We really enjoyed our stay, that was last year 😀 The view, the comfortable beds on the Executive side, delicious breakfast with home food e.g Arrowroots and sweets potatoes, fresh juice, keep up the good work. The team was friendly and competent we appreciated the cleanliness. Looking forward for next time and the swimmingpool will be tested too 😍

the fitnesd centre great experience

I love the place but I got an issue...as much as you say kids to play with supervison and at their own risks,please make sure that the play items are well maintained....there is one faulty swing that isn't well balanced and secondly the slide is broken at the end and can cause injury....my daughter was bruised by the swing

Awesome hotel. Though the service is rather slow and uncordinated especially when the crowd gets bigger

The facility is great, the food quite nice but very shoddy service. The staff waiting the tables seemed clueless of the basics of customer engagement,I know it was the holiday season but business calls for better planning. We waited three hours for our food, a simple meal 😒. The staff in the main hotel lobby are ok.

Lovely hotel in upcountry, I love spending my nights here when am upcountry. They serve delicious meals, gym is available and swimming pool too. They have different rates for different rooms but all are reasonable.

The accommodation is on point. The staff are the best. The space is ample. But the food...! The chicken specifically calls for a lot to be done. The grilled one though was perfect!

The Trainor is the worst his name is Joe Very unprofessional Very unkind Good gym and nice facilities but the Trainor is very wicked

Really a good place. Stayed one night at this Hotel. It has some great views from the rooms. Newly constructed Hotel is quite nice and luxurious too. Rooms are even spacious. 👍

Conference facilities are great here. Roswam is popular with cooperate team building events. Swimming pool is available with a baby pool. Bouncing castles and other children play activities and facilities are available. It is about two kilometers from Kerugoya CBD. Transport is available. Security is great.
