Am a full-time RV family of 4. Best park we have ever stayed at. Been here almost a year now and absolutely love it here! The staff are so kind and welcoming. Any problems that arise they are quick to handle it. The maintenance crew keep this place looking great all year round and even if they are super busy they won't hesitate to stop what they are doing to assist someone. This was our first winter here and though it was an adjustment, we managed to do alright. Following simple instructions with the heated water hose and if we weren't going to be here a few days to shut off the hydrant, we didn't freeze pipes at all. I highly recommend this park to everyone!

My family and I stayed here full time for almost 2 years while I was working on a project in Kennewick. The friendships and memories we have made will last a lifetime. We definitely loved staying here and miss it like crazy already. Please do yourself a favor and stay here if you are passing though or need to stay a bit. Great RV resort!

We made reservations online choosing an available site that would accommodate our needs. When we arrived they had changed us from a 110ft space to a 70 ft site for the same price, causing us to have to disconnect and cram our camper and truck in a much smaller spot. When I asked them about it, they showed no concern and simply stated it was on their site that they could change if needed if there was an emergency situation. . They had 3 other 110ft sites in the same area as the one we originally booked and never offered them to us. Definitely need lessons in customer service. After 8 years of visiting here, we will not be back with these new owners.

Nice RV park. Spendy, but we booked it because we were traveling with grandchildren who were so excited about getting here after the 5 hour drive, only to find no pool, the MAIN reason we even booked our reservations for this particular campground. WiFi works occasionally. Big disappontment! No discount either! If you are going to charge premium prices, you need to make sure you can live up to the expectations. Not even an apololgy!

Constant road noise and a few close trains passing added in. Not to mention a parking lot across the street loaded with refrigerator trailers. RUNNING. All day and all night. From what I can tell almost 80% of this park are full timers and not very sociable. It’s the end of March so the pool is closed. Those of you saying this is like a cruise ship with its “resort amenities” have obviously never been on a real cruise ship. Any Koa has the same amenities. It’s clean. It’s a place to leave your coach while you explore. Not much more than that

I so wanted to give this place 5 stars. It's clean, large, well-kept spaces, and has lots of amenities. So why, oh why, would you have to push a button in the shower every 45 seconds (not exaggerating- I counted). Best part, the water never got warm, and I pushed that freaking button every 45 seconds for almost 20 minutes waiting for warm water. I called the front desk and asked if I was doing something wrong and was told that it takes a few minutes for the hot water to make it to the shower when it's cold out, the button is for water preservation, and you can't adjust the heat. You just get whatever comes out of the tap. When I asked why, she said, "well, we ARE a camping resort." I've stayed in camping resorts from coast to coast and never experienced anything like this. I'm leaving disappointed and dirty.

I would like to thank Columbia Sun RV Resort for being so patient with us when we had trouble getting there. It is a very beautiful place And we always enjoy our stay. We only have one concern, as a veteran I have a hard time looking at the tattered American Flag.

The grass is beautiful and the lower (more expensuve) sites are very roomy. They no longer put up flower baskets, the hot tub was broken and the swimming pool was not usable for the first two days of our vacation. We had made our reservation June 6, 2021 for May 26 2022 for 6 sites, however they gave 3 of our sites to other people and moved us. Horrible customer service and full of excuses. We will not go back!

Wi-Fi does not work. Cable tv does not work. They do not return phone calls. They say “sorry about that”. And they say “it is out of our hands”. Will not stay here again.

Great place to park RV. Prices were a little much but could have been worse. Staff was friendly. Easy hookups for RV. Large spaces.

Way over priced! Snotty attitude people. Very unprofessional. Constant noise no trees! Place is a joke. It’s not all that! Absolutely avoid it next time! Total bad attitudes from people running it.

A nice and well maintained large RV park with spacious sites, lots of grassy areas, paved roads and sites with concrete pads, and a decent pool. Internet is reasonable if you sit outside the RV but we were close to the admin. building. We would definitely stay at the CSRVR again.

