I was honestly expecting a better experience based on the pictures. The hotel is very old on the inside and not maintained very well. The breakfast is minimal, think cereal and a bagel wrapped in plastic. The fall from grace was due to glass being in our bathroom floor. Thank goodness I wear slippers when I am in hotel rooms I felt the crunch underneath my feet and upon inspecting it was glass! Seemed like a broken bulb. That's a safety hazard. All over our room (bed and bathroom) there was a lot of hair from the previous guest. I probably wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

We stayed there for the weekend of 6/4-6/5 and it was a great experience. Our room was clean, very quiet, and the front desk staff are wonderful people. The location is great because we took the train to the stadium for Luke combs concert and it only took 20 minutes to get there for only $5.50 per person. The parking was $80 per car at the stadium which is way expensive!! We felt very safe and we went to feast for dinner which was only 5 minutes away. We love it so much we’re going back for the Sounders game in September and will be staying there again. I highly recommend this place and oh yes they offer free breakfast!!!

My company paid for this hotel, I am a traveling medical director. I wanted a hotel that will allow me to cook my own meals, and make me feel somewhat like a apartment. The place wasn’t bad, they need to do a deep clean in their lobby area. I checked in after 3pm, the front desk girl wasn’t rude, but I have found more cheer in a grave yard. It was dirty not filthy, but they need to clean more. My room smelled like someone smokes 3 packs of cigarettes a day. Went to Walmart and bought some glade plug in. The appliances we very out dated, which isn’t bad. But the fridge was super loud. Out of the two stove tops in my room only one worked. The floors were sticky, thank got I went and got my own cleaning supplies to clean. Also someone was shot in the parking lot early this year, but I don’t know if they are doing anything to make guest feel safe. Especially when they have signs that the parking lot does have video but it’s not monitored!!??? The heck?!!! If I had to pay out my own pocket I would not stay here. I will find another place to stay next work visit. For the price and location it’s a good location. Also bedroom lamps, you should replace those with usb plug in, and really do a update in your rooms!

Make sure to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This site will compare countless booking web sites and normally will have rates much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be disappointed. Larkspur landing has decent rooms that are affordable and they top notch customer service was delightful. I arrived alone in the evening and after I checked in and went to my room, the young lady at the front desk called me to make sure I got to my room and it was suitable for me. I appreciated the gesture of going above and beyond to make sure I was safe and comfortable. The continental breakfast is nice and the staff are very friendly. I will be returning.

Rooms are nice, but the location is a little strange. In like an industrial area and freeway access limited due to construction. Customer service has been friendly. Free breakfast is terrible, very disappointing. Best option is cold cereal or instant oatmeal. Price is reasonable.

The quality of this hotel was more like a 2 star motel. The room itself seemed as though hadn't been cleaned very well and there was a very prominent rank smell. The furnuiture was old and run down, sleeping on the couch was very uncomfortable and you could feel the springs under you. The hotel overpromised many aspects but had definitely underdelivered. The shuttle services here were very poor considering punctuation as the shuttle was often 20-30 minutes late.

Rooms were pretty clean. But I did find some dishes that weren't clean. It wasn't a big deal; I just ran it through the dishwasher. The people at the front desk were very helpful. The location is right off the high way. I would definitely not keep anything valuable in your cars, and make sure to lock your stuff up. There was a lot of night traffic in parking lot.

The sunshine in Washington's shade! This place has been like a soft landing in the midst of a rainstorm, and I can't thank the staff enough for how well they take care of me! I showed up because of the price, not knowing anything about this place ahead of time.....And was met with a classy kitchenett, cozy bed and sparkling bathroom. The staff here has been nothing but kind, respectful, efficient and well above my picky expectations. I would recommend any friend or family member a stay at the Larkspur Landing and I'm glad it worked out that life gave me the opportunity to start a long relationship with this place. As any Alaskan who travels will tell you, we always have a stop in the pacific northwest and I have certainly found my new go-to landing here. 10 out of 10 gold nuggets.

Second time staying here, everything was great until we got to our room and ypu could smell the animal pee strongly. If it wasn't already 11pm we would have demanded a change. You shouldn't rent rooms out that folks are afraid of touching the ground in.

