Late arrival after traveling from NY. Was met with a inviting and friendly front desk staff. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff in the morning were helpful and friendly and breakfast was good. Exactly the rest I needed before heading home. If traveling through here again, this will be my go-to spot.

I stayed here on a work trip for 2 nights. I would stay here again. It was clean, organized and the employees were very nice. My room was great, the bed was comfortable and bigger than expected. They have a morning breakfast(not just continental). Everything from warm eggs/meat/potatoes, to yogurt, cereal, fruit, etc. Another good thing is there are plenty of stores and food options within walking distance.

Desk staff very helpful. Excellent rooms and clean. King Suite was great with plenty of room! Plenty of parking if you are hauling something. Restaurants nearby.

I wanted to write th review as soon As I walked into the building. The reception smelled so clean. The room I stayed in was very clean and bedding felt so crisp. I appreciate the staff and management for their great job in this property. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

The rooms are large. Always clean and smell nice. The employees are always friendly & available to help. The service was prompt when I ordered an extra blanket. The warm fresh cookies are always a nice treat too.

This is the best hotel I have been in, in a very long time. It smells clean. Not "We use bleach so it smells clean." It actually is clean, there is a big difference. The standard room is really large. I have a living room/sitting room. Lots of room to move around and not walk on top of each other. I would say that it would be perfect for families to have this much space. Breakfast is great. I was impressed with the biscuits and gravy and the vegan omelet. Biscuits done to perfection, no hard bottoms and fresh. Items that were suppose to be hot were hot and fresh. The employees are all friendly and smiling and you get the feeling they like their jobs and take pride in their hotel. It is located across the street from the Gesa Stadium playing fields. I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here several times at least 6 this year, the staff have been consistent and the service is good. The ladies taking care of the breakfast bar are awesome and the cookies at check in are a nice touch. The rooms are clean and the location is awesome for food options.

The bathroom and tub are tiny. Not much space to move around and change your clothes. Overall, very nice and clean place. Located next to the Pasco Sporting Complex. That was a huge plus as my son was playing in a softball tournament.

Good clean room as typical with this chain of hotels. Very quiet hotel even though it seemed busy I was close to the elevator and it was super quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is ok, a lot of things to do close by but freeway access can be a pain with several interchanges needed to get to some places.

Wonderful hotel. You will not regret chosing this option from other hotels at a similar price. Rooms are modern, extremely clean, and spacious. The service was outstanding too. Complementary breakfast was above and beyond. More amenities than I had time to take advantage of. The only downside is the rooms have a bit less sound insulation than what I've been used to in the past. I will be back in the future!

Great place overall. Only setback was the large group of young kids who were in town for baseball tournaments. Their chaperone was young and often let them run wild up and down the halls and all over the hotel. Was very loud and disturbing over the course of a weekend. However, when we finally had enough and made a complaint to the front desk they were actually right on it. While this didn't completely curb all the shenanigans (cuz kids will be kids) it did help some and for that we were grateful. Now... if we just could've found a little quiet time while sitting in the jacuzzi.... ugh, huge sigh. Giving 5 stars despite all the disturbance because blame lies with the chaperone and not the hotel. Rooms were nice, clean, and accommodating for an 8-week stay. Was there on business and roomed in a small suite. Breakfast offered a variety of great choices that didnt make it feel like you were eating the same thing day after day, and was well attended and kept stocked by staff. Every one of the staff that we encountered, from the front desk to house keeping, as well as the breakfast attendants... all were extremely nice, helpful, and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

I found this hotel to be exceptionally clean, comfortable and quiet. It is professionally managed and the staff are all helpful, friendly and professional. I highly recommend it. The Holiday Inn Express in Pasco will always be my 1st choice when I am staying in the area. It also offers one of the best breakfasts I've found in the many different hotels I've stayed in, and has a good variety of breakfast choices.

Clean quiet, comfortable very nice rooms comfortable pillows. Probably the best Holiday Inn express. I’ve been at. I really want to thank them for picking me up last night at midnight from the airport.

I had an eleven day stay at this hotel and it was a great experience. Hotel staff was polite, attentive, and accommodating. My king suite was perfect for an extended stay. The housekeeping staff is what made the difference for me. There was great attention to detail when they serviced my room. I definitely recommend staying here.

Came here with my family for a 3 day vacation. Arrived at 7 pm. Room wasn’t clean especially the bathtub. There was soap scum and residue. Decided to take a shower. My 2 year old fell first then me. I ended up having to go by ambulance to the emergency room and was in the hospital for 3 days with a broken back. Haven’t been able to work. They gave me a slip mat after the fact which in most hotels they are required to have in the bathroom. I asked for a different room they said no. The general manager named Veronica Chavez is a piece of work. Stopped responding when I told her what happened. I wouldn’t have expected this horrible customer service from an establishment like this. Again specifically Veronica Chavez.

Great hotel. I've stayed in one other Holiday Inn Express and the stay was just as nice. It is now our hotel of choice and we will always look to see if there's one in town before trying another. The fresh breakfast is also amazing.

It's the little things that count. All staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean with nothing broken or worn out. The thing that topped it off was I was running late for breakfast and only had 10 minutes left until they stopped serving it. I went there expecting there to be only scraps. I was pleasantly surprised they still had plenty of everything left for me and it was all good! The best part was when the staff asked if I would like anything else before they closed! I've been to other hotels that will have nothing left in the last hour, and shut breakfast down early and without saying anything. Suddenly it's light out and no food. This really made my day and my stay! This place is managed extremely well and it shows.

First of all nobody really wants to stay at a hotel on Thanksgiving, but if you need to definitely stay here. This Holiday Inn was amazing! The friendliest staff I have encountered in a long time, especially when they were working on a holiday. Michael at the front desk - Thank you for being so attentive and welcoming. You are an absolute gem and it's employees like you that make my husband and I continue to stay at Holiday Inn properties. The rooms are roomy and clean. We requested an additional blanket in the evening which we promptly received. The Continental breakfast had many many options and was decent. The pool was clean and stocked with clean towels. I am just so impressed with this specific location and I guarantee when we come back to visit family we will be staying here. 5 well earned stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
