My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Mara Siligi. The entire team is incredibly warm and caring, the rooms are well appointed and comfortable, the food is homely and tasty and the guides are phenomenal. All in all a fantastic place to stay, fabulous value for money and conveniently located near Talek gate. Shout out to the amazing masseuse who I had the most wonderful chat with about gender roles, to Memusi who was never more than a few steps away, to Jacob our impressive guide, to Steve the accomodating cook, to James and John the askaris.... and the lovely house keeping staff who took care of rooms etc. Its definitely a home away from home filled with hope!

We have had the chance to explore Maasai Mara this July, it was perfect timing as the most anticipated migration had just begun..The best part of this journey was our stay at Mara Siligi Camp, which made it possible to enjoy all that is said. This time, there was an influx of visitors who wanted to explore the park and hence the lodging options were mostly booked many months in advance. Usha, who is a dear friend, and an established wildlife photographer runs a beautiful camp at the park, and I reached out to her. I must admit, she picked up all pieces and made sure that the program is stitched to perfection. Guidance about the travel, advanced discussion about meals (as I and kids were traveling from the US where we have been staying for past couple of years and hence the taste buds needed some alignment), safari arrangements among others. We found ourselves in a serene, boutique camp which is simple & very clean,a home away from home, clearly! The staff – like in most camps in the park were very cordial, caring and prompt. Being locals who have grown out of the tradition to explore their horizons, they had a lot to share over the morning breakfasts and evening tea. I must mention the best masala tea and delicious tea cakes that we all enjoyed throughout the stay. We found other like-minded guests; some have now graduated to be good friends already. Usha and the team organized a special celebration on our daughter’s birthday, and also made sure that we made it to the skies (hot air balloon safari) even as it was a last-minute decision. Like all others who have been to this wonderful camp, we brought cherished memories that will remain with us for this lifetime.

I would highly recommend Mara Siligi camp to anyone who is looking to visit Masai Mara. The camp staff are very friendly, welcoming, have a wealth of information and are like a home away from home, a big family. The food is absolutely spectacular, with a range of cuisines including the local Masai cuisine. The tents were clean and the bathrooms very comfortable. Our safari guide was very knowledgeable about where the animals and birds were likely to be and always got us into optimal locations for photographs. I loved that the camp is eco-friendly. I have nothing but praises for the staff. It has been a phenomenal experience and the only thing I would do differently next time is spend longer than 3 nights here!

Stay- Beautiful, Serene location with clear Skies and a homely feel. The tents were very sufficient and cozy to live in. The stay is a perfect simplistic blend between Nature & Civilization. Absolutely recommend this place for Nature lovers. An additional wonderful touch is the eco-friendly nature of the stay, with everything from Power to Water to Operational Practices being completely sustainable. Service & Staff- The service provided by the Staff was top-notch and excellent. They are of a very kind and hospitable nature, while patiently providing for every need you may have. Travel & Logistics- Every aspect is taken care of to get you from Nairobi to Mara Siligi; from the hotel stay, the flight booking and the taxi arrangements. Rest assured, you'll be safe in their hands Safari- The Safari guides are excellent, with a trained, intuitive eye for natural elements, and a gifted ability to traverse all seemingly impossible terrains. They have the patience of waiting hours for a Cheetah hunt, while simultaneously rushing towards a Leopard sighting. Everyday is a Surprise, and everyday is an Adventure waiting to be fulfilled. I will definitely be coming back here again. Thank you Mara Siligi for a delightful experience :')

My wife and I very much enjoyed our "first real safari" experience through Mara Siligi Camp; the food and service were EXTREMELY accommodating taking into account our dietary needs and timings; the tents were very comfy and beds were especially welcoming after 13 hours of safari. The safari experience was totally amazing and set a high bar for what will certainly be future safaris for us. My thanks to Mara Siligi team (and our accompanying seasoned safari veterans in our group ;-) ) for making our first time a memorable one!

We stayed at Mara Siligi for four nights three days in early August 2023. This was our second time staying at the camp. We stayed with a large group of 13 people ranging in age from 9 - 80 years. The Mara Siligi staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The camp was located outside of the Mara in close proximity to a Masai village. It is a great spot for night sky photography. The camp was able to accommodate to all of our dietary needs. The tents were very comfortable and spacious. The safari guides were very knowledgeable and we had excellent sightings and photography experiences. Would highly recommend this camp and encourage others to stay.

The team at a Mara Siligi made our stay unforgettable. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome, engaging in conversation and taking excellent care of us. We were treated to a Masai song and dance at one dinner which was memorable and fun to join in - it was obvious that they all get on like a family! The food was a stand-out - it was home-cooked and there were always plenty of options. The camp has an intimate feel and makes you feel like you've found a new home - the fact that it's sustainable and eco-friendly adds an even greater connection to the surrounding nature. The tents and bathrooms at the camp were very comfortable, and the bonfire every evening was a lovely touch - unwinding by the fire while gazing at the stars is a perfect way to end a long day on safari. The safaris were also incredible, especially our guide who was so helpful and managed to show us some unforgettable sights.

Stayed here for one week. The camp is beautiful and very scenic. The staff made us feel at home and was very kind and understanding. The tents and the common areas were well maintained and the food was great too! The guides had an amazing understanding of the wildlife and knew exactly how to find the sightings we were hoping for. Also loved the evening chats, campfires and photography discussions with Mrs. Usha Harish. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
