My
wife
booked
our
safari
so
I
did
not
have
worry
about
any
of
the
initial
organising
but
her
praise
for
the
way
Dusty
rests
people
dealt
with
her
was
a
very
positive
start.
From
the
moment
we
met
Sammy
,myself
and
my
two
friends
from
New
Zealand
were
instantly
impressed.
We
had
a
2
hour
drive
from
Nairobi
to
Samburu
so
in
that
time
we
learnt
a
lot
from
Sammy
about
the
area,
the
wildlife,
and
the
community.
As
well
as
the
conservation
initiatives
Dusty
Rest
is
actively
involved
in.
Once
we
arrived
and
checked
in
at
Simba
lodge,
we
set
off
on
an
afternoon
of
excellent
wildlife
viewing
and
even
had
a
refreshing
swim
in
Buffalo
Springs
to
enjoy
along
the
way.
Elephant
,zebra
,
an
array
of
antelope,
Monkey
and
Birdlife
were
all
identified
and
Sammy's
knowledge
of
thier
habitat
was
fascinating.
We
covered
so
much
in
a
short
weekend
and
the
whole
time
we
were
made
to
feel
safe
and
comfortable
comming
across
a
cheetah
with
two
cubs
on
a
freshly
killed
antelope
was
the
highlight
for
me
but
there
were
so
many.
This
is
the
fourth
Safari
I
have
been
on
but
by
far
the
best.
Previously
I
have
done
game
dives
in
the
Aberdares,
Nakuru,
and
Masai
Mara.
All
great
tours
but
what
Dusty
Rest
provides
is
top
of
the
tree
for
me.
My
kiwi
mates
have
memories
to
cherish
for
a
lifetime
and
I
know
who
I
will
get
for
our
next
adventure.
