Usg disitu dr dlu dgn dokter cewek trlalu cepet2 . Harusnya pas ngecek janin sambil d jelaskan pelan2 mslah ketuban , normal atau tidak lengkap atau tidak , detak jantung gimana, kelaminnya apa. Saking cepet nya saya sampai lupa nanya kelaminnya. Pdhal itu salah satu keinginan besar yg ingin saya tau. Tlong d perbaiki lagi pelayanannya agar lebih pelan2 saat menjelaskan. Dan alangkah baiknya menjelaskan saat memeriksa janin , jangan setelah memeriksa janin.

Arriving there, the female doctor and nurse (night shift) explained the patient's condition and then the illness. My sister has explained that she uses BPJS. When having a conversation with the doctor, my sister asked if she needed an EKG. The doctor's answer was "please, if you want sir." Then after everything is finished, at the end of the treatment the bill will come out. It's a shame, why wasn't it explained to patients from the start that EKGs and prescriptions are paid for? Why was there no such communication at the start? If the hospital thinks that this matter is not covered by BPJS because it is not an emergency, the doctors and nurses should communicate about the costs and what will be done, right? Please provide better service. I am very disappointed with service like this. Doctors and other health workers should be free from business matters like this. Pertama kali ke RS bayangkara. Karena saya pasien pindahan dr surabaya hamil, sangatttt terburu" usg nya tiba" udah aja. Tanya juga jawabannya seadanya. Pas dateng print usg nya katanya lagi gak bisa jadi kayak percuma aja gitu usg periksa.
