I joined Destiny Life Coaching sometimes in July, 2023. In the three months I have been in class, I was able to connect myself with my desires, purpose and vision. My energy levels were elevated and through self awareness, I'm able to relate with myself and my life purpose and vision. I met wonderful classmates and the sharing experiences uplifted my self esteem as I used to think I was in a world of my own. The facilitators were very audible and interactive. Yesterday zoom meeting was amazing I gathered very valuable from my coach Jeff information starting from vision and drawing a plan and setting goals. Like what is my vision and role as an Agent How to set my plan from certification combining my experience as national player and national coach as my experience for coaching several clubs within the country as well as across east Africa which have given me kick start and wide range of network to kick start my plans of becoming a successful international soccer Agent. 1. You cannot be a soccer Agent without certification by FA. This knowledge will help you to learn how to manage multiple aspects of players careers from negotiating their contracts with clubs and sponsors and also handling there public relations 2. There will be need to employ and train my coaches. As some players will from my own Academies and other from other clubs . arm them with latest technique and tactics to sharpen the players before going for trials. I will need a lawyer to help me to draw the contracts legalities and to guide me on international laws . My plans also during my first year need to invest on local market this will give me financial base before venturing to African and European market in 3 yrs time . Am grateful and very confident that am now ready to engage the task a head of me

My experience at destiny life coaching I have had a number of experiences and breakthroughs at DLC. I was able to know my life purpose and writing my life purpose statement has enabled me to start working towards achieving what i was destined for. Writing down my life vision was another breakthrough and i know am gonna actualize this vision because i am determined to live through it. Learning with Destiny Life Coaching Kenya has been one exciting, Educational and transformational journey. I enjoyed every step of the way. My greatest insight and achievement was when I understood my limiting beliefs and subsequent replacing with empowering beliefs. Also having to understand the distinction between coaching and other helping professions was a key highlight to me. coaching journey has been the first investment and decision i ever made in my life. Not only helping me to heal my trauma but also becoming the best version of myself. Over 30 years living in depression, anxiety, fear and lack of purpose life was too hard to me as long as i had tried different kind of therapies like psychotherapy, counseling but never work but I can't imagine how these 3 months shape all my areas of life. No more depression, fear,anxiety i now have a purpose and clarity. i have a positive of mindset and i am helping others to feel the same. A wonderful coaching experience that created new objectives for my life. I have learnt numerous skills that I use for myself and whilst working with my clients. From the onset of the DLC life coaching class, I knew that I had entered into an arena that I had never been to before. When I realized the effect that patterns and perspectives have on me. I made a deliberate choice to change, the biggest breakthrough came when chose LOVE to be my highest intention and embarked on its pursuit, first my love FOR myself, the daily ritual of ten minutes in the mirror telling myself that I LOVE MYSELF.

My experience from taking this course has been transformational! As a Coach, I have been able to fill some gaps that I was experiencing for myself as well as with my clients. The classes have helped me to face/confront a few key issues that I had shelved in my personal life, wondering if I could really understand them,or whether I was ready to deal with them. Despite having had other attempts previously, I am now confident to say "I understand and I can live with it" and happily or satisfactorily continue living on. I appreciate the holistic approach in the course layout and delivery. I feel like all the key areas of my life were impacted very positively. The approach by Coach Jeff is friendly and I learnt a few things on course delivery, which I have previously shied away from. His support team is amazing and prompt. I have a whole new perspective in life, I have a clear life purpose and a good sense of direction and above all, I am transforming my coaching from social coaching and now have mastered the skills required to deliver an impactful coaching session. Creating a life vision has been enlivening. I have through this training been able to do several breakthrough coaching sessions with clients experiencing tremendous changes. I have also had a chance to meet and share experiences with other great coaches who are also inspiring.

I joined the program with a lot of self-doubt on my ability to coach others. The interactive sessions however have really assisted in building my confidence and assisting me to realize that I have what it takes to be a good coach. I had kept the coaching a secret from family and friends however the video where I had to ask them to vote for me, required courage as I exposed myself as a Coach. I am glad I went through the coaching process, it has dealt with limiting beliefs of self-doubt and fears associated with feelings of inadequacy and people-pleasing tendencies.

