I ordered 2 dinner salads to go and left a tip. Seriously? This has to be a joke. Water POURED out of the bag before these pics were taken. I’m not exaggerating when I say there was at least a cup of water in this bag. So disappointed and totally grossed out. I’ve been a customer at all three locations for several years but Chevy Chase has taken a nosedive, unfortunately. Sucks because it’s the closest one but I guess I’ll keep driving to the other two.

I know you were busy but when I ordered 2 zas to go, one of which w3a small bill, HOLD THE SAUSAGE, add mushrooms and jalapeño, AND "Kyle" REPEATED it back to me, that I didn't have to open the box in the restaurant to make sure that someone did their job. What a fool you made of me! Now I am looking at a STOCK bill at home that I want to throw in the back yard and never return there. Do you feel like delivering me the correct replacement that was REPEATED BACK TO ME in the first place? Diners, don't put yourself in the position that I did by trusting that puccini's will get it right or YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

Our server was incredible! Very kind and attentive. He greeted us, checked-in, made recommendations & really tried to help us enjoy our time. I’ve had Puccini’s pizza catered in college..so I was excited to share my first dine-in experience with my boyfriend…idk what’s changed :( his spaghetti’s meatballs tasted like they came from a frozen pack, and the spaghetti itself was just watery and tasted sour. The salad and scamorza were bland. The dining room wasn’t very clean and was also very warm and humid. Pizza was hot but still just okay and missing that flavor I remember. Sad bc I still want to remember it as being some of best pizza I’ve ever had!

We love Puccini’s. They have unique pizza and great pasta. I have never had anything there that was not delicious. Their salads are always fresh...like super fresh. Sometimes the food does come out a bit slow but very much worth the wait. We were sad when the Hamburg location closed but we do travel across town for this amazing food!

Puccini's Pizza is located in the heart of Chevy Chase. It's as if you're walking back into the early 90's with the atmosphere, which brings back great memories. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is terrific. Highly recommend the bruschetta. It is sprinkled with goat cheese, and the flavor profile is refreshing. The salad that accompany the lunch entre, albeit small is a nice addition to the meal. I've had the jumbo stuffed ravioli and the margherita pizza. Difficult to pick one over the other. All in all, the food is fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere is relaxed and generally buzzing with families, and the staff is top notch.

Good food and our server was great! My only complaint is that the air conditioner doesn’t work or half works. It’s been like this for almost a year. We usually do take out for this reason. Please fix the air conditioner. It’s miserable to dine in

It's OK. I'd ordered a calzone and ended up with a sub sandwich. It wasn't as tasty as other meatball subs I've had at other restaurants. The waitress implied it would be a long wait for the calzone so I didn't switch. My friends both seemed to enjoy their dinner but I was left feeling pretty meh about the whole experience. I would try again, maybe other items would be better.

I came in tonight and ordered a large pizza and bread sticks and took a bite of my pizza and noticed there was hair on it I then looked at the rest and there was hairball over it

I went yesterday, a group of 4, my pasta was under cooked, my chicken was still hot pink! Also the alfredo sauce tasted like water! I told the waiter we loved the Boston rd location, and we ordered the same thing as we liked before from the other location and didn't understand what happened, I ordered something else,(pizza) and that was... decent, I got the bill, the raw chicken pasta wasn't even taken off! And I litterally only ate one bite and sent the whole plate back! There was only a $5 discount! Also the other pasta dish, almost no sauce and very bland! Spicy vodka? No, it had no taste! Idk what happened, but I won't be back, it's Boston road location, or.... just no thanks, I spent over $60, smh, fazolis would have been better

The waiter was very nice did his job well. I ordered their chicken parmesan it was the worse chicken parmesan I ever had the chicken was from frozen chicken tasted awfull and there was no cheese on that dish very dry dish with little sauce. My son ordered the shrimp dish with creamy sauce and his was good.

I went to their website and ordered online. When our food arrived it was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. I called them and they told me that I would have to take it up with door dash if I wanted a refund. I asked them if they could at least make it right and send over a cooked pizza and they told me to take it up with door dash. I told them I didn't go to door dash to order this I went to your website and they told me there was nothing they could do. Worst customer service I have come across in a very long time. This was my first and last experience with them. Do not recommend!

Seemed understaffed, but the staff that was working made up for it. Food came out quickly and was very good. Our server, Jackson, was awesome. He was very attentive and genuine. Great experience.

If we were local I'd be at this place all the time. 😂 I came here with my mom and grandma during a road trip, and we all loved it. The dough on our calzones was perfect - soft, golden, just the right amount of chewy. And the fillings were great! The chicken, the veggies, the sauces... The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for access and for parking. The price was also right. Extremely reasonable, especially for travellers. It was nice to have such an affordably priced meal amidst all the high prices that can pop up on a trip! Would definitely go here again.

Used to love this place but we had to fight fruit flies for food a couple months ago. We gave them another shot tonight but the AC must’ve been busted because it was hot as a pizza oven. We tried powering thru but after 10 minutes of no service (even after the hostess asked if we’d been helped and a waitress visited the table next to us twice), we tapped out. I REALLY hope they turn it around but right now it’s awful.

This is a really great little place with a simple and solid menu of quality options. The salad was one of the freshest I've had and my calzone was enjoyable. The restaurant itself has a nice, chill, classic, family vibe too.

Pizza was average nothing to brag about. Spinach artichoke dip was delicious! Service was fast, food was made fresh.

Great homemade pizza with plentiful toppings. Sauce is top notch and atmosphere is great with modern art aesthetic.

My severe dietary restrictions were accomodated graciously woth no hesitation. Food was amazing, gluten free, dairy free options, with garlic and onion free options as well. Wonderful service

I have been to this place twice and they messed my order up each time. Then have the nerve to be upset because i want my money back. Which they wont or cant give back. They want to give me a gift card that i will never use. So now i have a calzone that was totally wrong and no money. There is no corporate office there is no way to fix the problem. Bad part is i have read the reviews and thought it was a good place. Being that im new to Lexington. But the 2 times i went they gave me the wrong food or messed up my order. Oh not to mention it was my fault even though the order was repeated 3 times. I will be moving on to the BBB. I will take the necessary steps. Good day

OK in my opinion. Food was quality for the price but both my pizza and salad were somewhat bland and watery. I think they need to add more spices to both the sauces and the dressings.

The lunch here is very good value and great. The clam pasta was delicious. And the staff were a kind.

The pizza remains our favorite in Lexington! Most of the time toppings are more than ample. The only disappointment with Puccini's is that they can't deliver sometimes, or when I want delivery they don't have anyone available to deliver. I understand but miss it.

Everytime I go in there the staff is always friendly. There is one guy that's always got a smile on his face, he has facial hair and he's medium height and kinda stalky built. Very clean place and great food.

One of my top 3 favorite pizzas ever. The Sweet Little Razorback is a must try. I had my girlfriend bring one of these to me on a 5 hour drive because I missed it so much.
