I've stayed at Best Western for one day in Jan, 2014, was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, nice decorations, very elegant rooms and bathrooms. Very upscale hotel. The only thing that I didn't really like was that, a complimentary breakfast was not included. The front desk personnel were very professional, very nice and accommodating. Jennifer and the customer service lady that checked me in, were very nice. I like the fact that they speak English and Spanish. I love the pool too. Just beautiful overall!

This Best Western is nice and clean. Its located in a nice spot in Haiti. I've stayed at this particular Best Western 5/6 times within the past year. I've never had a problem until now. No hot water for 4 days,and we weren't even given a heads up,or time frame on when it would be fixed. Hot running water, is one of the main reason i stay @ Best Western when coming home to Haiti. After looking over all these reviews recently, is when i noticed their complaints with other customers regarding the hot water issue. If i would've known,i wouldn't have booked with them. Hopefully Best Western remembers its brand and name here or anywhere. I have 3 other family members who will be here,and wanted to booked here,but changed their minds once they knew about the no hot water. No fun for kids and the elderly in cold water.

Hardly anything negative to say about this hotel, my 1st trip to Haiti, and it was awesome! The staff was great, the bartender Gerald was so nice, Paola did a great job checking us in. Security was there at all times. You were greeted with the doors being opened for you, while being assisted with your luggage. The welcome drink wasn't bad either. I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially if it's your 1st time visiting the country! And because the negative comments are so minimal, I'm gonna pass on it! Very clean hotel, looks brand new. The rooms are nice size and have technologically advanced amenities. It was my first time at a hotel in Haiti, so I don't have much hotel experience to compare it with, but overall it was good...

I stayed at that hotel for 5 days and I had a great time. My only complaint is all about the food that is over price. It is hard to get a decent meal for $12.00 ...I was shock to have 4 small chicken wing with nothing for that price. I do mind paying high price for my food, but I have to see food in my plate. They need to work on that, and I hope to see changes on my next trip.

This hotel is not the greatest and I will not stay there again. The check-in process was great but the check-out took too much time. The room was nice but the water pressure in sink and shower were really low, the bed was very uncomfortable and the housekeeping staff kept knocking on the door as early as 8:30am to clean the room which was disturbing. The restaurant is overpriced and the staff takes a long time to take orders and the food takes too long to come out and they take forever to bring you the check. Another area of improvement is the need for air conditioning in the elevator. It gets really stuffy and hot while you ride. The pool was also broken (no water). The ice machine on our floor was broken. Another positive area is that they accommodated us with a higher floor. We had an amazing view of the city. High speed internet was a plus as well. The people at the front desk were very friendly and courteous!

The overnight stay with my family was a great experience. Doormen were particularly attentive and courteous. Courtesy driver was gracious and picked us back up on time. Concierge was nice and professional. I would come back anytime..
