I was looking at safaris and wanted to support a local company rather than buying a package by a company based abroad. I spoke to Bernard who was very attentive and worked with me on setting up the plan. I made the deposit, it was exciting for my first ever safari. In the day, they decided to not pick us up and asked us to come to CBD early morning at 7:30 and later drove past our hotel on the way out at 8:30-9. I also agreed about the Maasai village visit but it wasnā€™t arranged I had to get that arranged while on the safari. They seemed to keep finding ways to levy extra charges and didnā€™t let a single opportunity past where they didnā€™t ask for more money. The entire experience got increasingly sour. I really thought it was a nice local company and I was doing the right thing but they clearly need to communicate better and let go of this opportunistic behaviour if they want to succeed. Sadly, I wouldnā€™t recommend this place if youā€™re an international traveller.

We really enjoyed the game-drives and our guide did well. But if it wasnā€™t for the animals that we were able to see I wouldnā€™t say the price is worth the overall experience. If you are a non-resident/tourist the amount of money that it costs you is absurd. Unfortunately thereā€™s no way of knowing that beforehand. We were not informed that the prices vary between locals and foreigners and the Information on the Kudu Hills Website doesnā€™t show that either. Itā€™s shows the local prices without the information that is going to cost you about twice the price if youā€™re a tourist. After our trip Benard told us that theyā€™re going to update it. Please still make sure to check it before you book. Apart from the Safari the accommodation and especially the food were the bare minimum and much less than what youā€™d aspect for the price and based on the displayed website information. Also there was only a few hours of electricity per day and no Wi-Fi in the accommodation. Instead of a hotel with Wi-Fi that was mentioned in our schedule we were accommodated in tents. Also the Masai Village visit in the schedule would have been charged additionally. It wouldā€™ve helpful if we were adviced to bring warm clothing since it was very cold in the tents. Weā€™re not trying to complain about the trip but we definitely want to make sure that any guests in the future are aware of the fact that they have to inform themselves very well about what theyā€™re getting for they money.

We had the best holiday with Kudu Hills Safaris and we enjoyed the game drives for all the days we were in AA Lodge. The picnic and lunch at the view point was awesome, being able to see a wide view of the Amboseli NationalPark. Our pilot Juma was very informative and we learnt quite a lot from his vast knowledge and experience on the animals, history and generalinformation on anything..what an interesting person to interact with...

With my friends we booked a 5 days safari (massai mara, nakuru and naivasha) on a group joining budget accommodations. We had an amazing time !! We directly went to the kudu agency in order to talk about what we planned on doing Elisabeth was extremely welcoming she also gave us city recommandations and all! Peta, our guide was amazing he really managed to find us the best spots for the safari game and was able to adapt to the wishes group ! I recommend Kudu Safari for the customer care, the professionalism and the price that is totally reasonable for the experience !

My friend and I, both 30 year old females, couldnā€™t be happier with our Safari experience. We told Kudu Safari what we wanted, they suggested the mid range, private Safari, planned the entire itinerary to perfection and we just had to show up. We were in Kenya for a full week, did the Nairobi evening Safari, then 2 days in Masai Mara, crescent island where we walked along the wild animals, then 2 days at an all inclusive resort in diani beach to relax. It was planned to perfection, we felt safe and in good hands the entire time. On the Safari we saw the big 5 up close multiple times. All the staff members at Kudu are wonderful, welcoming, reliable and a good laugh. We couldnā€™t have had a better experience and I will be recommending Kudu Safari to everyone I know.

Kudu Safari Tours were absolutely delightful! Our tour guides really took care of us. We did the 3-day Masai Mara Tour. We requested a few extra game tours and they were able to fit it into our schedule. Jummah - our tour guide -is very knowledgeable and kind. We wished we stayed at a locally owned hotel at the Masai Mara but still the accommodations were nice!! We will never forget our experience and it is all thanks to the Kudu Tour!