Every single employee I’ve encountered has been so kind and professional. The room was clean and homey. I don’t want to stay anywhere else after this trip. The beds are beyond comfy and the staff makes you feel like family. This visit has been exceptional

It was a good spot to spend the night. The value of the rooms was reasonable. Breakfast followed a grab and go concept. They were very generous with refreshments (coffee, tea and hot chocolate) and toiletries. Parking was spacious. The doors and key cards were just acting up at times.

Nice hotel, old style. Beds were more comfy than other nicer hotels. Couch bed needs upgraded. My kid couldn’t even sleep on it due to thin mattress and felt springs. Definitely has pros and cons. Breakfast is not great especially if you have gluten allergy. Had to go shopping and make it in our room which was nice to have a kitchen. Positive was no charge for washer and dryer. Definitely positive experience.

Fine enough place to stay for a few days. Room was clean and spacious but a little outdated. It had a full sized fridge, microwave, stove top, sink, and dish washer. Breakfast was lacking- only cereal, yogurt, cheese sticks, prepackaged bagels, and juice/milk. Staff was pleasant enough but not overly accommodating. Rooms are serviced for stays longer than 5 days but supplies can be requested from front desk.

After a horrible experience at a different hotel in which they overbooked and left us without a room this place was great. Malachai (l hope I spelt his name correctly) was amazing. He found us exactly what we needed at midnight and his friendly personality just made the whole experience worthwhile. Will definitely return if in the area again.

I stay at a lot of hotels for work, but I hardly ever leave a review. We got such a good deal for such a cosy clean suite. And the bed was perfect, we're going to buy this mattress when we get home. The breakfast was a lot for being take away. Everyone was nice and accommodating. I called ahead and they had early check in.

The room is equipped for professional stays and includes a fridge, microwave, and stove. The stove and microwave did not work. Technically they provide breakfast but only technically. This is a dreary and sad but adequate hotel but no roaches and no bedbugs. This is the kind of hotel that is $200 in advance but $125 the day of stay.

The staff are amazing - it’s not their fault this hotel is like a 2 star motel. Rooms are dated. The first room I got had stains on the mattress, the sheets and bed pad looked like they had the beginnings of bed bugs and there were cum stains on the curtains and furniture. I asked to be moved to another room which was cleaner overall but one of the towels in the bathroom was moldy. If you get a clean room then it’s ok to stay in for a couple of days. The property owner needs to compensate their staff for making this an amazing stay while working with less than optimal conditions to make it memorable. Jameela, the front desk agent is amazing, she makes cookies for the guests!

Hotel is VERY worn. Needs a full remodel. Room was clean, but really worn down. Bathroom door not functioning, scratches and paint really worn. Carpet and furniture had stains. Also, no bars of soap. Now have wall mounted soap and shampoo dispensers. NOT good!!! Breakfast selection was a joke. Very little variety. Staff: Jessa and Max were wonderful.

Pros....Customer service was excellent!! Rooms were clean. Plenty of parking. Firm beds. Cons... the curtains let lots of light in. Way to bright at 6am.

This place seems ancient. The carpets/floor isn’t even. The rooms have a weird smell. We found a spider in our room. It might look nice from the outside but trust me that’s just for show. Would not recommend.

So, this is my first time here and I have no complaints. I appreciate the cleanliness, the position of the room & parking we had. Security is on site and does do walk through, if that is something you desire. There are other perks of staying here and you'll find that out once you stay here...

I'm a property manager and had to put up one of my tenants here for a few days. The Larkspur Landing staff went above and beyond with their patience and service to my tenant during a stressful time. They were so kind and helpful. This hotel has shuttle service, the rooms are clean and cozy, it's nice that they have a kitchen.

Great place for the deal. My stay was last minute. The staff was very friendly. They provided me with a shaving razor, cream, a toothbrush and toothpaste. The staff was friendly. The breakfast offered is cold only, but still decent quality. Cereal with milk, almond milk was available for non-dairy drinkers. Yogurt, hardboiled eggs, cheese and string cheese. Oatmeal, different juices, and a few more things. I didn't see everything, as I had to go, but there was plenty of selection available. The rooms were very clean and very spacious, some photos attached. Very quiet inside of hotel. Only one gripe about the room, there was no fan that I could see in the restroom, so if you like hot showers, expect a lot of steam through out.

