Culver's is really good fast food - and I like that they provide the calories of each item. This location has polite workers and good, quick service. The food tastes good, I recommend this Culver's.

The foods always fantastic. They don't use gloves as often as I'd like to see in a food chain, though I have seen some staff use them. The drive-through can be a little strange, though they do walk the food to your car. Rain, snow, or shine. You get a little ticket sticky for your window, the staff walk it out to you. There is space to pull ahead to make up for the large flow of traffic. I would for sure look out for other drivers, parking lot can feel a little tight. Food is a bit pricier, but it's of a better quality. Much of the product is fresh, have yet to see staff playing on their phones. Good smiles and polight people. I was even slightly rude, unintentionally. They responded relatively in kind but were very quick and willing to talk and apologize as I did.

Waited awhile in a line of cars to get our food. Food was bland. Burgers were missing seasoning of any kind. Needed salt and pepper. Fries were ok. My drink had no ice in it and I didn't requested that. Pretty disappointing. Service was good. The woman that took my order was nice and polite when answering my questions.

I love Culver's in general but have had nothing but poor experiences the last few times I went to this location. I ordered curbside since the line is typically long. Order said it would be ready in 5 minutes. Got there 6 minutes later and let them know I was here for pickup. The car next to me told me he had been waiting 30 minutes for his food and he went inside. I waited another 5 min before going inside. The woman at the counter was nice and got my drink and ice cream. The flavor of the day was mint cookie, but there was no cookie in the ice cream. Just plain mint ice cream with nothing in it. I waited another 30 minutes inside for my food. When I got my food, it was cold. Shouldn't have to wait 40 minutes for cold and wrong food.

I ordered a hot fudge sundae. My 2 friends ordered food behind me (different orders). I made 2 visits to the counter to see why my friends food came (they were half done) and I was still waiting on my sundae. When it did arrive it had very little (very little) hot fudge. I kept thinking it would be on the bottom, it wasn't... they did apologize with a larger size, but still missing the hot fudge...

Waited an 1:15 hour minutes for 2 cold burgers and floppy fries. They got my whole order wrong and charged me for 3 burgers that I noticed once I got home. Sorry but I’ll never get caught in that drive through again. Good luck.

I've been stopping in for lunch and got the 6pc fried jumbo shrimp and/or the mushroom and swiss burger, both items do not disappoint! Service has been fast in the drive thru, but I haven't stopped when I see a line so not sure how quick they are in a rush.

Ordered single cheese burger with onion and lettuce, ketchup and mayo on sandwich, light. Got sandwich, it was a double cheese burger. Husband took back up to get correct order and he had to wait at counter to get meal instead of them bringing it back to us. There was no ketchup/mayo and it was very dry. So not the meal we wanted. Very disappointed.

Even with a few mistakes, the employees here are very accommodating & friendly. Despite the mistakes, the food is still great quality & well prepared. *This one in particular could use bigger seating options. Hard with a small family if they remotely busy.

Culver's is the best quick serve, and their frozen custard can't be beat. But sometimes the flavor of the day comes down to who is making it. This FOtD sounded really good, but was pretty much vanilla custard. But in saying that, like all the other places, Culver's is raising prices, and cutting quality. The Cranberry Bleu Cheese salad is now made with iceberg lettuce, and the chicken portion has shrunk. Not gonna be ordering a salad at Culver's anytime soon.

Gr8 dinner or lunch spot! I would give a recommendation! Espically for their shakes, or if you want to buy their ice cream, it's readily available inside this location! The line was over a 35min wait, although once we got up to pay-my pups were offered a cup of whipped cream :) fun! After that another 20min wait for our food, and as it was average, u have to wait in line for it to come to your car. And no, not like Sonic, but like... The cars behind us were getting their orders bfr is and after 15 min of seeing that, I pulled to the parking lot and waited the other 5. Then another 8 min bc the whole order was not there! Big fun! If you have nothing to do and really really like their food-go for it! Otherwise.... Just know... U can't ditch the line once your in it!.... Wether you've paid or not!

Gotta say always great service and the kitchen always do their thang Line might be long. But food made the way you want it 🤷🏾‍♀️

Service is so bad they should just close. I sat in line at the drive thru for 46 minutes waiting on 1 small vanilla concrete mixer, and 1 Pup cup. I had my dog with me, so walking inside wasn’t an option. While after almost 40 minutes, I called inside to see what was going on, whoever answered the phone told me that they had to freeze the custard, or something along those lines. At this point I’m certainly mad, mad that they held me hostage in their line for this long with absolutely no communication. So 48 minutes later I get a refund and a coupon. I will absolutely under no circumstances go to this Culver’s again. What started out as a fun journey and a treat with my dog, turned into a S&#t show and me feeling angry.

Service was alright. They did manage to screw up all three burgers we ordered but fixed them without complaint. My mom and I ordered double mushroom swiss baskets with onion rings. Our burgers were made as singles and had hardly any mushrooms on them. My dad ordered a double bacon butter burger with fries. His burger had one piece of bacon on it.

Unfortunately, the location we ordered from seemed to be poorly managed. The drive-thru was staffed by teenagers who were lacking customer service. First the kid at the window closed the window on us, saying “you’re all set,” without any instruction to pull forward and wait or given the customary number nor a receipt. We proceeded to wait in line while everyone behind us got their orders. Poorly run! Other customers were getting their orders screwed up too.

Got our order wrong. Had to go all the way there again to pick up the missed stuff. And then wait forever in the drive thru again. Burgers were dry and charred. Overall a poor experience.

Do NOT EAT HERE!! VERY UNSANITARY. THEY HAVE A GENTLEMAN WORKING IN THE BACK WITH A HAND CAST on with NO GLOVES!! HE IS LITERALLY TOUCHING THE FOOD WITH HIS BARE HANDS. THAT IS UNSANITARY BECAUSE IF YOU ONLY KNEW THE KIND OF GERMS THAT THESE HOLD. HE SHOULD HAVE NOT BEEN INVOLVED WITH ANY PREPARATION OF FOOD. I WAS UTTERLY DISGUSTED KNOWING THAT PEOPLE ATE THAT CONTAMINATED FOOD!! I'LL NEVER VISIT AGAIN.

LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Took forever to get food (25 minutes) and got the worst customer service I have received in my life. Employees were extremely rude and didn’t say anything when they handed us our food after we waited in their drive for 20 minutes. The food was burnt like it always is. I wish I could give zero stars.

Curb side order option needs some work. Food is good. Service is good. They forgot a couple of things in our order but we were able to get them quickly at the drive thru window.

Fun experience! Greeted with a collective "Welcome to Culver's". Cashier was very friendly and also made us feel welcome. Great atmosphere, and the concrete mixers were, as usual, really good.