Booked our trip with Kudu Safaris after coming across their instagram page. Took advantage of a pay 2 nights stay one free offer; so in total we stayed 3 nights. Communication was initially on IG then WhatsApp all through. I was attended by Elizabeth and Bernard. Only went to their office to collect our hats and T-Shirts(Which were part of the package). We made our payment via MPESA. ELizabeth kept in touch through out the trip for feedback and assistance. Liked that. Kudus allocated us one of the more modern tour cruisers and we loved it; that was so important because game drivers are one long off-road road trip; you need to be comfortable. Freddie (our driver) knew his way around the park pretty well and got us to spot all the big five save for the Rhino. He's also well connected with other drivers and guides and as I realised, you need that if you're gonna see some game. We were lucky to share the cruiser with a friendly couple from Mumbai, India, Two gentlemen visiting from the UK and a nice lady from Belgium. We ended up becoming friends and sharing football banter, pet stories and safari banter. Kudus provided us with drinking water for the entire safari. End of August to beginning of September can get quite hot. At Sopa Lodge, Ann made sure we were accommodated as well as we good. Sopa's food variety is the best. Whether you're from Europe, Asia, Kenya; your palate is taken into consideration. Juliet was assigned to wait on us and did a wonderful job. They had entertainment every evening at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, african themed and are well guarded against mosquitos. Btw, they decorated our room and surprised us with an anniversary cake. I recommend Kudu, Sopa and Freddie the driver/Tour guide. You will be delighted.

Last month i went on an amazing adventure with Kudu Hills Safaris. Benard was very flexible, quick and responsive and organised a terrific and most diverse trip to Nairobi, Masai Mara, Loita hills and Diani beach. In Nairobi and Masai Mara, Juma guided me and showed me the big 5 and much more animals. Moreover, he gave me fun facts of every animal we saw and was able to answer all my questions. Elisabeth, Garyz, and Benard joined me to the loita hills were we went on a 4 day hiking and camping trip with Masai guides. The trip was amazing and truly my highlight. The trip let through small villages and wild forest. Knifes were needed to create a path. At the bonfire nights stories, jokes, drinks and home made food were shared. The Kudu family team is not only a very professional team that looks after their clients. They really make you feel like you are a very welcome guest. You come as a client and leave as a family member. Thanks a lot for the organising, taking care of me, and making me feel welcome to Kenya and your family!

I did 3 different safaris with Kudu and I definitely recommend them to everyone! After seeing how other safari companies work, trust me, they are amazing. Bernard and Elizabeth are fantastic and check up all the time to make sure things are going good. Their drivers are top-notch, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks guys, I can't wait to do another one with you!

I did a safari with family and I could not imagine a better company and group. Everything was planned great, the car was fantastic and all our wishes was listened. Our driver was immediately a part of us. I could not imagine how you could make a safari better - for me the best safari in Kenya. Amazing adventure and I really can recommend Kudu Safari. Thank you so much for everything!

I highly recommend Kudu Hills Safari to plan your journey, we went to Maasai Mara and we stayed at Emayain Luxury Camp (itā€™s an awesome camp, great staff, delicious food and all beverages are inclusive šŸ», the rooms highly exceeded our expectations) The game driver was Jim, he was very patient, he was explaining to us everything about the Mara and the Animals, he also was very friendlier and respectful. The game drive was incredible, I definitely going back to the Mara. The first day at the Mara Elizabeth call me to check that everything was going on well, which was very nice from her, you can feel the compromise from the company. Thanks to all the staff of kudu for all the help and recommendations, I had a great and memorable experience.

Our first experience with Kudu and their services was awesome. They were ready for our team. The travel consultants were friendly. The tour vans clean and in good shape. Not forgetting the drivers, they had a mastery of where the animals could be found. My team was happy. Kudu Safaris any day.

We (family with three young kids) booked an excellent 7day safari trip with them. We preferred to book via a local agency, rather than the typical big, international ones. Benard made a great itinerary that fit our wishes, our accommodation in Mara and Amboseli were fabulous, and our guide Jackson was fantastic. Their price was the best of where we had asked for one, and was similar to us booking the accommodations ourselves and arranging a driver etc. I would highly recommend booking with them.

An awesome trip all taken care by Kudu Safaris Limited. Benard was very helpful and patient with me during the trip planning and booking process and assigned us John Wachira who did a fantastic job of tour and great game drives as well as the drive to Mara and back to Nairobi. Everything was above and beyond our expectations and I give a five star šŸŒŸ rating
