This place is like a rest for your soul from a fast-paced life in the form of a soup and sandwich. Their sandwiches have the right balance of all the ingredients on it and bless it with a soup and bam you got a little escape in your mouth of pure happiness. Plus a sweet cookie when you are done with all that goodness. It's like they know me and it's my first time in there. Awesome mom and pop looking restaurant. It was a delight to dine here.

you can get almost any kind of sandwich here from egg salad to peanut butter and jelly turkey they have every kind of bread you can think of. They have a cappuccino bar get one of those drinks. They have homemade soups. This is a little secret hidden gem and the Tri-Cities you should try it if you're from out of town because it is all like it's homemade

Nice place to stop by for lunch. Sandwiches were good, soup was way better though. Quick service, clean and nice atmosphere. Love the pickle spears and cookie served on the side.

Great local sandwich shop, which also has excellent soups. They have a large variety of sandwiches and opitions (breads, meats, add one etc..). Price are reasonable.

I am super impressed with the customer service that I received here. I came in after having a bad experience elsewhere and the people at Stone Soup made it right by offering such pleasant customer service and great food. Thank you!

A small gem on the parkway in Richland, WA. Fresh bread, homemade soups, homemade brownies and rice crispy treats!

This is the best sandwich shop in the whole Tri-Cities. They out do Jimmy John's.. Subway. They are fresh and reasonably priced. Where Jimmy John's and Subway are all about profit. Stone soup is a family ran establishment and the soups are home made. Not in a tub. You will find friendly service and feel like family when you arrive. Remember to support local businesses. If they made it through this covid epidemic.. they are tough and sturdy businesses. If your stopping by Howard Amon Park stop by STONE SOUP and enjoy the best food in town. All their food comes with a scrumptious cookie too!

If you want good food at decent prices that WON'T leave you feeling bloated and gross, this is the place!! We loves our sandwiches and soups and definitely plan to go again. Lots a variety.

Very wholesome dining experience. Quality sandwiches and very good soup. They seem to really care about the quality of food and service.

Great sandwich’s. High quality bread, lots of meat, and still inexpensive. One of the only places I have found that doesn’t have soy in their bread.

Enchilada soup is delicious, but the corn chowder is my favorite. Even better than my mom's (sorry mom!)

I have never had any bad experiences. I do wish they would open one in kennewick. It's a trek from Finley. 😵‍💫

Soups, salads and sandwiches to choose from. Cheddar broccoli soup was a little on the thick/chunky side. Haystack taco salad was just okay. Daughter enjoyed her blt sandwich but the bread was crumbly and a little hard to eat. If we go again will try something else. Great service. Food came out quick.

Great assortment of sandwiches and tasty soups served efficiently by friendly staff. Good location, but currently construction across the street.

Really enjoy this local business. If you order take out, be sure to double check that they give you all that you order. I just ordered a Bowl of soup for a bigger price but was given a cup, which wasn't even close to what I was hoping for.

This place was just ok, as it reminded me of a 90s mom and pop sandwich shop. The decor is seriously lacking, old tables and mismatched chairs, plastic utensils, and Styrofoam bowls. It kind of has a feeling of a soup kitchen and an old hospital cafeteria and meals on wheels. The food was fine. I had a half sourdough sandwich and a cup of broccoli soup. My wife had a bowl of soup and a lack luster grilled cheese that my 4 year old kind of munched on. Honestly, it wasn't anything special, and it was quite pricey for what it was. If you really look at it, we got 1 sandwich and a full bowl of soup for 35 bucks....so yeah. But I will say this place was busy....lots of 50+ and senior citizens were eating here.

I was there at noon on a weekday. Food was great. Lots of customers, but it did not take long to place an order, or for the food to be delivered to our table. I would certainly return again.

The order was taken and delivered quickly. The order was tasty. I highly recommend the vegan burger! Will be back to visit when I return to the TriCities area in about 3 months!

The food was wholesome and tasty, the service was polite and prompt and the prices were okay. My only gripe is the styrofoam cup my soup came in. Can we get real cups?

This is the best lunch place I have found since moving to the tricities! They have the best soup, salads and sandwiches. Quick and affordable. I have been impressed time. I get my orders for pick up, and I can’t say I would change that. It kinda has an old school cafeteria vibe that I wouldn’t find super cozy. But the food and the service are superb.

(Updated review) Out of the bbq business next door, the new cafe next to that, and frost me sweet who didn't let me sit down on the outside seating area stone soup gave me a seat. I had ordered food from another place, and wanted to enjoy the nice weather. Felt it strange how much frost me sweet, and that bbq place found it a question to be given an already open seat, and to wait on the possibility of someone filling those open seats? Stone soup, and salad is more inviting, better food for better prices, and will always keep a seat open for anyone!:)) Thank you to the waitress who let the girl with a facial tattoo, and short hair sit down. I sketched the store front, but decided to redo it until it's a bit more polished looking, you were so gracious. Next time I'll bring a friend, and some hungry stomachs for lunch to return the favor:))) (2021 review) My favorite lunch spot, and nickles spent. The service is always a great group of people, and the food is consistently having me walk back in before work.

A local mom and pop where the food isn't too bad (and I would give it 3.5 stars for food) and I'd eat here again......if I had 24 hours to wait and a TV series I needed to catch up on.. You are going to wait a minimum of 50mins when they are not busy to get anything, including ordering. They have been here 111 years and they will take that long to get your food to you. Even if you order ahead, they will wait for you to show up to make it. Ok, but if you only have 2 hours for lunch, you will be leaving when your food arrives. If you are over 70 and you are uncomfortable using a cell phone, driving after dark, and have all afternoon to spend ....this is the place for you.

Always 5 stars! I love their Tortilla soup and on this day Grub Hub made it possible for me since I couldn't get away from my desk and work calls. This soup is so creamy with a little spice and small chunks of chicken. The baby cookie that they include never fails to make me smile :) it's the perfect size and so soft.

Great local spot for lunch! I like their chicken Caesar wraps and the chicken enchilada soup is delicious! It's quick service with a yummy small cookie served with every meal. I only question the cleanliness of this place with going between handling money and food and touching their clothes.

I absolutely love this place. They sure do know how to make a sandwich. The owners are very friendly. The restaurant is clean too.

Best place. Variety of delicious options. Consistently good food and service.

Chili was good but thought saved time by calling ahead but still had to stand in line for pickup for 15 mins and there is no parking. Service was good but for the price I'm not sure that it was worth it.

I like a good sandwich and this chicken salad sandwich has been on my mind since I ate it 3 long weeks ago 🤔💭🥪 I’ve made up my mind, I’m going back this week for another!

I was pleasantly surprised at how good their sandwiches turned out to be. I'm gluten-free, and the fact that their gluten-free options actually taste good says volumes to me. If you're looking for a good sandwich, and especially a gluten-free one, get Stone Soup on your radar!

This place was great! Cute little cafeteria style with soups and sandwiches. Your choice of about 2 dozen sandwiches, a variety of breads and a few soups. Prices are reasonable and their baked goods are GIANT and delicious. Quick and cute spot!

Their sandwiches are so simple but they are so dang good and I don't know why the little cookie is so freaking delicious but it is every time. I love just how old school and down to earth the whole atmosphere is. One of my favorite local little lunch spots
