The place is amazing. Pauline in CC is a great host. Cabins are really nice, the 100 year old house is simply breathtaking

One stop Nanyuki is such a beautiful place. The different cottages, Bamble, Ivy, shepherds and the 100 year old hut. They are all such a beauty. The rustic vibes, the Mt.Kenya views in the morning the beautiful swimming pool and the different shops right at the entrance make your stay or your stop worth it. One stop is just a few minutes from Nanyuki town and directly opposite the Nanyuki airstrip. Pauline is such an angel, she was very kind and warm to us and took us round the entire property. We loved it.

Shepherds Hut is such an amazing cozy little spot in Nanyuki. Easily accessible by public means as it’s on the road this place was one of my favorite stays. Self catering and has a little mini supermarket and restaurant if you want to grab something to eat. Make sure to wake up early to view mount Kenya during sunrise.

Loved it! Wish could have stayed longer. Stayed at the Bramble Cottage. It looks like something out of a fairytale. Food was excellent and Nancy at the front desk outdid herself. Pauline, the Manager was friendly and helpful. 100% recommend it!

Amazing experience....the Shepherds huts are cozy, stylish, and very comfortable. The coffee shop, restaurant, and small shop were perfectly stocked so we didn't have to leave if we didn't want to. However, it's close enough to Nanyuki where you could easily pop into town if necessary.

Good outdoor experience here. The tents are good, the cabins, too. Very helpful and friendly staff. The place, being at the foot of the mountain, is very cold at night. Advisable to bring lots of warm clothing.

Loved my stay there. Super cozy cottage with views of Mt. Kenya so the sunrise and sunsets were amazing. Stayed one night in the tent too, we were 2 people so it was perfect in terms of space. It's right across from Barney's so you can walk across the road for breakfast.

Lived in Nanyuki for one year and I had my most delicious, extremely delectable meal here! Chef John is a gem. This is now officially my go-to restaurant! You will not be disappointed. Excellent ambience and service too

This place is a nice, small compound where there are some shops and a cafe. Nice place, just that the Langata Link was closed when we went so missed shopping there!

Great stay! Amazing food! The chef John does a great job! Ask for Bernard when in need for a guide (eg. Mt Kenya).

Friendly but very slow service. We were aiming for a quick lunch, but it was a 1-hour wait. The payment was another 20 minutes...

I've been here multiple times and I keep coming back. Great location, the restaurant has good food, the huts are private and there are great views of Mt Kenya early in the morning.

Great feta cheese samosas and clean bathrooms. Beautiful garden and they have a little cute shop where you can buy some cute stuff.

Escape the city chaos and treat yourself to an amazing weekend getaway! I highly recommend this place with stunning views of Mount Kenya in the morning and evening. I'm definitely going back again.

Such a nice place to stop by for lunch or a drink. It’s accessible as it’s a long the main road and about 5kms from Nanyuki town. The food is amazing and well priced so are the drinks.
