The location is good, the building is beautiful, and the staff is WONDERFUL. The hygienists are phenomenal. The thing that ruins it all? The dentist herself. She's not mean, but she's very harsh, rough, and doesn't listen to me. She does not communicate well and she's constantly trying to sell me on stuff. She's always pushing me to buy something or do a specific procedure with her (which are really expensive, unlike anywhere else I've ever gone) and even acts offended when I say I don't have the money or will have to go to a different place which quoted me lower prices. I don't doubt her skills as a dentist but her arrogance and bad bedside manner is just too much to get past. I get a feeling like I'm talking to a salesman trying to con me when she talks to me, being so pushy... She's unnecessarily rough on my teeth and, again, does not listen to my questions or requests. It's such a shame that I have to go somewhere else because, seriously, the office and the rest of the staff are truly wonderful.

I came in last year with a smile I wanted to make perfect. I was born without a tooth so all my life I have wanted that perfect smile. After all the appointments and time it finally paid off. I now have my perfect smile. I feel more confident and happy because of Arsmiles. Thank you Dr. Chegini!

Marissa (the cleaner) was fantastic! They were very good about communicating what they were going to do before they did it when cleaning my teeth. They even showed me a cavity with a picture of my teeth. When it came time for a filling my wish to have both sides of my mouth numbed because I was having fillings on both sides of my mouth was not respected. The dentist had explicitly told me that I would be numbed on both sides prior to the fillings.. I have sensitive teeth and made the dentist aware of that before hand and there was quite a bit of pain and stress for me. Overall not a good experience for me when getting a filling but the cleaning was good. Can't say I would recommend it to people with sensitive teeth.

I’ve been at this dentist since I was 3 years old… I’m 24 now. This is hands down the most compassionate dentist ever. I love it here. I’ve moved away twice and I always make sure I come back for my appointments, because I know I won’t get better treatment anywhere else. This is my family, we’ve all grown together over the last 21 years! Below is a photo of me and my brother (also a patient here) playing in the lobby (before the renovations) in 2002. Danielle and Linda have been there since I was a kid, they are the absolute best, as well as the whole entire team. Never a negative experience. Thank you Dr. Chegini!!!

While establishing my dental practitioner all I was looking for care , communication and comfort. I have been in this locality for few years and haven't got all this three until I reached Arsmiles Family Dentistry. I not only got to to know how to improve my dental hygiene but also got to know the path to address my current problem. I would highly recommend this.

It took me awhile to find a new dentist since my move. The doctor is great. Marissa, the dental hygienist is fantastic! My teeth feels so clean. Definitely, one of the best cleaning I have ever had. Very happy with my new dental office😀 I am looking forward to my next cleaning.

My family and I have been coming here since 2009. If you are afraid or nervous about going to the dentist, come here. If you feel judged at your current dentist, come here. Dr. Chegini, Linda, Danielle have helped my family for years and with the addition of hygienist Marissa and the other staff, it’s even better. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming. I would highly recommend Arsmiles to anyone and everyone.

I've had a phobia of the dentist for my entire life, but I always feel comfortable and well taken care of at Arsmiles. The whole staff is friendly, efficient, and communicative. The renovated office is really nice, and they've got a lot of modern equipment and new technology. I highly recommend visiting here if you're looking for a dentist in the Akron area!

I have had a tooth over the past year that kept getting darker and darker. It got to the point I noticed it in pictures and every day when I looked in the mirror. I finally got so sick of it that I looked around for a holistic dentist. My mom found Arsmiles and I called and they got me in, in the matter of a day. They saw me, gave me suggestions and truly listened to what I was trying to avoid (root canal). They then mentioned a vaneer. They got me in the next week and did it all within an hour. They took me back got started right away and I left with a white tooth and felt confident in my smile. They are so caring and welcoming. I love them all and can’t recommend them enough. Marissa has done the dental work I have needed for some years. I refused to go to the dentist because of very bad work and attitudes of the dentist. Marissa is truly a top rated professional in every sense of the word. She is knowledgeable, patient and thorough. She really cares which means a lot to me as a dental PATIENT.
