    I purchased a 24 session weight training package (2x per week) and also went through Biju's 30-day diet program. I lost about 15 lbs in 30 days and when we did a body composition test (before and after) it showed a net gain in lean muscle mass during the month despite the fast weight loss. I was extremely pleased with the results of working with Biju and when my schedule makes it possible again, I hope to continue with him.

    I signed up for the 3-month weight/fat loss plan and have so far lost 20 lbs that I've long struggled to lose due to poor food choices and a lack of discipline regarding exercise. I knew I needed accountability and guidance and I could not have found a better place than Body by Biju. This is not your typical gym. The workouts are by appointment and you receive one-on-one attention. Cathy has given me the accountability/encouragement to keep exercising. Cathy is personable and a lot of fun which has helped to make every visit a very pleasant experience. Cathy created a personalized meal plan that I could follow even with a hectic schedule. It was a very reasonable price to pay for balanced meal planning and 3 months of personal coaching. In addition to the weight loss, I no longer have the knee pain that I had when I started the program. Cathy has been easy to reach when I've had questions and flexible with the appointments. Excellent experience! No regrets!

    Body by Biju is a Very professional training environment -owned by people who really care about helping others get healthy in a safe , yet motivational way . I look forward to my training sessions and always feel I get that one on one attention and the encouragement I need . Their expertise in meal planning and fitness has taught me invaluable lessons on how to take better care of myself- and be the best , healthiest version of me !!

    Since I have started working with Biju well over 3 months ago I have seen the most dramatic results I have had in years, from weight and fat loss to muscle building and tone. Before I found Biju I trained with other personal trainers and went through the typical mundane workouts that were repetitive and typical and while very getting slight results nothing compares to the level knowledge and technical skill that Biju teaches and brings to each and every session. Each session is a new workout or technical exercise that surprises me each and every time as it is something always new to learn. It is refreshing, energizing and most of all motivating. To see these results personally and to hear peoples reaction to seeing a brand new you is especially gratifying. I would recommend Biju to anyone who is willing to take that next step to building a better you because he is the real deal and in my personal opinion no one is better.

    I have had several trainers over the years and not one has even touched the professionalism, knowledge, and skill set as Biju. Biju learns who you are, what you want, and where you are both physically and mentally. He then takes his assessments and develops a plan that will get you nothing but results. I lost 15lbs on my first 30 days and feel amazing. His guidance on diet leaves you feeling like you still win and are always satisfied with what you get to eat. Biju’s style of training will challenge you to not just lift heavier but to do it right by making the “mind muscle connection” as he constantly reminds you. This connection allows you to both strengthen and shock the fibers, giving you amazing results without injury. In conclusion, if you are looking to make a change, Biju is my #1 choice for a trainer and health coach. I look forward to working with him for many years to come.     Biju & Cathy are Fantastic! Biju's experience really shows and the results are evident. I've made more progress with them in 2 months then I have in years struggling to do so on my own. As they take a full body natural health approach. Making sure all areas are working together to see measurable progress.     My husband and I did 30 day challenges with Biju. My husband did the muscle gain and I did weight loss. We both had extreme results in just 30 days. Biju teaches you proper technique and is so professional during his workouts. Biju and Cathy treat us like we are part of the family and help us to be successful with our workout goals. I now look forward to working out. Between the workouts and the food Biju has me eating in just 30 days I feel and look like a new person. Amazing job team Biju!!

    They're the best. I've tried various personal trainers from Gold's Gym but they paled in comparison to Biju's expertise and focus. Not only have I seen unprecedented improvement in my overall health and body composition, but I'm the type to ask a lot of questions to which Biju always has an insightful answer. I've never felt more confident in my ability to train smart and stay in-tune with my body then after a couple of months with Biju!

    I’m so thankful that I found Body by Biju. My overall fitness has improved dramatically since I started here three months ago. I had not lifted weights for over twenty years and had some false starts at various gyms throughout the years. When I first called to inquire, they had no space for me - Biju trains 7 days/week. A week or so later Cathy called me back and let me know that Biju would be willing to train me, but it would at 6:30am. I started out with the 2 day/week plan and quickly changed to 3 days/week. I followed a meal plan they created for me and so far I’ve lost 20lbs of body fat and gained 7 lbs in muscle. My life has been changed and I’m looking forward to my continued journey with Biju and Cathy.

    I can't express how positive my experience at Body by Biju has been since I started personal training with Biju. I've had negative experiences with personal trainers at gyms in the past, but Biju and Cathy are very patient and take the time to explain every element of training. My schedule is not inconvenienced at all and Cathy is awesome with efficient scheduling and reminders. Biju is very friendly and I feel that he really has been looking out for me and my goals towards overall health. Costs for training are very reasonable and well-worth it, considering the improvement I've seen in such a short time!

    Biju is wonderful! He is very professional, personable, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is pacing me perfectly for my age and ability. I feel noticeably stronger following each session. I have learn a lot about form and control to maximize my workouts. Best trainor I have ever had!

    Biju and Cathy have achieved the perfect balance between exercise and nutrition. The level of fitness i have attained in a very short period of time with there program is amazing they are true proffesionals who care deeply about there clients. They are also two of the friendliest people i have ever met. So if you're thinking about personnal training they are absolutely the best.

    Body by Biju is the best personal training experience. They are truly “personal” and each session is tailored for you. Biju and Kathy are a great team and know what they are doing. I recommend seeing them whether you’re wanting to slim down or bulk up.

    I have been involved in lifting weights for years but have never worked with someone as knowledgeable as Biju. He does so much more than work on the major muscle groups. He has helped me build muscles that had been neglected with the standard workout. He teaches you how the body improves and why he instructs the way he does. I am about to turn 67 and I am now in the best shape I have ever been. I wear a size 2 jeans….age has nothing to do with a strong and healthy body. I’m now plan to meet with Cathy to fine tune my diet. Best decision I have made.

    Biju and Cathy have been great. Biju takes the time to really make sure I get the most out of our sessions and takes into consideration my limitations due to some ongoing health issues. Biju is professional and provides great communication and actually takes the time to answer questions and explain each exercise and what it is targeting. The one on one sessions are great. He does a great job of motivating you and providing a challenge in every workout.

    Before I signed up for personal training sessions with Biju, I have heard so many good things about him and and his wife, as well as their training methods. Two of my good friends trained with them for many years and they are really health and fit. I finally have time to sign up this fall, 3 times a week with Biju early in the morning. I have to say, this is the best personalized training I’ve ever had. I see results, I feel great, I’ve been bulking up. I’ve also done a meal plan here which has all the food I eat, but in a better portion and combination.I can see myself keep at it for a long time. I really enjoy it. If you want to train smart and healthy, come to Biju, they are doing this right!

    Training with Biju has been excellent. He truly is a master of his craft and absolutely puts the "personal" back into personal training. Every rep, set, and whole workout is well thought-out and monitored. Additionally, Cathy's meal planning is top-notch. She designed a plan that was actually livable and sustainable for irregular work schedules and keeping the joy of food alive. I was honestly a little hesitant to begin, but because my wife spoke so highly of Biju and Cathy she finally convinced me to go. I'm extremely glad she did. I like that all the workouts and exercises are targeted, curated, and customized but you also are encouraged to push and keep proper form. It's also great to support a locally-owned family business. If you are lucky enough to get into their absolutely crowded schedule, cherish it. Thank you Biju & Cathy.
