There is a male waiter, young man and a slender lady waiter who are very rude. Don't attend customers n when send something dont home back.

Makuti Spring Kitale is on its own level, a cut above the rest! Aesthetically, the designer did his homework well. Was here in the beginning of November 2022. There was no power in the entire town and many other towns in Kenya. But Makuti Springs have got this! Power available 24/7. A huge plus if you ask me. I expected their delicious meals to be in tandem with the restaurant class in terms of prices but I was wrong! A 5-star meal in a 5-star restaurant at a 1-star price! Another huge plus for this chaps. The staff is just super-awesome; professionals and courtious is an understament. They're just incredibly awesome-inspiring! I'll visit again when I'm in Kitale.