Five star people! Well run. (Extra shoutout to Jessica.) Good bed. Fast WiFi. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. All suites with kitchenettes. Free laundry facilities was a huge help. Great value. Will definitely stay here again … and thanks for all the warm evening cookies.

Excellent place to stay with comfortable rooms and furnishings, and the right amount of space even in the studio suite. Is everything shiny and breand new? No. But what I experienced was exceptionally well maintained and I had no issues. I would stay here again anytime I'm in the area.

We came from half way across the country, never been in the area, and were so glad we stayed here for 5 day/4 nights! We were on 3rd floor. The room was clean, hotel was quiet, AC worked well, a great variety of dishes provided, laundry facilities and fitness room were available reasonably as needed, wifi was great- I worked from the room all week. We loved having a kitchen with fridge, cook top, microwave and dishwasher to use in the room. The desk staff was fantastic-pleasant and very helpful. Coffee and random light snacks provided in the lobby at various times. Walmart nearby. The only issue we had was that the shuttle wasn't available about half of the time but when it was, it was extremely helpful and convenient since we had car troubles and needed to use it more than expected! We felt safe in the surrounding areas for walks and having our car in the parking lot as it was multiple hotels and some industrial park and office spaces surrounding. Would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again.

The love and heartfelt kindness shown to our family goes beyond measure!!! My son was recently killed by a drunk driver while his motorcycle. I stayed at Larkspur Landing, unbeknownst to me so had my son, on many occasions. The staff embraced me with love and tenderness....fast forward two months later and my late son's son is born on what would have been Dylan's 34th birthday. The staff once again embraced us with love, open arms and a small shower with gifts for baby!!! We stayed for two months. I will never forget their sympathetic listening ears or warm cookie in the evening. Bless everyone of you.

This place used to be excellent! This last visit was a bit different. Friendly staff at check in, however the hotel had a different vibe. Seemed to be a lot more people “living” there. The parking lot had a lot sketchy people wandering it in the evening. The room AC worked when it wanted to. Tried sleeping with the door open, however the aroma of cigarette and weed smoke that was coming from the lower balconies made that impossible.

We originally booked a hotel in downtown Seattle. Hotel Andra... it was horrible. There was a rude "know-it-all" manager type. The bed was a rock. And the air conditioning didn't work. So after one night, we changed the rest of our plans in Seattle to the Larkspur Landing and we are SOOOO glad we did. Personable staff. Better service. Working A/C. Better beds. Yes, the rooms are a bit older... but that doesn't matter when you have everything else. The shuttle, the breakfast, the kitchen, the cookies, the coffee, and so much more... plus I seriously can't say enough about the staff... and I can't point out one or two because it was all of them. The front desk staff. The manager. The shuttle driver... all shifts... absolutely amazing. I now want to go back to visit Seattle again soon, not only for the sights Seattle has to offer, but for the amazing stay we had at the Larkspur Landing. Thank you!

We were really quite impressed with this place. We only stayed for one night before an Alaskan cruise, but this looked like a great location to stay for a week. The suite had ample room for our family of six people, with two nice beds and the pull out as well. The kitchen area was decently sized and quite well stocked with plates, bowls, pots, pans, noodle strainer, and all the silverware you would need to make a nice meal. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We needed some last minute printing done and they helped us with that easily. The complimentary breakfast wasn't anything fancy but was tasty and plentiful.

This place is very homey feeling. The only complaint I have is the lack of luggage cart availability. It's not the management's fault it's the people hoarding them for days on end. There's other people that need them as well. But it's those that keep them hidden in their rooms, those are the rude people. Otherwise, this establishment is very nice and if i ever need a place again this will be the first place I will come.

I loved staying here. I travel alot for work and it was very nice to have a room with its own kitchenette and dishwasher! The ladies at the front desk were also amazing and super helpful!

I have stayed at Larkspur for quite awhile. They have been amazing especially through all this covid stuff when other hotels were closing. They have free laundry ,hot cookies every night, coffee, and tea in the lobby, plus they all have kitchenettes with everything you'd need stocked in them but the food.

Loved it! The rooms were big and spacious and it really had a kitchen unlike others who say they do. Staff was very nice and helpful. Will definitely be staying there again!!!!!
