Very friendly affordable and clean hospital

The facility has become bigger and more confused.I have been attending this hospital for the last two years but when I came last week,they could not find my details and I registered afresh as a newcomer,,today,6 days later,I had to register again because my details were missing .Worse is that I use jubilee insurance card but my invoice was bearing an APA logo,,Today I had to change this too,, kindly improve on your front office because they make the first contact with patients before we meet the good doctors and nurses

To be honest apart from the receptionist being so friendly and nice there is nothing good about penda specifically the one in Kwa chief I was diagnosed with an ailment I'm not suffering from despite being pregnant. I had an issue with my nerves but diagnosed of muscles . I was given painkillers which could relieve pain for a while but couldn't cure me. And also the clinic dates for pregnant one of your doctor wrote for me to go back for a certain dose in Feb yet skipping January dose I had to change the hospital to a better one. Kindly work on these

I like ur service and staffs are friendly

Very slow services, surely today I had to wait for over 30 mins to pay. I took my form to the receptionist for payment and she turned me away to go sit and wait. I waited until I couldn't wait anymore and went to ask why do I have to wait for so long to pay. That's when I was allowed to pay. Honestly it's not fair to be kept waiting without a reason
