone at Ironwood Vision Center made me feel welcome and appreciated rather than an inconvenience. I don’t often submit reviews however I wholeheartedly recommend Ironwood Vision Center as an excellent choice for your vision needs! Did I say Wow?

Today I had my first visit with Ironwood Vision Center and I highly recommend. Hailey scheduled my appointment and she was able to answer all of my questions. When I arrived, check in was professional and quick. I worked with Savannah before my exam and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Garn did an amazing job! He made great recommendations and answered all of my questions! He is incredibly knowledgeable and he cares. I shopped for lenses with Raven and she is so fun!!! We had a grand time trying things on and she didn't rush me. The entire office just seemed like a cohesive group. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of transparency which some might not notice: Savannah and I spoke about insurance ahead of time so there were no surprise costs; Raven did the same and each member of the team warned me before they made any changes to the lights in the room. That level of thoughtfulness and proactive thinking was appreciated! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I can't say enough good things about this office. Their client service is unmatched! Dr. Garn is so kind. The staff is welcoming and so helpful. I've gone to them the last 3 years and it's now the only place I'll go to. Stephanie and Raven are absolutely phenomenal and so good at what they do! I highly recommend this office.

Went to urgent care the last two days and was told I scratched my left eye. I had a feeling something was not right so I went to ironwood vision center today and they found the problem and took care of me that same day. I am 100% better and should have just seen ironwood vision center to start.

This review is for the opticians only. I have not seen the doctor here. My daughter and I came here to pick out glasses for her. She had a specific style in mind and we had a limited budget. Stephanie went above and beyond to find the perfect pair of glasses for my daughter. We ended up finding 2 pairs of glasses and staying at my budget! When we went to pick them up Monica was also wonderful. My daughter is thrilled with both pairs and the cute gift bag put together for her. I highly recommend buying your glasses here!

This place is great. The eye exam I had was quick and efficient. There are a wide variety of frames to choose from, and the staff is very helpful finding frames that suit your style and needs. The frames I received are of high quality, and I will likely be coming back for sunglasses in the future.

The front and back office staff are friendly and professional. I was able to get in next day for a patient exam. Dr. Garn is professional and thorough while also friendly and approachable. Emily helped me select new frames and she is awesome!

Exceptional at caring for young nervous kids. My son is still talking about his very first eye exam like it was going to the park. Great staff all around and great selection of eyewear. Can’t recommend this place enough! Photo proof of how comfortable my 6 year old was after him being nervous for days.