I attended the Destiny Life Coaching breakthrough class in March 2023 and I must say it is one of a kind,life-changing experience. I was in a space where I kept wondering why I was finding it difficult to achieve my goals and spend the time I desperately wanted to spend with my family.I would plan and set out to do something and somewhere down the line,not get it done.Once I got through the coaching class,I understood that change would come from within myself.I evaluated myself and worked on the limiting beliefs I had,on my procrastination and patterns I unknowingly adopted throughout my life. My journey to and through DLC can only be described as AMAZING. It has been transformational. I have learned so much. I am definitely not the same person I was 12 weeks ago. I have faced my limiting beliefs and embraced empowering beliefs. My confidence has exponentially grown; the people around me cannot believe the massive change I have experienced. My biggest shift has been learning how to believe in myself. Also, I now understand that the answers I seek are within me and I just need to trust this. My journey with Destiny Life Coaching began 3 months ago and it has been an awesome journey that I have no regrets of partaking. Why do I say this? The coaching experiences at DLC helped me to transform myself. I was able to deal with my Anxiety issues which were a major obstacle in my life. A realization came to me that If I was unable to deal with my challenges, how would I be able to transform my clients? The classes were very experiential, interactive and practical which gave me the confidence to embark on my coaching journey. Watching Coach Jeff and Coach Carol's videos inspired me to want to do more coaching and to reach out to a wider audience. The coaching modules enabled me to create a tool box with the necessary tools ready for action. Tools such as the Triad, Metamodel, 7wealth zones among many others helped me to gain more confidence and belief in myself as I coached my clients. I began carrying out different more positive rituals every morning with meditation, prayer, affirmations, journaling and listening to positive podcasts. I also realized that its okay to make mistakes, I am not perfect and mistakes will make me grow. I began to carry out lots of self reflections every day which helped me look at life and people differently. As I end my journey with my coaching class and begin another journey with my coaching business, I would say I have been carrying transformations with my colleagues at my work place, my family and friends and with my daily life. I am now ready to help transform others and more aware that we all have the necessary resources within us that can help us with our limiting beliefs, our mindset; stop us from generalizing and having distortions; realizing that sometimes we have to let go of some issues because they are not within our control and sort issues that we can control. The word; “Shift” would best describe my experience as a student at Destiny Life Coaching. The whole process was very transformative and shifted me from who I was when I joined the class to the new me that I am today. I shifted from limiting beliefs to more empowering ones and this was the beginning of my transformative journey. Awareness that I am limited by my own beliefs liberated me from the pain of not actualizing my dream of becoming a Life Coach. The entire training period was so enjoyable with the class being very interactive and the trainners upbeat. I was particularly inspired by Coach Caroline Gaithima’s story. Seeing how far she has come in her journey as a coach has given me a lot of confidence. I understood from the different lessons learned that all humans have the resources they need to succeed in life. This is now my attitude towards myself and my clients. One major breakthrough for me was the awareness that our activities are informed by the priorities of our human needs. The greatest inspiration being in DLC was understanding myself. I understood my limiting believes and dealt with them early in the course. This was very empowering since I new adopted new believes that have come along way in making me a coach. My experiences ; it has been an exiting three months. First being coached by coach Jeff who was so unsparing in helping me face me. I've also benefited greatly being coached by fellow coaches. Interacting with the coaching content was awesome, especially because was a very new field. Thanks to the professional teaching and online content. My greatest breakthrough was dealing with imposter syndrome and being able to coach over 30 clients outside my class. Am ready for the market place. I initially joined this course for the sole purpose of getting certified and that was my only expectation. However after attending the first class I realised that there was a lot of information and tools that would help me as a coach. It became more than getting a certification, it became an experience. The first thing I learned, which was also the most profound, was is to play the dumb game. This was initially disarming because I thought as a coach you are meant to have solutions. I learned that the solution is within the client and our role as coaches is to move away from giving advise and to asking questions that when answered, will lead the client to their own breakthrough. This was the most profound lesson for me. It has made my sessions more relational and practical and I have no pressure whatsoever because the solution is within the client. I loved the practical sessions and the networks built with the fellow coaches I took the class with. It was an amazing experience and I have seen the fruits in my coaching session. My business will only get better from this.

