The Roro Suratmi Embung is a rainwater storage or catchment area during the rainy season which was created to meet the water needs of agricultural land around the reservoir during the dry season, and can also be used as a tourist attraction and so on and it should be noted that swimming is not allowed in this reservoir. Located in the middle of the rice fields of Mangundikaran Village, the road to the embung is also quite good, however when entering the embung area the road is still dirt, so after it rains the soil will stick to vehicle wheels as well as feet or footwear. This reservoir was inaugurated on January 13 2023, hopefully the construction of this reservoir can help the community, especially farmers around the reservoir, to meet their water needs during the dry season. You need to know that to the north of Embung there is a new cemetery. When you last visited Embung there were only 2 graves. The atmosphere becomes a bit scary/terrifying when we go here just before Maghrib, but we don't need to be afraid to come here.
