Great GEM at the heart of Westlands ,in Nairobi. Friendly checks,so your security is secure and guaranteed. Staff I encountered in the desk area, restaurant(HELLEN) and security were warm, friendly and professional. Secure, complimentary ground parking is available too. The meals have a touch to each plate put forth before you at the restaurant, yummy and super display. I will sure be back again.

For my last two nights at Nairobi, I am happy I got to book my stay at the Best western Plus Westlands! The best thing about it is the location: walking distance to some malls, supermarkets and nice restaurants. Nice location to reach the airport via the express way as well within less than 30min. The staff was super nice, big thank you to Alex and everyone who made sure my stay was nice. Breakfast was nice, had everything really! As a female solo traveller I was super happy! I got an upgrade and had an entire suite for me with great tv, comfortable bed, amazing hot shower and everything was spotless clean!! Would recommend for sure.

This is the best customer service that I have received in a US hotel chain while abroad. The property well located and within a short walk to Sarit Center. As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe at this location with a variety of restaurants close by. The hotel and rooms are clean and very well maintained. The best part about this hotel though is its staff. They are the most pleasant and genuinely helpful reflecting that heartwarming Kenyan charm! Thank you to the entire hotel and security staff who made my stay special especially Nicholas, Alex, Philomena, Victor, Lucy, Peter (I believe was the name of the manager who checked me in, during my second stay). You are all true gems! See you next time!

Great hotel in Westlands, Nairobi. It’s situated right next to a mall (Sarit Centre) as well as walking distance to lots of other restaurants, markets, small businesses and Westgate Mall. I would recommend the suites as they are also affordable and have more space and amenities.

This is an exceptional Hotel! Amazingly located, modern, beautiful design and finishes, the beds are made to perfection, bathrooms are spotless clean, and every member of this team shown great customer service. They are listening and they care! Lawrance who guided me to my room was a true gentleman. I’m very impressed by the management - in particular I want to thank Salih the General Manager and John the Duty Manager for their kind and careful attention. I look forward to my next days here. Thank you! Teşekkürler - Asante Sana - Muito Obrigado!

Had a wonderful stay. However due to my own booking error and availability we ended up staying in the executive suite for one night. I wouldn't recommend the extra cost as the hot tub doesn't work and after repeated trips to the front desk received no assistance.

I went for a seminar hosted by KPDA ( Kenya Property Developers Association).Your staff at the restaurant are good. Dominic ( manager) made it his mission to meet my dietary needs. Give the man a raise! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🙏. Thank you Sara.

What a fantastic hotel. I stayed here twice and both rooms we were placed in were very nicely accommodating! The views were nice and the food tasted good as well. The bar on the top floor & the gym were the icing on the cake. I also went out for a short walk & found the hotel close to a mall, which was nice. The only issue we had was that our door wouldn't lock the first night we stayed. We didn't realize until the morning that the door didn't lock. Overall, the rooms were great, food was good, and the staff was amazing.

We had a half day conference hosted here. The entrance is kinda tight, especially for large vehicles. Was shown to pack in the basement. Their lunch delicious 😋. Full with soups and dessert. The conference rooms are specious and well maintained, including projectors and other amenities. We were served evening tea plus other niceties. I would highly recommend this place for meetings and brunch

What a luxury, modern, and incredibly safe hotel, with the Sarit Centre and WestGate mall directly beside the hotel. As a solo female traveller to Kenya, I was recommended to stay here and absolutely did not regret it. I felt totally safe walking to both malls. Huge shout out to the magnificent front desk, Cheryl, for going above and beyond with handling inquiries. Another notable staff worth mentioning is Josephine, the security guard, who went out of her way to strike friendly conversations, assisted myself where necessary, and ensured for my general safety.

Overall a great stay. Biggest plus was the location that was perfect for walking to nearby malls and a short drive from the Masai market. Only complaint would be the choppy and sometimes non existent wifi. Shoutout to Nicholas and Yvonne at the reception for being so friendly and helpful!

