Easily the best Bed and Breakfast we have ever been too. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Lots of extras were provided like water and chocolates on the night stands and cotton balls in the bathroom. The house itself was fun and historical, the owners were very knowledgeable and had great stories to tell. We will definitely be returning!

We absolutely loved our stay at the house! So much history and tradition throughout the entire house. Everything was meticulously put together. We really enjoyed meeting Jack and other guests - chit chat around the breakfast table was the highlight!

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday in January 2022. I felt so pampered. The house and rooms are beautiful and very welcoming. The new owners were very attentive, personable, and a joy to be around. They did a very good job of anticipating our needs and went above and beyond standard hospitality by providing us delicious snacks on our lazy Sunday afternoon by the fire and even accommodated our Keto diet. This is a wonderful place that my husband and I still talk about. Thank you so much!

This IS a gem! My fiancรฉ and I pulled into town late. They were accommodating and welcoming. I wish we had gotten into town earlier as it is great walking distance from downtown. The breakfast was delicious! Also, very kind and accommodating to our dog we had with us. Highly recommend this stay. We will be coming back again! The house is gorgeous and beautiful decorated.

Impeccably clean; exquisitely decorated; incredibly delicious breakfast; gracious hosts. We love traveling and often chose B&Bs and this has been one of our favorites. The hosts were fun, helpful and engaging but also not overly involved. One of the owners cooked this incredible and beautifully presented breakfast and made great gluten free adaptations. The decor perfectly matches the turn of the century home. Every thing you need is within walking distance. Covid safe too

I canโ€™t say enough wonderful things about this place. SO happy we found this bed and breakfast. The rooms are uniquely decorated. I stayed in the whiskey suite which had a huge living room, enormous soaking tub, and cozy bedroom. The breakfast was AMAZING. Tracy makes everything fresh and by hand - from the delicious pastries to the frittata - with veggies that they grow themselves. Great coffee and most importantly great owners! Tracy and his partner made this visit incredible and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Lovely spot :)

The Pendleton House is a true gem. From the curbside view to the stunning dining room, the Pendleton House is a home full of history, charm, and architectural brilliance. The grandeur of the home is only outdone by the incredible hospitality provided by the hosts. Each visit has been bed and breakfast experience where I have truly have felt like I was home. This was our second time staying at the Pendleton House and it was just as special as the first time. The home is in new hands this time around, but it was as if nothing changed. The new hosts are doing an incredible job. The Pendleton house will always be a warm and welcoming home, and we felt so lucky to experience it again. We can't wait to come back!

This place is a true gem. My husband and I took a last minute anniversary trip in March '23, ended up staying at Pendleton House, and it was more than we ever could have even thought to ask for! It somehow felt fancy like spending a weekend in the Pittock Mansion or Downton Abbey, but also so incredibly comfortable and cozy. Jack was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Even with our special diet requests the breakfasts alone were worth the entire cost of the stay. I'm telling you, the man has absolutely PERFECTED homemade honey vanilla yogurt, and that was just the side dish! My stomach is growling remembering it. I can't recommend staying at this place enough, and can't wait to return again and again. The room was GORGEOUS. Our suite had 2 WC's, a gas fireplace, balcony access and a luxurious bed in which I slept like the dead. And I typically have trouble sleeping, especially away from home. Seriously, book a room. Just not when I want it.

Phenomenal find! We wanted a unique, historic overnight on a road trip, and the Pendleton House Historic Inn B&B met and exceeded our expectations in every way. Pendleton House offers exquisite and abundant 1920s furnishings and decor, cleanliness, plush quality bedding and linens, and sheer comfort. The true highlights were the innkeeperโ€™s stories of the homeโ€™s history, and full breakfast in the elegant dining room, with the best local coffee and delicious homemade spinach quiche. Thank you for your kind hospitality, Jack! We will return for sure!

Pretty cool place to stay! Neat historic building. Very clean and comfortable! Jack is an excellent host and chef! The breakfast was delicious. Easy walk to downtown, a bit on a hill but only a few blocks away from everything. I hope to stay again.

