Have been here before not bad, but tonight even though I sat there for 25 minutes at a bar that was not so busy they looked at me, nodded at me and never took my order. I was dressed in business attire maybe that was the problem. At any rate, will never come back when in Richland, I found 3 Margaritas 1 block from there and was excellent food, drink and most definitely service.

So… I bring a friend in with me that is from out of town visiting. She wanted to go out and grab some drinks, this place is in walking distance to my place so we came here to catch up. We sit down and we were greeted upon sitting down to get our drinks ordered. we got our drinks right away, from a gal named Chris. As we were working on our drinks, we noticed how busy it was getting, so we wanted to grab another drink, as it seemed Chris was the only bartender on. She was spread quite thin. Then another gal approaches us to get us another round. She never came back nor did we see her again behind the bar. Chris did check on us but we told her that the other gal was getting our drinks. After about 35 mins we realized we weren’t getting our drinks, Chris stops by to ask us if we would like another round we informed her we never got our second round, she instantly grabbed us another round. I felt bad for the girl there is no way one bartender should be covering a whole bar by herself on a Friday night. This was really disappointing to see and if I could give 5 stars for Chris I would. She was great and giving the circumstances she was in, she was very attentive. When we paid our bill and asked her if she’d be getting any extra help at all in that night, she said there were other bartenders working, we were completely shocked! We seen one another gal, that was it! We wanted to make sure she gets the credit she deserves, that was crazy. I’d say it’s time to find new help for Chris. On top of all this my visit with my friend turned out not very fun, as our conversation turned to concern for a overworked bartender. I will not be bringing myself or my friends back, as I do not support establishments that treat their staff poorly. Hoping this information will get to someone that cares.

Bad service no management, staff is clueless when it comes to customer service. Is some teaching the team how to be successful? All Dugouts are this way. I see crew members that can do better then this with a better leader.

The 5 stars are for Chrissy. She ran circles around the others. Its too bad you have to split tips. Atmosphere is a solid four, food is a three. The place is clean and upbeat. I really enjoyed the variety of entertainment as well. Overall this is a nice place to stop midweek to wind down

The place was almost full yet the people working there were great on walking around taking food and drink orders. That was the best service you can get from any bar/grill around here. The food was so much for the prices

Despite a large croud, the single bartender bounced between tables and bar keeping everybody refreshed and topped up. Also, an excellent burger.

went for a good night drinking with friends was treated with literally the most derogatory service and they continuously kept adding drinks to my tab that i never ordered leaving my tab almost 20 dollars more then what was ordered. my friends also ordered drinks and they were made incorrect not once but twice after explicit explanation of a simple huckleberry lemon drop! i understand having regulars but to blatant mistreat other customer who are attempting to be regulars way different then someone you’ve seen a couple times before is completely bad business. i will be telling everyone i know not to come here.

Not for me. Went there with three others and it took forever to get served, then when I asked about some of their beers, they were clueless, but with that said, the server did ask if I wanted to sample it, so that was nice. They were out of two of the food items we wanted to order, so we ordered some things we didn't really want... mainly because there were no other options nearby. It took forever to get the food (we had already finished our drinks), then when we wanted to close the tab, that took forever too. There were only 6 other paying customers in the place, and it didn't look like they had better service either. I would think with a total of 11 customers, the three people working could have at least taken some care of them. I probably won't go back, but you never know.

My wife and I met in this place 15 years ago! Of course it was Jacksons then, but the place hasn't changed much. Doesn't look like they've done much of anything to it in that time. We had the Hawaiin Burger this time and it was really good! Also had Nectar of the gods beer and that is delicious!!!

An amazing place to get a drink, catch the games, and have some fun. Theu have a pool table, dart boards, a shuffle board and events happening all the time. Our bartender Lexi was absolutely amazing and brought a great energy to match her service. She made great recommendations for my friends and I. We enjoyed our time at the dugout. Can't wait to visit again.

Not sure what other pizza photos were posted, but it looks completely different from what I got. The others looked brick oven baked, and mine was doughy and soft. I came here for pizza and was not pleased. The vibe and staff was legit though!

While the food and drinks were pretty good, they charged our card twice for different amounts. When calling, they told us that someone told them to run the card for the whole table. My fiance was paying and he was up there the whole time they ran his card. He only signed one receipt, so he didn't authorize the second charge.

I mean, it's a bar so 🤷‍♂️. However...HOWEVER, we were pleasantly surprised that they make spectacular pizzas! Winning! Cold beer and nomtastic pizzas works for me!

