The staff was very kind. The food was great. We ate inside and the man who took our order said we might want to sit in the back since it gets cold when the door opens. That was very thoughtful of him. The seats and tables were clean. Will definitely go back.

Not ideal for dine-in experience, but the food was delicious and reasonably priced. It really hit the spot!

I ordered 10" Roman meal and breaded mushrooms along with an additional large fry, she squeezed everything into the smallest bag they had. I drove almost 20 minutes to get there and I didn't bother to check the bag because it was already crammed full but get back to work and my mushrooms weren't even in the bag. Food was good but will not return.

Terrible i ordered food with just bun meat and bacon and as soon as I got home to eat it there was some weird white crème stuff probably crème cheese the lady wrote down the directions and announced it yet they still some how got it wrong

Food and customer service is always on point! One of the best/fresh fast food places you can eat. Building is always clean too.

The food was ok. The sandwich was actually dry. I remember when the burger on the Roman burger was juicy and the Hot buttered Cheese Steak was cheesy! Y'all have to do better.

The food was good, but with everything else, portions were smaller and prices were higher. Requested ketchup and vinegar for a large French fry and received 2.

Ordered food online.. Food not ready.. Didnt pay attention to orders had to wait another 15...

Black flecks in the ice (probably mold). Ordered ahead so I could have it on time for my lunch and still had to wait 10 min. They were busy so try to be understanding. The sandwich was tasty of course but super messy bc they were busy and in a hurry.

We don't always have Mr. Hero but was in the mood for it. Was greeted upon entering the facility. Order was taken and food done fresh and to order. Glad we got that craving fix and want disappointed.

Just ordered from here. Love Mr. HEROS but today wasn't great fries were nasty and top of my bun was soggy like dipped in burger grease.

My Mother grew up in the area and loves Mr. Hero Romanburgers. However she has since moved to TN and can't get them. On her most recent visit she got one and she was so happy. She said it hit the spot.
