Missing a wing and no olives on pizza. The wings are half the size they used to be. Been going down hill for a while now but this probably ends it. Been a customer for many years to many mistakes and the prices keep going up, on top of that they expect a tip for me coming to pick it up.

I loved this place and I love Pizza Hut pizza. Have always supported this establishment and have grown up coming here. My family has supported this business through dine in and try to come in when we can. The last two times, we were turned away for dine in. We came in slightly after 8 and were told “We are not taking dine in tonight” That was the second time we had been turned away and we cannot support the business anymore and will not be back. We will spend our money on the other pizza businesses. If they want to focus on delivery only, that’s fine. Close the restaurant part and make it known. Be consistent

We were disappointed that dine in was closed. The manager came out to visit with us while we waited and was super friendly. We got the supreme and it was excellent! Definitely better pizza than I had many years ago. We went because of the book it program where our child got free pizza for doing his reading homework. I would get pizza here again now that I know it's good. 😄

This is the only Pizza Hut in the Tri-cities that I like to order from. I order carry out and my pizza is always ready on time and tastes great. It is usually always good.

I ordered on uber eats late tonight. And when I finally got my food, it was undercooked. My dough is gooey and not even Edible. And between ur food cost plus delivery fees and a tip. And I tried to call but u guys were already closed. Disappointed 😞

Ordered for carry out. Purposely left to be there five minutes after it was ready. Still waited for almost 20 minutes. There were no guests in the lobby and no one ahead of me on their “board” got home and pizza was like soup. Had to eat it with a fork. Guess I’m done ordering here now.

I asked for spinach and crumbled ham added to my Chicken Alfredo and this is what was done to it. Spinach on top not under the sauce so burnt spinach and very little crumbled bacon in it and charged for extra toppings. The food preparer need to learn how to prepare the food correctly.

So this review is not against the location but against the Pizza Hut Brand. This location has always had great employees and I have always received great service from the staff. Pizza Hut as a Brand has steady declined however. This most recent offence has made me no longer wish to do business with Pizza Hut. There is a change to the Pasta menu items that was made recently. They cut the portion size by nearly half, and the new recipe in my opinion is just gross. I have watched the brand slowly cut corners all over the place for years, but this was the last straw for me. I won't be ordering Pizza Hut Brand for quite a while, if ever again. As I always Try to point out these are my opinions, take them as such. I don't like how things have changed, but taste is subjective. Have a great day.

I don't know what is wrong with the people at this store but the manager socializes way too much the Hispanic overweight chick. One got paid for his order 45 minutes ago and just got it, and I've been waiting on a doordash for 30 minutes cuz you guys forgot to make the pizza and then you realize you made the pizza but it was too cold cuz it was left on the top rack what a bunch of morons. I will never pick up from this place again for doordash ever again.

Pizza was cold and I'm fairly confident it wasn't even made fresh. It tasted like it had been sitting around for a while, and warmed up before delivering it to me. Maybe because I'm staying in a hotel, so I'm not likely to be a return customer, but I travel for work often and I won't be ordering from here again when work brings me back this way.

DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION!! BEWARE!! Husband ordered 1 pizza for delivery to our home, payed. We waited and he gets a notification that says "the pizza has been delivered by door dash" the pizza HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. He calls and everyone that answers just keeps forwarding his call and he never got to speak to an actual person. So he drives to the location and asks what's going on with our pizza and they just say "oh you have to complain to door dash" how is this our problem??? They didn't even offer a discount NOTHING. We will NEVER support this company again and we are telling our friends and family.

Never really had a bad experience with this location but unfortunately today I did. The driver hung up on me and when I called back another employee female hung up on me thankfully someone with sense and understanding is going to send another driver out to my location. The App isn't the best and that's what started my dilemma

Ored my pizza and drive home to see we got the wrong pizza. When speaking to the manager Rene he stated I sould have checked the pizza before I left, that it my fault and I was just trying to place the blame on them. Last I checked it is 100% their fault. A simple appoligy would have done along with a refund for the pizza. I ask for the district managers number and was told, I am not giving it to you..look it up. Horrible especially for $55 pizza.

I have ordered pizza and wings at this Pizza Hut 30 times in the last year. I order two ranches for the wings every time. They have not shown up 1 time with the order. I make the driver go back to get them but it’s not there fault the store is fraudulently “forgetting” to send the ranch that you paid for to make an extra buck. It probably adds up to 300-500 a night in profit. It’s not accidental if it’s consistent. I have even driven to the store being in management myself to talk to the manager about how if it’s accidental to do some training to make sure the order is complete. It’s been months same thing every time. So please if your order is shorted call them to complain cause they are going to continue ripping everyone off a 1.99 at a time until people complain enough

The customer service is non-existent. Unfortunately I will not support this business again. Asked about buffet, was told, “not today, maybe tomorrow” and “I don’t know how much it costs.”.

The older Hispanic lady that works here is super rude, doesn't say anything at all, and basically scoots your order over to you giving you a look like what are you still doing here, worst pizza hut location ever. Customer service non existent, and the quality of our food is always really poor, never any sauce on the pizza, always over cooked and dry, and super expensive for absolutely no reason.

Pizza was good and reasonably priced. Ordered the Super Supreme Special for take out.

One of the most kid friendly place to go.The pizza is always hot and crunchy. The chicken wings are always fresh. There is TV to play some funny animal shows which always give my kid a fun time. The restaurant is always empty after 8 pm which we enjoy our private dinner time.

I just had the worst experience with the delivery driver here. First when I called to checkon my order i get yelled at by the delivery driver cause I couldn't hear him knock. And got upset and turned me to the manager i said calmly I'm sorry I couldn't hear him and I'd like to get my order again. When I received he banged on the door and was very disrespectful when I received my order. This didn't have to happen this way and ive never had experience this before here..

Pizza was good. Quiet Service good. I plan on ordering from there.

I made a mistake on my order and instead of delivering me cold food they re-made my order and let me come get it. Again, it was my mistake and this crew ensured me and my family had warm tasty food for dinner. I can't say enough good things bout this store, they will go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of.

Pizza was basically a cheese pizza with some veggies tossed on. GROSS! Owner of this store is very cheap. Personnel were great.
