Great for donuts. The environment is family friendly with a place where kids can play. They offer a variety of foods. The service is great with the staff and manager all being friendly. The decor is really nice and makes it outstanding. The beverages are great too and the prices affordable.

The customer service is just terrible.. I never thought I'd have to go through such in 2019. Let's not even get started with how their delivery guy disappeared with my food. Lol

They package the donuts extremely poorly, mixing all flavours together stuffed in a tiny box, compromising all of them

They expect you to pay using either cash or paybill. Cards are not welcome. Not kid-friendly at all...alcohol is served at the same premises.

Service is terrible. Took 10 minutes just to confirm they have the food or not, and then another 40 min or so until the food came.. And it is just sandwich and bfast menu. Lol. What a joke.

Service was absolutely horrible, most of the wait staff were on their phones... Took ages to get our drinks. "Masala chips" (I put this in quotes because what was served was nowhere near the idea of Masala Chips) ,they were positively vile, soggy chips drenched with chilly tomatoe sauce it made my stomach churn 🤢, donuts are alright.. May as well just stick to doing those only. Sucks that the kids play area was removed....

I used to love this place and would recommend it to everyone because the donuts were amazing but recently they've brought down their prices and the donut quality has gone down with it as the last two times I've been there I've had stale donuts which has really disappointed me. Is it new management? I don't know but I hope they get better.

Best donuts in Nairobi. The glaze donuts are a delicious basic but my favourite has to be the coconut donuts. Love love love. Prices could be better though.

Ordered 10 donuts. They were stale. Two were cinnamon by the time they got to me the cinnamon was on all of them. They were so hard like they were made days ago. Ended up throwing them out. Very disappointed.

Fresh Donuts, awful service. Ordered a coffee and a chocolate donut a few weeks ago. Service took forever, from ordering to receiving the actual donut to getting the bill. The donut this time was fresh and soft but the service loses points on this one.

Would definately reccomend Donut world to Donut lovers. Great Ambience, wide variety of donuts to choose from, great coffee suggestions as well as meals so feel free to have fun with the menu. They also have a play area for young children which was quite interesting. I had a raspberry filled donut and it was a win!

I had the sandwiches they were very tasteful. The roof outside was leaking during the heavy rain. Very enjoyable place. Looking out on the streetlive was interesting.

The place could do with some renovation in their interior space however their burgers are worth a try, pretty delicious and great service. Pricing too is fair. My absolute fave burger was the Beef Bacon Burger

Awesome place to have meetings, or go alone and chill or just hang with friends and enjoy the amazing items on their menu. I love the ambience of the place too, makes you feel relaxed and comfortable.
