They are defintely great student hostels. The rooms are light and airy, there is constant water supply, security is top notch with biometrics of each resident captured and privacy is guaranteed. Also they have numerous recreational facilities such as a gym and a common room for light indoor games and television. Cleanliness has been maintained and the availability of transport takes the stress out of commuting. You can also host friends even for sleepovers and cook for yourself, so it never feels like a boarding school dormitory. The rent is a bit on the higher side, but considering what it pays for and electricity is the only extra charge then it represents value for money. Overall, if you are able to afford it, then take it!

Qwetu Ruaraka is a great place to stay especially for students. It's not far from the main road, 15 minutes drive to CBD and really affordable. I highly recommend their services

One of the classy hostels in the city where both local and international students can have a good stay. The place is located on outer ring road, students can share a room from 2 students to a maximum of 4 students per room. The rent is slightly pricey though it's worth the services that are offered, there exists Cafeteria where students have their meal. This place accommodates both male and female students. There is always a bus to ferry students from the hostel in the morning to their various places of study.. The bus is available in the morning and evening... I would highly recommend this place for international students who don't have any idea of a good place to stay as they pursue their studies.

Great design! Amazing finishing! I visited this place with my brother who is at the University and he moved in few weeks later. These are the best youth hostels I have been in the city! Keep it up!