Must've came on the wrong night.....menu went to a small night line before 9pm. Bartenders were ok but as for a place to stop in until the clock ticked my birthday at midnight it's definitely not on the top 10 list. People were in their own social groups and gave to an atmosphere of not acceptance by the bartenders and people alike. Not a very inviting atmosphere.

I love this place. Looks like they are getting better staff. The new blonde girl is the best we’ve ever been served by here. Excellent service! Whoever hired her did a darn good job.

S good! An order of the bacon chicken wrap, hot wings, and some delicious drinks from our bartender. The music is perfect, TV's everywhere, and you can call to reserve seating for bigger groups.

Came in to watch the sounders game with a group, was told to "try somewhere else" a long with another couple because it was "UFC Day" and the place was empty. We ended up going to Buffalo Wild Wings instead.

No cook. So they gave us a menu with potatoes and chicken strips. I asked for a regular menu because I used to love the place when it was The Lantern. I asked if I could get a salad, and they said no, because there was no cook. For a salad?? Anyway, I was very disappointed. Staff was just ok.

Cool place to stop for a drink and food, nice clean building, friendly staff, good beer selection, can't ask for more than that.

Awesome sports bar with a damn good hamburger! Staff was vibrant and the atmosphere couldn't be beat. Happy customers abound! 😀 I have a watering hole in Tri-Cities.

Went in here with my son, nephews and brother in laws. We are all over 21 with legit ids. In fact the boys are 21, 25 and 27 with state issued drivers lic. She kicked the boys out. What the hell!! Never going to this unreasonable place again!!!

Went there for a social event , It was a Thursday evening. There was karaoke about 9pm. Our drinks were competitively priced as well as made to tailor on request.

12 months ago it would have been 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The prices have sky rocketed. A burger and fries is $20. The quality is worth $8-$10. The service has declined in the past 8-10 months. They have lost multiple higher caliber bartenders due to the managers poor people skills and inability to have crucial conversations with fellow employees. This used to be a bustling bar, no longer the atmosphere. Sad.

UPDATE: I posted the review below a few days ago, in that time management has reduced prices and printed a new menu to reflect this. Things seem much more appropriate, still cold as a well diggers A** in here today though… Brrrrrrrrrr 3 to 3.5 star gets warm in here we are talking 4 full stars! They also fired a few of the “stand and watch” bartenders which is also nice. I have been coming here for 10+ years, I used to own Columbia Kayak Adventures in the park at Howard Amon and loved getting my employees a Dugout pizza for lunch almost everyday. I used to love this place. Now when I go there, the temperature inside (it is winter now) is always FRIGID. Like teeth chattering cold. The menu went through a price increase about two months ago and now a “chicken wrap” is $20 among other not so appealing prices. There are positives, I enjoy the ppv fights they offer, I love the big screens for football games, but the combination of the price for food and uncomfortable temperature are making me consider other options. Chrissy and Felicia are awesome and seem to take pride in their job always checking on me and other regulars thus 3 stars… this place was 5 stars, slowly went to 4 then quickly went to 3 and I fear is bordering on 2 stars here soon. I hope the people in charge start steering the boat in the right direction and I am back here in a few months adding stars to my review instead of changing my local after work stop to a more warm, cost friendly option.

Great place. Nice people. Good bar food. But their music made my ears bleed. Sports bar with heavy metal and loud. I’ll be back when the music is better.

This place is okay but nothing special. Too bad because it's a great location. I like their dog friendly patio, but sadly everytime I've been there, there have been smokers. I know it's legal and that's the way it goes, but it definitely makes me less likely to go back. Menu is pretty much limited to basic bar food. Lots and lots of friend stuff. Drinks are average.

Popped in for a couple drinks Christmas Eve and staff were awesome! Got my drink right away and when I eas empty, the bartender checked to ask if I wanted another. (:

It was $20 for mediocre food but they got the ice tea right. $15.00 for a patty melt that consisted of a pathetic single hamburger pattie on an over grilled bread slices and the barely warm fries was unappetizing. I tipped the server well because isn’t her fault and she did a great job on her duties. Never going there again and will warn our friends of the mediocre food.

Had a swiss mushroom burger no bun and salad, nice to have a low carb option that was tasty, and a low carb drink so easy to have a rare option at a sports bar. Friendly wait staff too.

Great atmosphere! Drinks??? STRONG AF... but, I'm not complaining.... 8 hot wings for $15! WELL WORTH IT.. ❤️ this place

Great Bar. They have plenty of games and a fantastic atmosphere. Nice place to watch sporting events especially with the big projector screens. Foods great too!
