Advisable to go during the day as the evening approaches, less parking due to more traffic. Greatly spacious hence no congestion. Also the multiple ways to get to different floors available, elevator, stairs and escalators

It’s easily accessible from the road, has enough parking unlike most malls. It’s well planned, hence easy to find your way around. It’s amazing that a mall it’s size contains literally everything. Supermarket, pharmacy’s, hair salons and beauty shops, restaurants, club, banks just to name a few. Doesn’t disappoint at all.

After shopping I validated my parking card, upon exit unfortunately the grace period had expired, I requested the The guard at the barrier to assist me in paying since by then I couldn't reverse back, so I gave him 50 bob and off he went, only to come back and say I need to pay 100 bob, I alighted my car and left it on hazard and went to pay for the parking by myself... THE PARKING FEE DUE WAS 50 BOB. If he had only been honest and paid the amount required I would have given him a tip just as a token of appreciation. Too bad though...

Nice mall. Almost has everything you'd need on a day to day basis. Parking is ample and the shops are well stocked. Only issue is the current road construction nearby making the drive to the shop painfully unbearable if you live anywhere from the Nairobi side.

Had a great experience here, easily accessible from Mombasa road, ample parking, a Children's Hospital, Bata outlet, Naivas Supermarket, AAR medical center, Equity Bank ATMs, Family Bank, I &M Bank, and so many more outlets for your convenience.

Lovely place. The food court is amazing. The children play area with remote controlled Toy vehicles is an amazing fun area for family day out. Those guys though charge you depending on how you appear or something. There has to be a fixed pricing and the duration of the drive for each kid, you can't quote 400/- then desperately follow me around and you end up accepting 200/-. Meaning the real price could even be less. Post the price. Fixed. Earn your commission. Period.

Absolutely chaotic traffic jams around. Not their fault really, but they could organise better, traffic into the malls parking. Block vehicles invading their traffic lines. Mall needs attention. It's very functional (shops every corner) and not much focus on character. Escalators need repair.

Crowded, busy. Layout is a bit confusing and the outdoor parking is chaotic. There's good parking in the basement but most visitors insist on parking outside. This place has good pubs, Naivas supermarket, liquor shops phones and phone accessories and many others. It is conveniently located at the entrance to Syokimau from the airport.

The ambience is quite meh for a mall it almost feels like a ghost building. Along the high way so it's easily accessible.

I requested for a ride from airport to Atra business park the ride was for 100 shillings only for the drive to use the longer route and the ride turned up to be 260 I felt bad though cos I had to fuliza but otherwise the ride was good.

Gateway mall is located in an ideal location for anyone coming from either side of Mombasa road. My only issue is that the escalators are hardly ever working but everything else is okay. Their food court in Naivas is clean and has ample sitting space and their borewoers are so nice. The attendants at the deli have better patience and customer service compared to other Naivas outlets. The parking space especially on the rooftop was also so nice.. It's overall a nice place to visit with family or friends.

Gateway is a good mall for the local customers. The variety of shops is okay though not comparable with malls in the city. Parking space is sufficient. Security is okay even in the basement The escalators are often out of order. That's a, deficit, but there are elevators for those who want to avoid the stairs. The food court is good for a place like Syokimau.

Its proximity to the highway (Mombasa Road) makes it easily accessible by people from Mlolongo and Syokimau who do not have their own vehicles. It has humble parking space and in a serene environment.

I visited the Gataway mall when I was staying at the nearby Kozi suites hotel. It's not a top modern mall but it has a restaurant, food court, big supermarket (you can even buy a local coffee beans as a souvenir there), some clothing and electronics stores. The Arusha Nairobi shuttle can drop you off there, it's only about 15 mins by car to the airport (there's no traffic jam). The area seems to be safe. Across the highway there is also a railway station to go to Nairobi ( doesn't run frequently on Saturday or Sundays though).

The Naivas supermarket is well equipped and strategically placed especially for any emergency shopping needed.

The purpose of a mall is providing diversity if it does then kudos... That's all the pics I could get but its beautiful with enough space for parking and other amenities, Naivas, Restaurants & Lounges, Clothes' stores etc

I went for a drink I think on the 3rd floor while waiting for my younger son to arrive from Dubai, and it was good experience. Especially because I was with my older son. I could take my smoke and have a drink. The open balcony / veranda helped a lot. The service was amazing. Maybe because it was 15:00 hrs. Loved the experience though.

Great mall aside from the restaurant sections on the 2nd floor. Feels like a bus station when you get in, as the restaurant attendants compete over you. A side from that, the dishes ( pizza, fries, ugali fish, drinks... at least those I tried) are great. P/S: order from just one or two restaurants to make payments easier and customer service great. You won't regret!

Yes it's a good mall, but I think they can improve on their image. There are a lot of old dusty signs and the outside is just terrible. If you would like to get more customers and shops, I kindly suggest you improve your outer image