This should be listed as a. 4 star hotel really. I think they are listed as 3stars because of no pool. We also stayed at Sarova hotel. Comparatively this is way way better. Definitely visiting again. The room service is great. You have two restaurants. They also have laundry facilities.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly. The rooms are quite spacious and my room had a cooktop, fridge, microwave, water boiler, toaster and all needed kitchen utensils. The bed is too comfortable. Highly recommend.

    1. A pair of diamond earrings disappeared from our room; management refused to assist in taking action. 2. Two days after leaving the hotel my debit card used for payment was used fraudulently for a £1000+ purchase online. The hotel is unexceptional and with security issues such as this I would warn travelers about using it.

The location is a bit far (20 minutes) from the airport, but is Uber accessible, so it’s not a big deal. I love the hotel and the staff. The breakfast was delicious, the room was impeccable and of course it’s a hotel to take into consideration when first coming to Nairobi.

The hotel with an amazing location. With the new Nairobi expressway, getting to/from the airport is a dream (20 min max). Two nearby malls and a host of excellent restaurants. Westlands is one of the best areas of Nairobi and the only area I stay when I visit.

Best Western is a little touch of heaven. Cosy, classic and creatively designed. The selection of colours perfectly fit into each other. For staycation, vacation and all that beautiful good staff, check them out! At the heart of the cosmopolitan Westlands. You have access to all facilities. The malls are just walking distance away. Westgate and the Sarit Centre Mall. You have to check them out the next ten you are looking out for accommodation facilities in Westlands.

We recently stayed at the hotel for a few nights and were very impressed with it. Right from the service at the Reception (big thanks to Bryan for sorting us out so patiently) to the fabulous breakfast, the amazingly comfortable beds & amenities in the room to the prime location - it was great. Whether you are a single traveller or a couple, on business or pleasure - we highly recommend the hotel. Thank you again for making our stay so comfortable!

I stayed 4 nights for my business trip. Very clean rooms, breakfast is fine, there is an a la carte restaurant behind the lobby, you should try beef steaks, perfect! Besides, there is a nice pub at the 11th floor. The hotel has also a parking area too, well organized, security and staff are good. The location is perfect, 2 mint walking to the Sarit center and shopping mall. I definetely recommend this hotel in Nairobi.

Asiatic upstairs is the best restaurant ever. Service and food is excellent. Evan’s, Fidel and Lucy were the absolute best. We enjoyed everything and definitely we will be back. Best western hotel is the place to be when you travel to Nairobi!

The venue is great, however, no thought is put into room allocation. I was assigned a room on the lower floor right opposite the elevator. I told the reception staff to consider user preferences before putting ladies in rooms that can be easily accessible by non residents. The meals are also suboptimal, i ordered a burger for dinner and it came back loaded but half cooked. I would recommend you consider other hotels like Radisson Park Inn, also in Westlands that is more affordable and where both service and the staff are professional and put customer service at the forefront of what they do.

    - Asiatic Restaurant & Penthouse Suite Staycation This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Nairobi. The hotel is set in the perfect location, central to the most happening parts of town. We instantly loved the charm of this hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. However their Pan Asian restaurant Asiatic is the best kept secret of all. I have been raving about Asiatic to my friends and family for their exceptional food, atmosphere and addictive cocktails! ….Deep Fried Ice Cream anyone?? :) Best Western offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out, and if you really want to enjoy the town but in absolute comfort….then…..the outdoor jacuzzi with a panoramic view of the city will do just that…..Oh and the shower too! Best Western Plus Nairobi is a true example of excellent hospitality.

This hotel deserves a 20 out of 10! I spent 8 nights so there was time to see a problem if it came up. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Only place I've seen more variety is Vegas. Friendly; clean; helpful; inviting. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the Sarit Center entrance. Great location. Security was excellent. Quiet location. Excellent for business stay. I noticed the electricity go out once (hotel has no control over brown out). Generators kicked on and it switched automatically all in less than a minute - that's what you want. Seamless. Oh, and the night clerk Teddy is great! So friendly and helpful.
