Excellent Excellent Excellent..... Right from the word go (as I entered the resort) I was captivated. The check-in was smooth. After having tea we were taken to our rooms in golf carts. The rooms are super spacious with a living area and a fireplace. The resort has sauna, steam room, thermal indoor swimming pool, a well equiped gym and a spa just to name a few. It is located right next to Thompson's falls, though you cannot see the falls but you can hear it's roar. The meals were also top notch with a wide range of varieties, breakfast being the winner. A must stay if you are ever in Nyahururu.

It is an excellent place for a quiet stay. Be sure to get a room with a view to the gorge of Thomson Falls, its magnificient. An ok restaurant, but they could up a bit. Service and quality of food varies too much... sometimes you get excellent service, sometimes the service attitude is just missing. The food... well, probably the best restaurant in town. However, pasta was overcooked, same with veggies, meat was either over or under. All in all, it is a place to stay.

What a beautiful resort. I loved my stay here and will definitely plan another stay soon. They have impeccable service, Incredible food and the rooms are clean and scenic. You should plan a visit atleast once in your lifetime because you will love it.

Keep off the $30 buffet at all costs. Food is pathetic, doesn't match a 5 star hotel. The place is not ideal for walk-in visitors, the guards are all over you when you take a walk around the premises. Very limiting for people who enjoy garden dining. The peacocks are very nice, but producing funny noise like hentai actors

This is one of the best dining locations in Nakuru. If you are in no hurry you can chill on their wooden park like chairs. The interior decor is wonderful. Very attractive. The service is very friendly and prompt. I had chicken and rice and it was quite good. Well cooked and great presentation. I would go back again:)

This place exceeded my expectations in terms of rooms and ambience. The rooms are spacious and very well designed. The hotel has invested in greenery within their premises and lots of space to take walks. Also lots of silence at night. Make sure you get to use their sauna and steam bath. We enjoyed their food - well balanced to suit various cultures. Easy to access - it is few metres from the tarmac road.

Receptionist Esther is brilliant at her work. Very welcoming, patient and helpful. Restaurant service staff are not as efficient. Did not meet my expectations.

Quite disappointed. Went for dinner. The vegetarian food I ordered was kinda underwhelming. The Daal was mixed with beans..??? The cocktails we ordered were so watered down. Even after they “redid” it was more of a mock tail. They got my order wrong even after clarifying. The waiter was all over the place. They should adjust the staff according to the foot traffic. The service was quite slow. I honestly would not go out of my way to go back. Not impressed.

This is one of the worst hotel i stayed in. Incompetent front desk, cold rooms ( was told they ran out of heaters). Long walks to amenities in a cold. Promissed rides were impossible to arrange. Poorly trained stuff. On top of that they double charged for the room. Lied to me that they will refund and never did. Now 4 months later they dont answer any calls or email from Expedia, my crefit card and me.

Been visiting the thompsons fall lodge and this time round we decided to visit. This hotel just across the river gorge. As per my opinion. Pros The hotel staff are super friendly The hotel environment is amazing. The room as super spacious. Food was great. The shower was hot so be careful otherwise you will get some skin burned. Cons I ddnt see the point of having all that spacious room, maybe some comfly couch by the fire place would be good There is no menu at the rooms No booklet to let you know most things Like i knew they have a sauna when i was checking out. Food and beverages are extremely expensive. And the dont give you a menu so you are blindfolded when it come to ordering them.

The resort is beautiful with expansive well kept grounds and awesome views.The rooms are spacious and comfortable,the hot water bottles & the fireplace in the room is a plus coz it can get quite chilly at night.The meals are scrumptious with good variety.We totally enjoyed the sauna/steam bath and the spa experience was amazing.The staff were friendly and professional.We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this resort.

Warm Welcome at the reception. Very kind and attentive people. Rooms are clean and big as usual in Kenya at this category. At least it is always your personal taste whether you like the interior or not. Missing atmosphere in the bar and lunch area

Panari hotel has variety and good food , very good service from the staff and nice amenities from the gym , heated pool to the sauna . Very lush and beautiful. The rooms are very spacious with a fire place and hot showers . They provide hot water bottles as well . Carry warm clothing especially during this time of the year because its cold . Make sure to visit the Thompson Falls and Hippo point. Love the hotel !

The rooms are exquisite and the staff are friendly and willing to help. Nyahururu is very cold and these guys go to an extra mile of offering hot water bottles to keep the bed warm over the night, and there is a fireplace inside the rooms which they light for you upon request. Isn't that just the sweetest! Ooh and the views! a sight for sore eyes 😍. Food is also really good! It's a very high recommend from me to anyone!