As far as rv parks go this one is quite luxurious. Plenty of space. Amenities are in tip top shape. Situated well to access richland and kennewick. The surroundings are nice and a bowling alley nearby to boot. Overall pleasant experience. People are smoking weed though if that bothers you.

Wonderful rv resort. The pool was fantastic. There is a playground for kids. The bathrooms are very nice and private you don't have to shower while someone else is in the bathroom. Very well maintained grounds.

The place is big, clean and roomy. Basically a huge parking lot with grass in-between sites. No trees, and felt very industrial. There is a picnic table but no shade so bring an umbrella to use on table, otherwise too hot to enjoy. No views, really nothing to look at but other trailers. There is a pool to use. It was nice having cable. Very quiet park which is great, and if you are just wanting to hang inside this is your place. We didn't even set out our lawn chairs because we would just be staring at our neighbors. One night was enough for us.

Been staying here long term for work! Absolutley love the close in and out access to the freeway, and short trips to town. Park is very well maintained, and super friendly staff and caretakers!

Beautiful RV Park. Great service-really friendly, easy check in/out. Clean!!! Safe! Nice pool! Great hookups/pet friendly-fenced dog potty area/picnic tables/nice clean bathrooms. It’s not a River front park or a park with special attractions or special amenities to offer but if you’re needing a nice place to park your RV-meet up with family and friends to stay for a visit or for a while-I would recommend it. Thank you for a nice stay Columbia Sun RV Resort!

This campground was very nice. Super nice sites, quiet and friendly staff! The fitness centre was everything I could have wanted and my son was very happy to use the basketball court. The freeway noise was heavy in the regular sites with Jake brakes being use all night, the only reason I gave location 4/5. The sites are close together but we didn’t see our neighbours once.

A fantastic location conveniently situated just off Highway 82, this RV Park is impeccably maintained. The abundance of space between each site, adorned with lush grass, trees, and vibrant plants, creates a truly inviting atmosphere. The park boasts a wide range of amenities, although regrettably, we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy them all, including the laundry facilities, pool, hot tub, Direct TV, and WiFi. Making reservations online was a breeze, and locating our site after office hours was equally effortless. The added convenience of receiving text messages for reminders, updates, and event notifications enhanced our overall experience. One noteworthy aspect is their discount for Veterans, which certainly alleviated the overall cost. It's important to note that this RV resort falls on the higher end of the price spectrum, but the quality of the experience justifies the investment.

Very nice and well maintained RV Park. Playground for the kids, dog park, nice small store, swimming pool, game and exercise rooms and nice private restrooms with showers. We'll definitely go again 🙂

This RV park is absolutely well-kept, all the grass is green and lush. There was absolutely nothing to complain about staff. There was extremely friendly definitely would recommend staying here if you’re heading out over to the Tri-Cities area.

Very nice, clean, safe grounds. However, for the premium rates I was expecting an operational pool and hot-tub which were inexplicably closed. Grounds staff were absolutely great and would stay here again for sure.

One of the nicest RV parks I’ve ever stayed, very clean, quiet, large sites and grass/gravel no dirt or dust! Only thing that wasn’t my favorite was sprinklers come on at 730/8 which was inconvenient and made the concrete pad wet for the whole morning.

Very nice looking resort, super large pull thru, no need to unhook plus room for extra vehicle. Some freeway noise when oitside but not an issue while in oir rig. Our only issue was at check-in, not the most friendly greeting, seemed like we were bothering the gentleman there. Other than that it was a great overnight stay.

Excellent RV park. The sites are neat and easy to access. The bath house is clean and has plenty of TP. The park is laid out so kids can ride their bikes safely and they have a basketball court and playground for them. Access from I-82 is easy even for large rigs.

I like the easy access. The place is clean, nice, and quite. There is a train in the distance that goes through, but it isn't anything that is anoying. The Wi-Fi is very anoying. I can never stay connected. That's the main reason for knocking a star off. Overall I like it and will be back.
