I don’t care how good the food is at this place. The woman behind the counter is so rude. She didn’t acknowledge any customers until she was ready to be bothered. She told me the order wasn’t ready without even knowing who I was. Then she gave it to another driver who brought it back. I told her the service was bad and she told me not to come back then. Not sure how they are still in business with that attitude!!! I certainly wouldn’t eat there EVER!!!

Ordered sushi... it was grey and disgusting. Woman who served us needs to learn better customer service. Threw our sushi and other items into the bag. I'm sure other cashiers are nicer and other food is better just didn't have a good experience.

Absolutely love this place. The food is always amazing and good customer service. I will say there have been changes to some of the dishes which have made them slightly less tasty and more expensive. But overall, great place to eat. Definitely recommend their fried sushi.

One of the best Sushi rolls and Katsu chicken curries I've ever had. Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu. Amazing.

Good customer service. I was so hungry and just drop by. Ordered a pork ramen. It’s served very quickly with a complimentary food. It was very nice good. Made me so happy. Worth of trying.

I've been here a few times and the food is always amazing, however I believe the last time our order got forgotten and had to wait over an hour where people came after and left before. A sorry would have been nice.

Used to be amazing with the previous owners, slowly going down hill with the lady behind the till having little to no customer service. Prices have gone up considerably also. Such a shame as previous owners had it really busy and very popular. Won’t be long until it’s shut down.

Experience tonight at Toshi's is great! Awesome host and great food. My partner and I ordered Katsu chicken and pork with egg donburi. Right on the spot! Takoyaki was one of the best we had tried in most of the Japanese restaurants. Seemed so many take away orders tonight, at least I did not pick the wrong place for a date. Definitely return for more food next time!

Great little takeaway. Dine in is not really an option, and carpark gets busy in peak times but do yourself a favour and check it out as it is definitely worth trying everything on the menu for both lunch and dinner.

Just stopped here on my way home and ordered chicken combo. It was huge and delicious, well priced. Also service is really friendly.
