This is my first safari tour in Africa. Thanks to Sino Africa, I got a very impressive experience and nice memory in Kenya. 2 months before the jorney, I began the preparation and watched a lot of travel strategies. But the more I did, the more nervous I became, since there are so many things you need to take care of, including visa, flight ticket, hotel booking, safari car renting, schedule planning, etc. It was until some friends recommended Sino Africa that my pressure was released. My partner and I just finished a 7 day private safari organised by Jong and guided by George. We're almost struggling for words to express what an amazing experience it's been. From the early interactions with Jong, we've had such a smooth planning process, even with this being our first ever safari. He prepared an itinerary that catered to our specific needs (to start in Nairobi but end in Mombasa) and covered all the things we were keen on seeing. He was also super responsive and gave us very clear instructions on the e-visa and QR codes we had to have ahead of the trip. We felt in safe hands throughout! Once in Nairobi, we met George who was our driver and guide for the 7 days. He was so fantastic! He is a skilled driver and very knowledgeable safari guide, friendly and funny, he was able to spot animals from afar, tell us about them and their interesting behaviours, and drive us to all the right spots. We were in a minivan and only upgraded to a 4x4 for one of the days in Masai Mara so we could go further into the bush (on his recommendation), and that was perfect for us. We ended up getting so lucky that we saw all the big 5 as well as lots and lots of other animals up close. A massive thank you to both Jong and George for one of the best trips we've ever been on! We'll almost certainly be back for more!

Some decisions you never regret... Going on a Safari is one of them, and choosing Sino African is another one! When we began planning our Safari, we researched several tour operators, but Sino African stood out for their accommodating, creative, and flexible approach. They provided options that we hadn't considered and warned us when some of our ideas didn't make sense. It felt like a genuine partnership rather than a sales pitch or a matter of "choose one of the options" - which was the case with many of the other operators we compared. This partnership approach also meant we had greater control over the price, and we ended up with a competitive price point that met our goals. Sino African also provided a range of planning documents that made things like hotel selection, obtaining a Kenya visa, and health precautions very straightforward. Sino African exceeded our expectations with their impeccable English and ability to meet our needs perfectly. Their level of service, professionalism, and attention to detail left us pleasantly surprised. Looking back, we highly recommend Sino African to anyone considering a safari adventure in Africa. Finally, our safari guide, Solomon, was simply outstanding. We realized in hindsight that even with perfect planning, our Safari experience would not have been the same without the quality of our guide. With Solomon, we hit the jackpot! He was friendly, patient, and a calm driver - a trait that was especially valuable in the hectic Kenyan traffic. Solomon was level-headed when it came to adjusting plans due to weather, wildlife, or other delays. Most importantly, he was incredibly knowledgeable about everything - from Kenyan politics, geological features, history, culture, customs of different tribes, back roads, and, of course most of all: wildlife. His knowledge of the animals was truly breathtaking, and he managed to share it with us in bite-sized pieces whenever we saw the animals in their natural habitat. This made our Safari experience truly unforgettable. Overall, it was Solomon who made our Safari adventure such a memorable and amazing experience.

Our family went on an 8 day safari to Masai Mara, Amboseli, Tsavo East, Lake Naivasha and Ol Pageta arranged by Jong at Sino-Africa in July of 2023. Jong was the most attentive and efficient agent I’ve ever worked with and all of us are very well traveled. If we had any concerns or requests of him, he got back to us within hours, the time differences, notwithstanding. I don’t think he sleeps. We asked for mid-range accommodations and the places he booked for us were outstanding in that range, clean, beautiful and with good food included. He even called periodically during our week to make sure we had everything we needed. All of this was wonderful, but our guide was who made our trip special. We had one of the most skilled guides you could ask for, Solomon. Because you will be with him for almost every waking minute, a guide/driver can make or break your trip. It is he who executes your carefully made plans. Your safety and wellbeing depends entirely on him and by the sheer time you spend with him, you better like him. Solomon had it all. He was a picture of knowledge, skill, maturity and good humor. We always felt safe both on the highway and in the parks. He knew where to look for game but he didn’t take unnecessary risks when we were very near dangerous wildlife. He made sure we had plenty of water and made rest stops. He even arranged for a cake on my husband’s birthday. We grew to trust and love him. I highly recommend Sino-Africa and especially with Solomon as a guide.

