Wish they would be centrally placed ,instead of tacked/hidden into a corner,and this is a great sell point to the three view point restaurants. SECURITY/PROFESSIONALISM: The racism,when a Kenyan is taking pictures of self or child ,not the mall,while white skin snaps away as security pretend to be facing another way is Ridiculously embarrassing, unprofessional and unbelievable. The harassment has got to stop. AMENITIES/PARKING. There's Available, plentiful parking,Great varieties of amenities and services. Best time is Weekday,slower traffic,if you don't love people traffic.

I like this mall, i go here occasionally. You feel safe and happy inside the mall with beautiful lighting especially at night. Its a place you can bring your family or come for a date since there so many restaurants to choose from ie; artcafe, kfc, big square, pizza inn, galitos, cold stone etc. The is kids play area located at food coat.

A lovely place to do most of your Mall activities, always has a considerate number of people at any given time. The security is always present. I came here to shop at Carrefour and took that opportunity to grab something to eat at the Food Court on the first floor. I loved the experience, everything went as smooth as expected, you'll be able to find a parking spot... Next to the main road so your navigation is quite easy.

Located on the ground floor at the junction mall, my visit there went well as I knew what I needed to buy, I asked from the staff present and within a few minutes it was produced, I paid and through with It. This is after I had noticed there were only a few staff members working at that time, they didn't disappoint! I would be happy to visit any other time!

The mall has a variety of business from supermarket to cosmetics. I went to Smart Gyms and it is modern and well equipped. I would recommend the gym for both ladies and gents.

A really huge place that houses everything from renowned eateries to men and women's clothes stalls to home decour and sports and children's stuff. Definitely not the best mall in forever, but it holds its own ground nicely. Wish there were less restrictions on where to just sit and chill though. I'd recommend just a day out with a friend or significant other.

There are lots of stores and shops here. Short of big purchases like a car, you can find anything else you need here in one roof. Their anchor tenant carrefour is located inside the mall and has all your household items. There is also a cinema that has multiple theatre rooms. Parking is pretty ample as there is outdoor parking, silo parking and garage parking. Their is good security as well. Cars and people getting into the mall are checked as well as when walking into the mall.

Rather annoying place if using a taxi. They have no arrangements for pick ups and drops off and charge Ksh 50 for the shortest duration at the mall. It may not seem much but for me seems exploitative since when we shop at the mall we are bringing business. I gave it a 3 star rating since they have a good selection of shops otherwise it would have been worse since I had to pay an extra amount just to be picked up. I will avoid the mall in general after this experience since I generally use taxis to get around.

More like 3.75 stars. Junction Mall's best asset is the outdoor courtyard. It's very large. It's a great hangout space to sip and sit. Artcaffe, Java, provide two decent dining options. Ample parking. There's also a nice theater. Shopping options are better than Prestige Mall down the street. Nice, affordable mid-level stores. But if you're into high-end merchandise you're going to be left wanting. Nairobi is a very mid-level city. You are not going to find high end here. Better go to Dubai for that.

I love Carrefour, and the mall is generally inclusive

I live around this area so it's safe to say that I have no option but to come here almost regularly for my regular supplies. However, the place is a really nice shopping mall equipped with a huge variety of shops to get almost anything you might need. From Carrefour to cafeterias. Virtually anything you could think of. And the best thing is that it almost got everything for everyone. A fast food joint for kids and various shopping outlets for" her", from LC Waikiki to Mr Price. There's also a cinema but unfortunately covid -19 happened. Ample parking space and very accessible hallways as knew hipped with ramps. Totally recommend.

They might be pricier than the usual Maasai Markets in CBD that are open at the High Court Parking bay on Sundays. The bathrooms need an update. Would be ideal if they put non contact taps plus soap dispensers, in line with covid 19 developments.

Parking has become an issue at the Junction. Latest fixes in the parking tower not complete and the lifts are not working meaning you have to push your trolley up the ramp. It’s also been rather crowded for my liking this season. Positive is the Java has ample airy space making for a good meet point for quick meetings- they have however removed the power points at Java meaning after a while your laptop will go off

Better than average. Great stores but there's room for improvement, structurally considering it's location and being a hub for foreigners living around, consider yourselves ambassadors.

I was a little surprised at the amount of vacant shops in this mall. Perhaps a good place to visit if you have a specific store in mind that you’d like to visit, though fairly limited and basic as far as malls go. I wouldn’t recommend it as a mall to spend much time window shopping. Very clean though with quite a few options for food/coffee.

It features some nice christmas decor (this time of the year)

Ample parking, spacious malls, restaurants and fun and games spots for both children and adults. I love the cinema part especially and how it is easy to access public transportation any time of day and night.

You can find a lot in here. I enjoyed a quick evening bite at the Artcaffe. They serve really well and the meal was delicious though the service was a little slow.

I am going to have this as one of my fav malls in Nairobi. Chic, just large enough to have great restaurants and stores yet cosy enough not to waste time. Nice place yo relax outside as well. Their Christmas attractions for kids was fantastic.

People know their product, many up to date and styles. Flexible pricing. Customer base attitude wants all to enjoy the experience.
