09/01- I walked in and Heidi was working the drive thru. She made eye contact and greeted me and said she'd be with me in a minute. Dustin was cooking but he too peeked made eye contact. I'm had questions. Heidi didn't mind and was helpful. I ordered the gyro online deal. Dustin made it with the right amount of sauce where I was able to taste my food. Customer service was great. Both Heidi and Dustin are good at their job and they enjoy it. I hope they can be recognized. Ya Sabes

Food was delicious and service was fast. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. Clearly management cared about this place and takes pride in their work. Well done

Newly remodeled inside and it looks nice. If you like Arby's, this location will check all the boxes. Roast beef sandwiches are good. Free refill on sodas and unlimited sauces. The crinkle fries aren't the best, go with the curly fries.

They lost a star because their chicken breast was tiny. It was lost in the bread. I feel like i got a half portion of chicken and it was overwhelmed by the over amounts of honey mustard they slathered on...

Went on a mommy daughter lunch here and the food was great. The jalapeño poppers were especially amazing. But what really gets me is the employees. They really care and are super friendly. We were actually in a bad car accident last year at the intersection in front of this Arby's. Two employees ran out to help us as it was myself and my three young children the young lady even split her pants running to us and I never got to thank them. The young man that came out and called 911 for me as my phone wouldn't get signal for some reason was also super helpful. So I hope they get to see this because it was a terrifying moment for me. Especially as my son is autistic and I had no idea how he would react, thankfully the young lady that came to help held his hand just in case he'd try and run. They even stayed til the ambulance came. I am truly grateful for the help you gave us that day. You have no idea what it meant to me. I hope I can thank them in person some day

Beef-n-cheddars and curly fries are outstanding! Not kicked on newer crinkle cut fries. They are bland/tasteless.

Having worked at Arby's, I have this to say....the bun was burned, and the beef was not sliced to the proper thickness, too think and the sandwich was "thrown together". Not one of the better restaurants I've visited and the drive thru line moved really slow, in line for more than 10 minutes.

Went through the drive thru tonight at 9:50 when they close at 10:00 after getting off work at my fast food restaurant and they were super nice about it even though it’s a pain when people come in right before close. I was helped by Jose and Cristian they are very nice guys and definitely deserve the most from this company. :)

My order take a little bit longer than I'd expected to be done but the staff is always super fantastic restaurants always clean lots of extra seating cuz they could fit a lot of people in the store and their food is excellent maybe a little bit expensive.

Not sure why I go to Arbys sometimes but its disappointing and gross. For one my husband got the wrong sandwich and asked for no lettuce, they gave him extra lettuce. I tried the new Garlic Ribeye sandwich, I was deceived by the picture. They forgot the crispy onions and they flattened the sandwich down. It had the same amount of meat as the beef and cheddar but twice the price. It was disappointing and made me sad. This particular store has also been the the worst Arbys I've been to. I've never had a good meal from them. They always mess up on my orders. It will be a long time till I eat at an Arbys again, especially this one.

Arby's blueberry lemonade is to die for! I get tired of the same old pop, and this lemonade is a nice distraction. My husband absolutely loves their Ruben sandwich. And be sure to toss in their poppers.!

This place is a joke. The lady who took our order messed it up then told us she doesn't apeak English and then spoke to another customer in English. I am not a mean person but this place has horrible customer service. When I called the manager she asked me what I ordered

Feel that this location is over looked visited this Arby's a few days ago very nice but always empty. Food was amazing!!!!

This Arby’s is probably one of the best I’ve been to before. The sandwiches were well made, the fries and cheese sticks were all nice and crispy not cold and soggy. The employees that I interacted with were all very nice despite it being busy for the lunch rush. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this Arby’s location.

This review is in regards to the milk shake only. If you know the flavor bag is low don’t hand your customers a vanilla milk shake and expect them to be happy with that when you know there is no flavor that was ordered in it. If you see the only thing that came out was vanilla go change the flavor bag and give them the flavor they ordered. It’s not coming out of your check.

They cannot get an order right to save their life. Again and again, horrible customer service. They don't care that drive thru customers have to drive away and then return for correct items. They don't care about your experience. Stay Away!

Gave them 2 stars only because counter staff was friendly. But.. burned me 2x. I went for horsey sauce,ordered it and got home. None but a handful of nasty arbys sauce. I went back today and no tarter on my fish sandwich deluxe. How do you forget tarter. And the garlic ribeye sammy for 8$ is a joke and its gross!

I ordered a French dip, it was not very warm and I had to have them microwave my aujue (sp) gravy because it was barely warm. But the flavor was good.

I never go to places within an hour of their closing time because I never get good service or good food. I did this time I was so very tired but no regrets. The ladys that were working tonight had so much patience with me taking forever change my mind. The food was on point and will definitely be going more often. Thank you so much lady(sorry I didn't get your names) you deserve it!

Great service despite obvious staffing difficulties for fast food all over recently. It seems like door dash etc run them ragged but staff are still friendly and helpful for individuals grabbing food for themselves.

For some reason only location in Washington that does not have Coke Floats. I asked for a coke float and she literally just said, “no” I asked why her response was no??? I’m like do you guys not have them are you out or ..? and her response was yes. Confused because I have a email from Arbys advertising coke floats so possibly it’s just this location. Okay so I asked for a shake and two jalapeño poppers. When got to the window they said it would be a extra 3 minutes and asked if we wanted sauce i asked for 10 bronco berry sauces. Was told it’s 2 limit … I’m confused I asked her is this a new policy? I asked to pay for extra sauces she said they don’t charge … So why can’t I have an extra sauce. She told me she would just give me the sauce … so we’re waiting it’s been 15 minutes we go to the restaurant hey, we were told it was a 3 minute wait it’s been 15.. instead of handing it to us they go all the way around bring it out and a total of 4 sauces. I walked back in and said hello this is 4 sauces “I told you in the drive through we can only do 2” okay you also said that you’d give us 10 .. so now you’re lying to my face . I asked where does it say that on a sign or anything. “The customers don’t need to know about that” WHY WOULDN’T I? overall service was slow and rude and overall terrible

This Arby's is no better or worse than the average Arby's restaurant. The drive thru is a little slow compared to some other fast food restaurants. The food is... Well it's fast food. What do you expect?

I am from out of town so I did not have my own car. I went to arbys at around 9pm. According to the google website it is open until 10pm. When I arrived I was informed that the lobby closes at 9. I was refused service at the drive through because I did not have a car. This act was a lack of compassion and empathy and accomplished nothing besides me giving this resteraunt a 1 star review. I hope better problem solving skills will be used in the future.
