The cashier was super sweet, and pleasant. Walked me through her favorites and gave me a complementary drink since it was my first time there. Got the 5 wings and green beans and fries for a side and banana pudding for dessert. Everything was amazing and fresh. Sad that it took me almost 3 years to stop but I will definitely be back!

I have been enjoying Old Caroline BBQ since the days they only had the 2 locations in the Jackson/Canton area. This location can be a hit or miss. Sometimes it’s great food and great service and other times it’s neither. I will typically order the brisket. A majority of the time it will be super tender and absolutely delicious. On some occasions I’ve experienced the dry and harder version. You just don’t know what you are going to get. Be sure to try the Piedmont #5 - absolute best sauce. If you are looking for heat, the Screaming Beaver is the #5 base with a kick. Overall it’s decent bbq for north east Ohio.

Great helpful staff, some of the best smoked ribs and brisket around. A decent value expensive, but it’s easily two meals worth. One suggestion: A senior citizens and children’s menu with smaller portions. I can’t recall ever witnessing a family of 4 or more with young children dining together here. (Maybe Hot dogs and hamburgers) The restaurant was clean

Their pulled pork BBQ sandwiches are delicious!! We just had their BBQ bowls as well and they are so tasty and filling!

First time ordering for a pick up. I've been looking for some good dry rub wings for sometime. Very happy to find a new 'regular'place that will serve as an even better replacement! Flash fried and then smoked so the rub is just not dusted on, but embedded in the wing. Perfect.

1st time eating here. What a wonderful experience. We were greeted by Brandy when we walked in. She could tell it was our 1st time here by us staring at the menu. She made great recommendations and explained the menu. What an awesome experience. The food was delicious and so was the service. We will definitely return.

I ordered for pickup when I was only about a minute from the restaurant. It said itd be ready in about 25 minutes but I went in early to cool off. They pulled my ticket and immediately got to work on it. I was served and done eating before my pickup time! Super friendly & super fast!

Best wings we have had in awhile! Taste baked without a lot of fat and then dry rubbed. We ordered a bit of everything but would only recommend the wings, pulled pork or loaded bowl. Friendly staff. Order took about 15 mins.

We are traveling and found this place, we are from eastern Pa, near Philly, excellent food, we ordered the ultimate sampler, brisket was done perfectly also the ribs. I backyard barbecue and know when barbecue is done right. If I was in the area I would definitely be back.

One of the few good BBQ places in the Akron area. Pulled pork and brisket, very tasty and a nice selection of sauces. Sides can be hit and miss- some people like their baked beans; they have good flavor but are under cooked and hard. They are not “the best baked beans in the world”. The garlic mashed potatoes are excellent as well as the vinegar based Cole slaw.

I do eat from Old Carolina quite a bit and never once have I been disappointed. The food is always up to the same high standards. The service staff is friendly and efficient. The place is very clean and orderly.

You guys were our lunch during our training today. Delivery was on time ans I personally had the chicken tenders and pulled pork sandwhich with the sweet sauce. And all I can say is I wish I lived closer ! The food was great ! I can't wait til I'm in town visiting again to try more things from you guys !! Thanks !!

This was my first time visit, the food was very good and tasty, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm definitely going to recommend them and I'll be returning soon!!