A stay at Pendleton House Inn felt like stepping back in time to the 1920s โ€“ but with the conveniences and comfort of a modern B&B. Beautiful dรฉcor and attention to detail in every room. Our hosts were very gracious and the breakfast was exceptional. Convenient location close to restaurants and shops downtown, plus a scenic river walk nearby.

What a wonderful experience! The hosts are delightful and the historic and perfectly maintained interior is a walk through history. Definitely worth a detour or overnight in Pendleton, with or without a rodeo in town.

A great place to experience the luxury of a historic 1917 home with all of the modern amenities. I reserved the 1880 room with a private bathroom located at the top of the stairs. The room has a chandler with five lights and a very high king bed that requires a bed step stool. The room has a couch, two lamps by the bed, a USB port, but no table or chair. The bathroom has a smaller chandler and a rain shower head in the middle. A different type of hot breakfast is served each morning such as bacon, hash browns and French Toast. The room faces the street and you can hear the noise of the traffic at night. Located on North Main Street across the river and a short distance from downtown Pendleton. Parking is in front of the house. The Pendleton House is a nice Bed & Breakfast in a historic Italian Renaissance house with a friendly host, free WiFi, a great location, and luxurious accommodations.

We stayed May 24th this year. This was out first road trip like lots of folks since 2020. We would highly recommend the Inn to travelers. Our compliments to Jack Rowe the host. He gave a great intro to the Inn's history. The room was great. The freshly cooked breakfast in the morning was delicious. Not to mention to chat with one's fellow gues

Wonderful stay! The rooms are impeccable. The breakfast is prepared by one who should chef a 5 star restaurant. We've stayed at a number of BnBs. This is in the top 3s

Amazing weekend!!! This HOME is fantastic! Built in 1917 with great quality and original fabric wall panels and draperies! The Pendleton House Luxury Suite is great opportunity to live in luxury! The rainfall shower and the bathtub with water fall from the ceiling and don't forget the heated floors! I did offer to move in!!! The breakfast was not one to skip....these great cherry filled puff pastries fresh from the oven and egg's Benedict that won't disappoint! The staff was very accommodating and excellent their pride and passion is evident! Hoping to make another visit soon! Half a block to the Umatilla river and block further to downtown. Take a step back in time to the old West! You will enjoy the relaxation and create great memories! I kept on thinking about what it would have been like to grow up in this home! The four of US THANK YOU Tracy and Kevin!

Tracy and Kevin were wonderful hosts. The Inn is walking distance from the downtown, riverwalk and main attractions. The historic 1917 home has been wonderfully restored and converted into a top notch bed and breakfast. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated in period furnishings. The tasty breakfast and lively conversation with our hosts made our trip feel like we were at home. We give it an A+ and look forward to another stay. :)

My boyfriend and I had such a restful stay here while on a work trip. This place is a historic gem!!! I couldn't get over the details that were so perfectly placed throughout the house. I love how much original history has been preserved, makes my heart so happy! I couldn't stop smiling as I kept noticing the little touches; the curtains, the floors, the art, the bathrooms, the trim. Also, the breakfast is a must. Tracy made the best breakfast I've ever had in my 34 years, and coming dowstairs in the morning to a fire going in the fireplace...just incredible. I want to live there, preferably with Tracy and Kevin, who are the best company :)

How can I explain or put into the words of the experience I had with this beautiful home. Absolutely exquisite in every way possible. From the home itself, to its owners (Kevin and Tracy) it was a 10/10 experience. Not only was the home beautiful, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was even better. The Architecture and the Classic Victorian Styling is something you wonโ€™t see, and the home and a lot of the parts of the home are all original still, even being built in 1910. So beautiful. The breakfast was made perfectly by Sandy! Kevin and Tracy became two of my new life long friends, they love this home, the city, and the life of the city. We went and grabbed a cocktail at the Rainbow Bar (highly recommended), I had dinner at Virgils (another GREAT recommendation). Kevin and Tracy were the BEST part of the stay to me. They were welcoming, so fun and kind. They went above and beyond for me the whole time and Iโ€™ll never forget them or our experiences we had. If you come to Pendleton, STAY HERE and go see Zach at the Rainbow Bar in downtown. Thanks again Kevin and Tracy!