For the three months I have undertaken Destiny coach training course, I been transformed to know that I have all that it takes to be whoever I want to be and whoever God has created and designed me to be. I have also been equipped with coaching tools that am currently applying as I coach a team that I lead and clients that I am already getting. My biggest breakthrough is launching out as a certified life coach who is ready and equipped to positively guide people towards changing their story towards positive life transformations . Destiny Life Coaching has helped me in my reinvention journey. I had reached a place where I needed to reevaluate, reinvent, and add value in my life so that I may fulfill my purpose. One particular lesson that really helped me change my perception was the TRIAD. I realized that I had developed languages from my life experiences that formed my limiting beliefs and behaviors. I was therefore able to identify them and change my language, to empowering languages, that has made me more confident in myself and my abilities. My inspirations have been a number, one the feeling of being in class, and not just any class but one that falls right within my passion and calling, I was challenged by the many questions other coaches asked me,that forced me into serious reflection. This caused me to start thinking creatively again. The insights were numerous, my best being acknowledging my current story! That was tough because I am in a tough season right now. The beauty of it though is that I was reminded that I have the power within me to change my story and not only that, write a new one and condition the new story. This is something I am already doing. My understanding was clear, mine is to help my client understand and appreciate their current situation and story, lead them to deeply see the state of pain they remain in if they don’t change their story. The work is done by the client, the failure or success is theirs. My break through was during this class and in the process of changing my story I received strength and grace to go back to coaching and ministry. Grateful! I acknowledge the stories of the other coaches, their vulnerability through that I received strength. Everyone is going through something, but we conquer and move forward.

The Destiny coach training course has the world’s leading master coaches as its leaders. It was a pleasure going through the session being led by both Coach Jeff and Coach Carol who guided us in truth with so much knowledge and insight. The class helped me to better understand myself and has greatly transformed and impacted my life to the best version of who I am always meant to be. It has given me the courage, knowledge and the confidence to rise up from my limiting beliefs and create a new story for my life. My journey through the 12 weeks has been transformational week after week. Its been a journey of self-awareness every week and a healing path for me. Besides learning the tools and skills, I graduate a way better person that is no longer a slave to my limiting beliefs. I enrolled looking for skills to talk to the youth that I work with day in day out as they make career choices but I graduate as a transformational coach that has vowed to be present as a believer, mother, wife, sister, coach and friend. Through the various coaching tools taught, I know the practice will be an everyday affair. I already have started building up conversations in my Jerusalem and the people I interact with every day. The candle is lit and can only shine brighter on top of the table. since I Joined the Destiny life coaching classes I have improved a lot. I can now talk about these things and be proud of who I am but, let me tell you I never used to be this way a few months ago. I now am more self aware about who I am. I am now more confident to speak with depth in my conversation confidently. I now know that not everyone can fit into my inner circle only those who respect me. I now know not to be harsh on myself but rather, let life take its course. DLC has played an integral role in shaping whom I am today. Before joining DLC, I lacked key personal values and passion to succeed in this life. During the entire training, DLC enabled me to harness various traits which will stimulate my success of being a credible life coach locally and internationally. Writing my life vision was another breakthrough which have changed my way of thinking and focus. I was able to draft my ideal life vision which states that; ‘To live a life of balance and harmony, where I am able to pursue my passions while also prioritizing personal and client’s physical, financial, relationship, emotional, and spiritual health’. This vision is a clear blueprint that will enable me to become a credible and professional life coach locally and internationally.

I found DLC through a friend who attended the course last year and she spoke very highly of the course. I had done a bit of background research and had a rather long list of items I was looking for in a life coach school. One of the most interesting question I came across while here was " who am i ?" Here you learn strategies to personal renewal that awakens the "giant within". my greatest breakthrough during this course, is that eventually I have been able to overcome fear. I experienced fear in every part of my life. my life was always in chaos. I had lost so many job opportunities because of this limiting fear belief. I believed that the moment that I tried anything I would fail terribly but once I held a break through session with my practice partner everything changes. Generally I feel confident like I can conquer the whole world. Another thing is I always used the non verbal communication to my clients I did not know it is a way of communication, I will definitely continue using it. I have also been able to make good relationship with my practice partner which was a hard task for me in the past. Generally the session has helped me start my healing process.

I had always known that my purpose was to help others, I just didn’t know how, as I was “broken” and how can a “broken” person help others. I didn’t know whether I would make an excellent Life Coach and I had no clue what to expect. My clarity sessions with Coach Jeff and Coach Carol I can only describe as eye opening and humbling at the same time. They were also “broken” like me but they are now amazing coaches that are inspiring others and they helped open my eyes on how I can achieve the same greatness but it had to start with ME. I thought the classes will just focus on tools for coaching but it was very different. I went in a depressed, unsure, not confident, anxious person and I finished on the path of positive reinvention and fulfilling my purpose. The inspirational people around me, who were my fellow coaches also helped me through this journey as they were so much fun and our one and one sessions were not just about homework but also being real and accountable to each other.