Fantastic resort to unwind after a long trip from Masai mara. and we got the perfect cool weather last week of August. Walking distance from Thompson falls, So much that you can hear the falls from the room balconies.

It's not worth to visit this resort even if they pay you. We ordered food and it took almost 1 hr to serve and reply from restaurant manager was not appropriat. Also the approach was not good.Food is below average. However service was on point, courtesy from waiter was good reception is freindly. We booked this resort online and We paid huge amount for our stay but when we reached there we feel it's not worth for this amount. There is no entertainment sort of activities within the premises. No music no game etc. Rooms given to us was too far from the resort main area. In the restaurant you can clearly listen the argument between chef and manager. Not proffessional at all.

This is a very cool, calm and quiet place. Situated next to the famous Thompson falls. The service and hospitality is quite exceptional with a dedicated team. I loved the sauna and steam bath facilities too. If your a gym lover, you are also not left behind.

Service is very poor Called for five hours to get basic supplies like toilet tissue. The duty managers phone was off and the receipt just ignored.

Great place, around 10 min walk to thompson falls. Great food with various continental options. Staff were well organised treated nicely and respectfully, actually one server lady when collecting my plate asked for my opinion on the food which is one of first time i have experienced such. They have an indoor pool, sauna, steam. Fire place everywhere like in every room and restaurants. Again the staff is really amazing to be with really welcoming. However no view of the Thompson falls which could be an upset. However food was great, chefs really ask for how the food was and for improvement on it. Also beware.of potential baboons which are in every resort and hotel honestly.

This is a very nice and expansive facility on the outskirts of Nyahururu town. It's located next to Thomson falls. The hotel has spacious parking, various conferencing facilities and a strong and stable Wi-Fi. They serve various menus. Staff are courteous. Rooms are great. A nice place to bring children

The view from each room is great. Just 4 rooms in a building and the location next to the lake is excellent.

This is very near to Thomson falls. They maintain the property well. food also was tastey . You will get butter milk, Idli type steamed food with rice and ragi. Pool facility is there but cold water for adults. very nice misty view take your woolen dress. Rooms are kept warm

Beautiful, serene resort, with a backdrop of the Thompson Falls in Nyahururu. Amazing scenery and food, fire cocktails at the bar and Evelyn at the Spa for great massages. Family friendly too...would definitely recommend 👌 😊

Great serene environment with the freshest crisp air... it can get chilly in the night time but the fireplace in the rooms and the water bottles help. Refreshing to hear the waterfalls in the night time and they have an extensive food selection. 10/10 recommend!

I truly had an amazing time at Panari resort, we requested a room with a view through Henry and he delivered to the letter. From our room we could hear the waterfalls below and had a relaxing time. A plus on my side is they close their swimming pool, sauna and steam room at 9 pm so we truly had time to enjoy everything even though at the time the steam room wasn't working. The resort is just next to the road but its so quiet you wouldn't even guess you are next to a busy road. All in all we had a great time at the resort

The high elevation makes Nyahururu a great place to escape heat and dust. The Panari Resort makes it even better. Excellent service. Good food. Overlooking a lovely gorge.

Poor service, received at the gate by intoxicated staff person or so it seemed, made us pay for an all inclusive package at the gate which included swimming and other activities, shock on us when they charged us for even a bicycle ride and being told the pool is only accessible to residents. Stay away from the buffet , completely! Basically very unsatisfactory experience. Update in a group of 15 , nine of us got severe food poisoning over a $40 food buffet. Dont go to this hotel!!!!

1. Its environmental conservation and preservation is fantastic. 2. The gym very well equipped the only only issue here was that there was no one to help with how to operate the eqipment. No pool attendant around and yet one of rules was that one shouldn't swim alone. 3.The food variety was very good. I wish to mention one chef Beatrice, she was so concerned about my food because I'm diabetic. She went out of her way to see that I got what I needed 4. All the staff very friendly

The place is super clean, the seats are wooden creating a very serene feeling. It may be a bit expensive compared to the sorrounding restaurants but every coin spent there is totally worth it. The waiters are truly nice and friendly, and super patient. I would go there again when I am next in Nakuru.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the garden and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the restaurant. A very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place. A small temple to visit to walk along the path. The Senior manager made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. He accompanied us for lunch and dinner, also the cook Mr Joel who was at our service 24 hrs, and we had a great time together. All respect for him who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality .
