I’m so excited to have this place here in Aurora! The employee who took care of us was very friendly and helpful, since it was our first time there. But every drink is made with fresh and delicious ingredients. I watched the girl steep my passionfruit tea before pouring it in my cup, and has orange slices and passionfruit seeds in it. My husband has pieces of fresh pineapple in his, and my mom’s brown sugar milk tea is coffee based and AMAZING. I will definitely be back, and can’t wait to try everything on the menu! Bought a couple breads to snack on, and they were all very good! Seriously, I can’t wait to go back 😄

The owners are so friendly, everything tasted amazing! Made fresh in store, we tried the brown sugar Boba, jasmine tea, mango slush, and a strawberry shake. Nothing was less than 5 stars and I tried my first cheese foam, I'm a fan now! Will be back, can't wait to try the Thai tea and lychee slush!

With high quality ingredients, Lu Cha delivers most authentic bubble milk tea in the area. A lot of selections here, ordered purple taro milk and mango pomelo sago tea slush, very delicious.

It’s my favorite milk tea place. I had a chance went to Lu Cha when I traveled to Cleveland at their grand opening day. I was so surprised the taste there. It’s not too sweet and you also can choose the sweet level. I loved the boba there. It’s cooked perfectly, chewy and soft, never under or over cooked. My husband tired fruit tea. It tasted super good. The fruit was fresh. I live in Cincinnati, there are so many Babi tea store, but none of them taste as authentic as Lu Cha. I really hope Lu Cha can open their store around Cincinnati area someday.

wow, i have been waiting for a great authentic milk tea shop to open in my area, also they are using good real milk not some cheap powder for their milk tea drinks, fruit teas are so fresh and delicious, absolutely my #1 choice, hope they will have some snacks add to their menu soon. I love Jasmine green tea with cheese form on top and Brown sugar milk tea, both are my favorite,. went back again today, so yummy, grape and honeydew slushy are so good.

Can't say enough good things about this adorable little bubble tea shop! Met up here with my sister to try some different kinds of bubble teas, we each got 3 and neither of us paid over $20. We were able to customize every aspect to our heart's desires and were able to accommodate for our dietary needs easily (no sugar, no dairy, gluten free). We ordered online the night before, and our orders were ready at our scheduled pickup times. We sat in and sipped and chatted and enjoyed the ambiance. The employees were extremely kind and accommodating and helpful, very knowledgeable and were able to make great recommendations to pair snacks and treats with our teas, which are also delicious and so aesthetically pleasing lol. If you have a pet, you can bring a photo and post it on their pet love wall! I could go on and on, it was just a great experience overall. Definitely worth a trip to check in out for yourself!

Definitely the best bubble tea place in Cleveland! The fruit teas were made with real fresh fruit and it wasn’t too sweet, I even got to choose the level of ice and sugar to fit my taste. The Handmade Brown Sugar Boba Milk is a great option for kids because it has no tea in the drink. I also recommend the Passionfruit tea! The employees were really patient and helpful, they even gave me sample toppings to try. I highly recommend Lu Cha if you are looking for authentic Bubble Tea!

I passed by this cute little place last weekend. It was soooo lovely cozy place. The food and beverage were absolutely refreshing and amazing. My 3 yr old toddler loves their boba tea. They even gave him a small free sample. Super friendly staff! 😚😚😚

This boba shop has a very nice and friendly atmosphere, and their baked goods are some of my favorites, the pastries aren’t super sweet and there are a lot of asian style options to choose from (which is hard to come by around here!). The boba here ACTUALLY uses tea which is something I don’t see too often, and with their wide range of drinks and toppings you’d be sure to find you like! Highly recommend.
