Great Traditonal doughnut shop, what a great treat. No frills, but all that old fashion goodness and quality goes into the doughnut. Fun to see then up front making the fresh doughnuts.

Fed 14 dozen donuts to the wedding guests. Taste great. Looked great. Love this place. Order was ready on time.

This place came highly recommended so I was really looking forward to trying their donuts. We ordered a dozen plus 2 extra. The donuts were fine, ambiance was adequate, service was atrocious. My friend and I both received stunted, flippant responses to our questions about the menu...from two different staff members. They were condescending, refused to elaborate, and acted as if the customers were interupting more important work elsewhere. I was incredibly disappointed with the entire experience and would not recommend this business.

New to town, my husband stopped by here and told me I HAD to try it. Pleasantly surprised when I finally stopped by. First off, I love supporting family owned businesses. Second, I was surprised by the potato flour. I thought it would make the donuts very dense, which I don't like. It was not dense, it was also not overly light and fluffy. I think people that don't like overly sweet donuts would like these very much. Staff was so fun and cool. I like entering a place where we treat eachother like equals. I don't like overly friendly fake staff. This place has such an effortlessly fun and friendly atmosphere.

Spudnut is the best!!! First off, I moved away in 1972. Last week we visited Richland on a whirlwind quick trip thru, but I had to stop here. REMINDER, I had not been here for 51 years. As I stepped inside, my childhood memories and happiness flooded my mind. It was the same. The look, the smell, the vibe when you walk in. All of it. The staff was extremely friendly, and the coconut spudnuts were FANTASTIC. Just as I had remembered. If you're new to Richland or just passing thru, you must give your self a 20 minute place in time, to stop here, to enjoy and discover a SPUDNUT or 2. You might even create a memory.

This place has been around for so long. It holds so many memories and traditions as well as some delightful spudnuts! It's clean, convenient, and has very friendly staff! Prices are very reasonable, too.

The donuts aren't too bad, especially for being made from potatoes. My only issue is the terrible entrance. There's 1 tiny door to go in and out, and this is where people line up to order and pay so you can't leave without bumping into people. Definitely a fire hazard lol. But the people aren't bad, the food isn't bad. You can sit down at tables. I saw hot food too.

Best donuts in town and a Tri Cities "must visit." It's not a coincidence they are celebrating 75 years this year.

Spudnuts are the best tasting donuts. Plus due to my allergies, these are the donuts I CAN eat without a problem. Thank you for your service.

Great Spudnuts! The cinnamon rolls are fantastic too. They also have a nice selection of sandwiches for lunch time. A Richland landmark and weekly stop for me. They're that good!

I went there for breakfast and enjoyed my bacon and egg sandwich. Their sprinkled donut is always a hit to kids. Got some freshly made cinnamon rolls to go. Server was nice and every body is just friendly despite their busy counter.

Best place for donuts (not technically donuts since they’re made with potato flour). Prices are cheaper than anywhere else. Service is faster than anywhere else. Calling in the order the day before the insures that my order is available the next day. Cake spudnuts are the best in my opinion, they stay moist longer than any other similar stores donuts. Definitely will come again

Doughnuts are delicious. They are busy but do a great job at keeping up with the traffic.

Get there early before they run out of your favorite. Better yet call to reserve your order the day before. Great donuts and nice people.

Great donuts but too busy to sell to walk ins. Won't try again. Just don't leave bad start reviews.

Longstanding meeting place for tricitians and was my first meeting with a guys book club over coffee and soft drinks. The guys are are health care professionals. The service was friendly. This was my first meeting with this group. All the attendees are retired and serious about reading 📚. The atmosphere was similar to my other visits in the past. Definitely worth a visit for breakfast or lunch.

Have been going to the Spudnut for over 30 years. We had frequented at least 12 times a year over that span. Today arrived at 5 am to again support the business just to be told I could not have donuts today because it is small business day. I have been out of town and new nothing of pre-ordering and have NEVER been previously turned away to support the business. This new ownership will run this business out of business. Very Sad.

2nd time in a month where they have ran out of donuts to sell and are pretty darn rude when turning away customers that would be the new owners I assume. Never had that problem with the original owners. Out of donuts to sell at 7:50 in the morning. Are you kidding me. Time to find a new place to get donuts.

Preordered 2 dozen cinnamon rolls and a dozen maple bars at 5 am and they had them all neatly packed and ready for my pickup at 7am. Excellent taste and was impressed at their prices. $16 per dozen. Back East donuts and cinnamon rolls typically cost $2.50-3 apiece. Great service and the place was packed with “old men” diners and carry out.

I was excited to try the food and planned a lunch but they closed SO MUCH of the cooking down a whole hour before that closed and didn't list it anywhere. I asked for 3 different items and every time I got "sorry we actually can't make that now since we turned things off already" It's 1:04, you close at 2.

This is the best donut you will ever eat! Obviously you have to try the maple bar because that's the best donut ever add the spudnet twist and it is just the best thing you're ever going to eat. Keep local amazing spots like this open. Eat here often

Amazing!! Worth the drive from Sunnyside. Staff is super friendly! Just make sure you get there early the potato old fashion donuts tend to sell out 1st I tried the chocolate donut. My mom isn’t a fan of donuts, but she will eat these. Her favorite is the coconut one. All the donuts are yummy you can easily eat 4 or 5 in one sitting. Donuts are dangerous!! I’ve gone 3 different times and the maple bar is sold out ☹️ but I can’t give you less stars just because you sell out. The donuts are made fresh so I’m looking forward to trying one eventually. I’ve showed up late before too, so that’s not your fault. It’s worth the drive from Yakima & sometimes I drive from Sunnyside early in the morning. It’s a great cozy place with amazing staff!! They’re so friendly.

I love this place. Always have. New owners are great too. Don’t call them doughnuts. And don’t. For the love of god. Stand there holding the door open.

the spudnut shop is a long time local classic with memorabilia of the surrounding communities. the food is very good, and the staff is friendly. its not uncommon for multiple generations to frequent this place. this is a true historical landmark.

We had a cinnamon roll and a mocha each. Some day we will arrive early enough to have a Spudnut. The gals make it real!

I love their spudnuts. They have good coffee. Not a fan of the egg and bacon sandwich would have been better w/o lettuce. Above all the service is fantastic. They are full of kindness, laughter, and fun. Great place.

This is your basic morning breakfast stop! Good place to sit and chill, have coffee and a donut or sammach! Lots of drama behind the counter it seems but great place none the less

When I came here for some spudnuts i was greeted by the owner she was very friendly and kind. She also told me besides the spudnuts they're know for their burger, and it didn't disappoint i ordered the double bacon cheese burger and it was delicious i would go back for this burger.(the server did tell i was lucky today because they only have thick patties that day so it might look different from the picture i posted)