We had a great experience with Sino Africa Safari during our stay at Nairobi. The company was very considerate and professional, they arranged our tours to Naivasha Lake which was an amazing trip, the views were gorgeous and we saw a lot of wild animals such as hippos, zebra, goats, deers and all kinds of birds. The lunch was delicious and satisfying as well. We went to the Nairobi National Park the next day and was lucky enough to see lions and rhinoceros which were extremely hard to see, thanks to our great tour guide and driver Richard, who was very experienced and knew where to take us in the park. Not to mention thousands of other animals like Zebras, wild beasts, buffaloes and so on. We love’d it! Sino Africa Safari also recommended us a lot of fun places and good restaurants and local bars in the city which made our stay extremely chill and smooth. Absolutely fabulous experience! We are a family of 3 and used Sino Africa Safari to organise a 3-day flying safari in the Fairmont Mara Safari camp at the end of May 2022. Jong, our safari specialist, was absolutely fabulous throughout the process, leading us through the initial booking, safari planning (making all the options very clear in great detail) and organised the whole trip extremely well. Our stay at Fairmont was really special and we had a truly unforgettable experience particularly for our 7 years old daughter who cannot stop talking about both the camp site and what she saw during the safari. It was really a world-class place to visit. Sino Africa Safari was the perfect company for our 10-day private Kenya & Tanzania safari. After contacting over 30 companies, Sino appeared the best one, and this was proven right. Jong was extremely friendly, helpful, professional and efficient, helping us with our itinerary and optimising all of the things we wanted to do in the time that we had (5 different national parks) and with our budget. He proposed us a really great price compared to all of the other companies, some of which were an absolute rip off. We booked for a 6 day safari that was tailor made for my family (my love and 2 kids) and it was absolutely faultless! Thanks to the admiring service of Mr. Vincent, the safari specialist who is very professional, polite and quick to respond. Given the number of scams out there, we were extremely careful/skeptical when we were choosing our tour operator, but reading this many good reviews and chatting with Vincent before the trip convinced us that Sino Africa Safari is legit and a great option. The safari itself was great. Solomon, our driver was so kind, accommodating and amazing throughout the trip. He was always open to adjustments to the plan, happy to answer questions, and taught us a lot about nature, animals, the job of a guide and Kenya. Communications were very prompt. My expectations were exceeded totally! Driver was like our uncle, took good care of us the whole journey. I would without any hesitation recommend them for any travel.

I just can't put into words what a fantastic experience it was.Moses, my guide remained with me throughout. The drive from Nairobi to the Masai Mara and back is very long, but his natural wit made the safari days lots of fun. He showed us all sorts of sights and told us all about the history and culture of the area. His english was also great. The real highlight for me was the game drives it was and amazing adventure! The visit to the village of the Masai Tribe was also very interesting and moving. All in all a very good end to end service with comfortable accommodation and good food even at the most budget level. Would definitely recommend!

Sino Africa Safari really did a good job and gave us a wonderful safari experience. It was a great trip, we enjoyed all the game drives. Mr. John, our driver, did his best to show us all the animals. We loved our first safari and we love africa and we will come back again。

The wildlife sightings were gorgeous and unbelievable, up close and breathtaking. Even though it rained one day, it did not deter of dampen our morning and afternoon game drives. The mode of transportation in an 8 seat land cruiser was definitely a bonus with the wet muddy trail conditions. Without it we would have been stuck and denied certain trails to explore. Mike (our guide) was a real friend to us and met our expectations in stopping the vehicle right in the good spot, giving us a great chance to see more wildlife up close on various drives. He also gave us the precious information we needed to understand. Lastly, much appreciated the nice people and staff that surrounds us making my adventure one of the best.

Visited Kenya mid of August 2019 and traveled with 4 other family members. Firstly, I want to commend Mr. Vincent for the fast, prompt and nice reply during my inquiry ( I asked a lot of questions). Thanks for helping me organize the very best plan for the adventure of our family's life (arranging travel itinerary, safari routes and hotel accomodations). The choice of accomodation points that you offer was so good and comfortable. Everyone has been friendly and professional. The safari itself was class and we truly enjoyed our time with the gentleman, Mr. Moses as our Safari guide. His knowledge about the history, culture and animals were vast. My little brother calls him "wise" as we love listening to his stories, he is also a very good driver. He did his best for us. We spotted a lot of animals within the first hour and also during the other game drives. Our expectations have certainly been exceeded. Overall, we are quite satisfied with our trip. I found that all details were perfectly organized. We had no problems at all with reservations of airlines and hotels. All previous information before the trip was very helpful, as well as the books that we received. A big thank you and would definitely recommend!

Fantastic trip to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, driver very experienced, unique experience to see the equator, Baraka the rhino, and chimpanzees that are not seen in other conservancies. Plenty of other animals as well. Very pleasant trip. Good advise and tips from manager. Highly recommended.
